Ayala Feliz is a boutique mall in Pasig Marikina area. Parking Space: The parking area is very spacious. However, the parking area is poorly designed; it's located on the top floor and has a lot of twists and turns that are prone to accidents. Unfortunately, there were also no parking markers that's why it's hard to locate your parking space. Stores: So many stores were permanently closed probably due to bankruptcy from the turbulent economy during the pandemic. A lot of the remaining stores were considered low to mid-range market such as Jollibee, Bench, Penshoppe, Yabu, and etc. Layout: The layout is very simple with few grassy areas. This is one Ayala's smallest malls. Overall: Not bad for a mall in the east area but it doesn't offer a lot of things that would make people come back again and again.

The layout and the mall itself looks really good. Malls today have really stepped up being modern looking. However, it's not really worth it to go right now. Since it just opened last Dec 21st, there's really nothing to see, except a few restos. It's pretty much empty hallways.

This mall looks cozy, lots of shops, resto and groceries goods to expect, area is clean, secured and we'll maintained, indoor parking with fee, accessible along Marcos highway north bound, Pasig and marikina boundary mall, great Ayala mall experience.

This is probably the smallest Ayala mall I've visited, it gets pretty tight on a weekend since the hallways are narrow and there are stalls in every wide space available. It's quite complete, though. There are plenty of pockets you can explore for your various needs. Our favorite is the roof garden. You can actually view the mountains up there.

It's my first time entering Ayala Felix mall. The selection of food establishment looks great. Will definitely be back to dine in many of the establishments inside. Other non food establishments are great. Though I was looking for a C2 , I did not find it here. The BiG Negative for me is the spiral way up to parking. Space is kinda tight for a big vehicle. But other than that, the mall is great. Will definitely be back.

The place is very comfortable and we enjoyed staying in the roof deck. Great for kids and adults.

One of my fave mall in the metro. One of my fave tambayan is their huge and clean food court. I also love Metro supermarket. Meat, veggies and fruits are always fresh.

Heared a lot a about this mall since landed Philippines. Turned out very true everything. As entered the mall you will be delighted. Good thing there are lot of restaurants on ground floor. Which is a good start. Subway is my favourite there. The mall does not have smells like St. Lucia and washrooms has atleat tissues and hand-wash, not water again unfortunately. Ambiance was really good though. Like the area of electronics shops. Although good variety of shopping stores are available at different levels. The rooftop garden is a good addition to mall. I think all the malls should utilize the space like this. Also I was amazed to see it is ani animal friendly. Good spot for Instagramable pictures. Accessible by metro and local transport as it is located on main road. The church is also available at rooftop.

Pet friendly mall with wheelchair accessibility. Elevators are working great, their bathrooms are well maintained and clean. They even have a rooftop garden, has a lot of food options and even vegan/keto friendly options.

Not as crowded as SM Malls nearby. Most of what you need are here. Accessible if you are near Marcos Highway. This is a great alternative to SM Marikina which is just less than a km from this mall.

Mall has a lot of things to offer, from food, shopping, upto entertainment pasok! We enjoyed our stay there plus ang ganda pa ng view sa rooftop lalo na kapag naabutan mo ang sunset at city lights naman sa gabi. This place is a go to for me whenever you want to unwind or look for something to satisfy your cravings, and or enjoyment.

Easy and accessible mall along marcos highway. Just commuting around the metro? Not a problem since multiple routes has a drop off near ayala feliz. Great shops to experience and a lot of food options around. My personal fave is the newly openned manadue foam to buy cheap and quality furntire and fixtures For restaurant recommendation. My personal fave is Agave with the best rib eye stake I tasted so far. Looking to take great photos? Just go to the roof top and you’ll have the best sun set pictures. A small chapel is also located in the roof top. Quite spacious and well airconditioned. One of my go to as well is the Timezone in ayala feliz is masive!!!

I love the rooftop garden! We were able to take some instagrammable photos and tiktoks<3, plus...THE VIEW🤩 it feels like SM Baguio bc the city lights of Antipolo were like stars..

If you're not a Pasig Resident, you may download the Pasig Pass better for easy access at the entrance, also, security guard required it whenever you want to do your window shopping at any boutique in the Mall.. Stay Safe App is useful too for convenience.. One time, I forgot to do so, but, good thing the security guard was kind, allowed me once to enter because I just only want to grab a coffee at a nearby coffee shop. Also, at least 5 mins park along the curb side of the mall. If there's a traffic build up, then that's the time driver's need to move..

