I gotta say that this place threw me off at first... the part of the property I stayed at looked like something from vegas in the 80's, nostalgia šŸ˜¬ Not a bad thing, just old, the place is clean and the staff is great, the restaurant was buffet style and very good, all in all, highly recommended.

Very great setting. The cuisine is excellent. The ability was wonderful and refreshing. I really liked the atmosphere you created. Most significantly, every dish and drink on your menu was delicious! The setting is invigorating. The staff is quite friendly. Please consider this for your holiday destination.

All good reviews here are fake!!! They ads may sounds so good but they are all lies and misleading. My stay here was disappointing and depressing. You can't even open the balcony door! I also didn't like it how it's so strict with guest. Might I add they don't take refunds so if you are going to stay here better think twice. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

We visited last month and celebrate my cousin birthday. I just want to give a good review specially the main restaurant, the buffet was good selection and the service was superb specially Argel our server his very accommodating on our special request and friendly canā€™t go wrong in our special dinner. But just one suggestion before offering the table maybe itā€™s better to introduce first the buffet area and what are the available of the day like the soup of the day or the live station. So we are not waiting or asking what we could have. Thatā€™s all. But still amazing experience.

Checked in for 7 Days quarantined. First impression was not so good. Made to wait for 2 hours sitting on hard chairs in a meetinh hall. Room was spacious, well lighted and clean. Food was warm with lots of rice but very small portion, could have provided a bigger potion knowing that we are not allowed to step outside. First time a quarantine hotel do laundry and was great. Daily housekeeping was carried out and I really appreciate the cleaned room. All in all, a pleasant quarantined stay, for once.

from the guard (health declaration and parking) to restaurant reception everybody was polite. the restaurant's exterior and interiors have a Japanese feel. I opted for the Eat All You Can or (order all you can lunch). Service was fast and to the dot. was happy with food I ordered... like the tuna, salmon and tamago sashimi which has thick slices šŸ˜Š ... ebi tempura is crunchy. I was impressed with their disinfection process... the waitress sprayed the table with disinfectant a couple of times then wiped it. She did the same process twice. very meticulous.

Ended up here on a layover. Was put in the towers that I assume they use to accommodate airline vouchers. While the room was dated, it was a suite and most importantly clean. The food at the buffet was a nice surprise as well. Lots of local favorites.

Rooms are run down and smell. Did not feel safe in this location. Was put up here as we missed our connecting flight by Philippines Airlines. Wouldn't receive this hotel for an actual holiday. Wouldn't recommend flying with Philippine airlines either.

Ended up here due to a missed flight on Phillipine airlines. Reasonably clean but aged hotel, pretty decent neighborhood (I went for a walk at 10pm and got back past midnight). They accommodated my food preference (vegetarian, so all I got was rice and vegetables, that sucked but they tried). Location is good, near lots of convenience stores and some bars along the coast.

It was such a pleasure for me to stay at this hotel lately, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. I was immediately made to feel at home by the personnel, who were wonderfully warm and attentive. The room was large, spotless, and furnished with all the essentials. After a long day of sightseeing, a restful night's sleep was assured by the lovely bed. The hotel's location couldn't have been better; it was handy to both public transit and important tourist destinations. This made city exploration joyful and hassle-free.

What a lovely and marvelous stay at Century Park Hotel and the staff was so much enough reason to stay. Their warm and pleasant personality was commendable. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food. Room was clean with the essentials. Refreshing and relaxing to have your time with loved ones, families and even your me time. Century Park Hotel, everything we needed even for a short visit.

Nice hotel, good service, nice bed, room just a little dated without many plugs. Breakfast was really good. Location is about halfway between the airport and the old town, so not a lot right nearby. If you just taxi to wherever, it's fine. PAL put us up here when a flight was cancelled and we were rebooked to the next day. So they also have us vouchers for lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant and that was good too.

This hotel is amazing. Ang laki ng lobby at function rooms. The grand ballroom for the event was huge can occupy a 300-500 persons in 1 event. This is a 4star hotel and beyond expectation Buffet meals were sumptuous and super sulit.

The rooms are well cleaned and well organized. The main lobby looks very grand despite being only a 4-Star. The only issue for me is the buffet, it costs a lot but much of the food is bland.

Ever since i was a kid, i heard of this place. I had the impression that this hotel is luxurious. We checked in for christmas eve. It has that old manila feel to it. Nice, carpeted rooms. Bathrooms with a tub. The food is kind of limited. Only buffet is offered, also mostly fully booked. The buffet breakfast is ok. The staff, however, is stellar. Very nice and attentive. From the waiter to the security guards to the pool guy. Everyone was great. The location is sort of hard to get to, in the middle of manila. There's not much to look at.

