The place is newly built but I can say it has a lot of potential. The furnitures in lounge area is quirky.

Accessible to school (Espiritu Santo Parochial School, UST, Saint Jude College), mall (SM San Lazaro), hospital (Jose Reyes Hospital, UST hospital, Chinese General Hospital), market (Blumentritt), church (Espiritu Santo Catholic Church), LRT and PNR stations and bus terminal. Security is good. Amenities is adequate.

The function room is dirty and the staffs are lazy. The staffs didn't bother to sweep away a dead cockroach during a kiddie party last December 3. The place is not recommended for parties and other events.

Complete with gym, pool, garden, and an amazing view. I so love this place.

Staff is courteous, tower 3 is well maintained, facilities are okay as well. Location wise it's near SM San Lazaro and several schools and a universities

Location is perfect with all the necessities nearby. Staffs are friendly and very polite. Not to mention they are also helpful.

It's a good condominum. It will be a good choice to stay. Convenient traffic, near the Tayuman LRT Station. For shopping, the SM San Lazaro just at front.

The oldest structure villages in San Lazaro Manila. It has 3 storey building house cost about 23million pesos. Very close to 7/11, Vertex One, Mang Inasal, BPI Banks, Union Banks and SM San Lazaro. Disadvantage of this Park is get floods outside in Felix Huertas. Security guard are strict at the entrance