With Garden ✅ because as we can see we are reviewing the Ayala Malls in NCR ang Provinces. This Ayala Malls has Rooftop Garden. With Cinema ✅ Not all Ayala Malls has Cinema like in Ayala Malls Marikina Heights Spacious and has Many Stores ✅ Many Mall Goers ✅

Shops are hard to locate. You'll get tired looking for something that's in need. You'll end up getting to places that are not your priority. The mall's grid is really confusing. Just take your patience with you if you'll end up into closed restroom after walking into alleys. Signages should be well lit for easy navigation. Hopefully at this time of pandemic and al fresco dining is allowed, the sky garden is prepared to accomodate more diners.

This is Ayala Mall being an Ayala Mall, providing comfort and luxury within the busy Marcos Highway. Though a number of stalls are yet to open, the entire mall houses a promise of addressing the needs of a typical shopper other malls cannot offer. The overall ambience is very relaxing and will surely give families and groups of people a fulfilling stay at this branch. SM Marikina and Robinson so Metro East should be worried when the entire mall comes full blast soon. Its own food court is a must-see.

What I like the most was their 5th floor or rooftop set up. Al Fresco area where we can take pictures and get more fresh air. The set up is really good at night. May church din dito if you wanted to and mass schedule are already in the photos. Inside were cinema, gym and food snacks to enjoy the movie From fourth down to ground floor were restaurants, coffee shop, salon, grocery, milk tea shop and drug store, H&M, and etc., sobrang lawak pero hindi ka malilito. Mid size mall somewhat smaller than mega mall. Don’t let the size fool you it’s very complete. It has clothees, grocery and plenty of restaurants. There’s even a whole floor for computers and gadgets. As a bonus there’s a flea market type store for cellphones.

A good place for quick stroll after helping my wife in her work as a driver. The place is clean, decent aircondition, and has good places to eat and shop. Like some of the malls, the ground is crowded while the higher floors are not too much even of their food court is in the highest floor. They have two parking locations, one on the ground, and the other is at the top of the building but surely, you'll have a parking space. However, I see it as waste of gas though 😂 Drive carefully! 👌

Parking is only on the ground floor and top floor. Many twists and turns with a structural beam at the center of the driveway. Very prone to accidents. I’d rather go to other malls.

It's a beautiful place, there are many restaurants. Because chicken is my son's favorite, we tried eating at bonchon and my son liked the chicken

Just have passby from Barangay San Roque heading to SM Marikina Edit: 8 July 2020 This mall has everything from Food court and stores to choose from and Metro Supermarket is also available since when I was living in Las Pinas 3years ago There is also in Alabang Town Center.

I usually go here to buy my groceries even if there are supermarkets nearest my place coz there are nice resto there. But now, i find it annoying. They didnt accept my qr code as am registered in marikina but they do accept qr codes from pasig mandaluyong and antipolo. I did try registering for qr code there as required but not lucky enough. And they don't entertain anymore manual registration. It was really disappointing sincethis is the 1st time am out to do my shopping since june of last year

I love this place very cozy and has a good ambience. It has a lot of high end stores and restaurants.

I love the ambiance. People especially the security force are strict but very friendly. They are very approachable. The eating area at the fifth floor is pleasing to the eyes. I will back soon.

Mall is decent, not that huge which is ok. Only thing that bothers me is the foundation or I'm not really sure what you call it going to the parking area. Why are there "alanganin poste" during the turns and such?

One of the newest malls in East Rizal. You can find brands like Fossil, Nike, Adidas, Apple Store, Bata, H&M and many more. This mall is not so congested on weekdays. Big Mall with wide spaces.

They sell a variety of food here at the supposed transport terminal. It is surprisingly a pleasant place to dine despite it being beside the highway.

Of all the Ayala Malls, this may be the smallest. It may not be well planned (especially the parking ramp), but it's the most homey Ayala Mall. I like the roof garden the most.

Nice on roof deck relaxing. You can also attend mass since there is a chapel on top. Large parking yo accomodate everybody.

Pop up PhilSys Registration Center is also located inside this mall. It's easy and very quick to register. It takes around less than 10mins as you can notice in the picture. There is no waiting in line. Get yours now 😉

The mall is beautiful and is packed with high-end stores. Provides a plenty of choices for dining. Also went there to see a movie, and the theaters are great.

It's been so long since we've visited Ayala Feliz. Had to admit that I wasn't impressed before. Now I'm definitely impressed not just that, I applaud them for acknowledging stray cats and dogs in their property and that they care for their safety. Unlike other Malls. Truly am so delighted and honored with regards to this. Seeing a warning to drivers to be careful not to hit stray cats and dogs made me so overjoyed. They are not just saying their pet friendly per say, Ayala Feliz truly practices it with #PusPin and #AsPin. I hope that this is not for show🥺🥺🥺🙏🙏🙏🙏🐕🐈 Still...thank you so much Ayala Feliz administration for this. I'm grateful for the diversity of stalls and stores as well. Most of all a pet friendly environment. Please continue to be friendly to pets and strays. And to be eco friendly too. Keep up the good work guys.
