ACCEPTABLE This park is nice but it is inhibited by local residents (sleeping, and like.) It is somehow diversed because there's a lot of skaters, dancers, students and couples. Could be better if there's order and well maintained.

Monument and plaza built for Francisco Balagtas. Serves a playground, plaza for the people who lives nearby.

You better go here early in the morning for jogging ,in the afternoon there are lots of people going some are playing some are practicing dancing etc..