Stayed here through Philippine Airlines during my layover in Manilla. Impeccable service, hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. Food at the buffet isn't that great unless you get Filipino dishes but they have a decent selection.

Century Park Hotel is very nice. It is very accessible. Has a very good security at the entrance. The guards and other personnel at the entrance are very nice and very responsive. Inside, at the lobby, is a very nicely designed lobby. It has a large Christmas tree for the Christmas Season. It has a water fountain. It has beautiful stairs and escalator. It has good lighting for pictures. The place looks clean. And the halls for any kind of events looks nice and huge.

I picked this hotel because of the location. Very accessible to restaurants, there's a nearby mall and grocery. I liked that I am always greeted by cheerful staff, it really felt like I was home. Some facilities I find old, but there are renovations going on. What I loved most were the breakfast buffet, which had a lot of choices and was really good; also the bathroom had a see-through glass partition so I can still watch TV while soaking in the tub. My over-all experience was good and I will definitely come back.

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. However, the wifi was a not that stable, especially during the seminar. We had to use our cellular data We noticed that the elevator was really fast, but not in a bad way. You could add a little more options, if possible, to your breakfast buffet. Overall, it was great.

We had the sweet and sour pork and some fried rice. The food was excellent! The service was also great. They were attentive but not intrusive. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Atmosphere was upscale and comfortable. Best S&S Prom I have had in the Philippines. We will definitely go back when we visit Manila again.

Quality is acceptable but is slightly overpriced. Portions are reasonable. I got the beef tepanyaki with sashimi appetizer and ice cream for dessert. The beef was seasoned well but is a bit lacking in flavor and is not memorable. The sashimi (tuna and salmon) are fresh but is sloghtly lacking in quality. Lastly the vanilla ice cream is what you would expect from any store bought version.

Grand daddy of restaurants for Chinese wedding celebrations. Rating this location at 5 stars because of the following combinations: (1) Accessibility, (2) Affordable Price and (3) Great food. We availed of their 990 Japanese Buffet last June 2022 on a Sunday lunch. There were only two occupied tables, Due to the circumstances at that time, the spread was very lean, in the sense that the chafing dishes were just a quarter full. Understandable due to the number of diners. There were the standard japanese items like terikayi, tempura, sashimi, tepanyaki. The flavors were good but some items like beef teppanyaki (tough) and tempura (small shrimp) were disappointing. Sashimi and dessert cakes were good. There were complimentary barley tea and ice cream. Ambiance and service was great. Overall, this was a pleasant dining experience with room for improvement

They could have done better in their food service located in their coffee shop. It was disappointing having to wait for our order for almost an hour. I had a talk with their supervisor and told about our sentiment. How can we patronize them if their services are like that? I informed their supervisor something must be done because next year we are having a big event there. This kind of service cannot happen during our huge event next year.

Donā€™t be fooled by their ad that says, ā€œ FREE BREAKFAST & AIRPORT SHUTTLEā€. I fell for that and we are here now to find out that there is NO FRE BREAKFAST & SHUTTLE TRIP TO THE AIRPORT is for P1,000. The lady at the front desk said there is no such thing. She didnā€™t even bother saying there is a crertain fee for the shuttle. Why then should they put a deceiving ad?? I requested to talk to the manager but waited for at least 2 hours before she attended to me. The water kettle in our room was not working. It took me 5 times to call room service for them to change the water kettle (almost 45 minutes). So disgusting. I will never come back here.

I had a wonderful stay at this relaxed hotel that provided a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Its location, just a 7-minute walk from Vito Cruz train station, made it easily accessible. Being within walking distance of the Manila Zoological and Botanical Garden and a short distance from the iconic Rizal Park added to its appeal. The rooms at this hotel were informal yet well-appointed. I appreciated the tea and coffeemakers, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi, which kept me connected and entertained throughout my stay. The upgraded rooms offered access to a top-floor lounge with a complimentary happy hour, providing an extra touch of luxury. The suites were spacious, featuring sitting areas and kitchenettes. While the breakfast buffet was an additional cost, the hotel's two restaurants, including one offering Japanese cuisine, along with the deli and lobby bar, provided a variety of dining options to suit every palate. The outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness room were excellent amenities for relaxation and staying active. The meeting facilities, capable of accommodating up to 700 guests, made this hotel an ideal choice for events. The availability of valet parking was convenient for guests with vehicles.

The hotel offers a variety of on-site dining options, including a fine-dining restaurant and a casual cafƩ. I had dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious, with a nice selection of wines to choose from. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's spa. Overall, I would highly recommend the Grand Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The rooms were large and tidy, with lovely dƩcor and crisp bed linens. The breakfast buffet was great and offered a wide range of selections! The staff was attentive and went out of their way to make us feel at ease. Nothing was too difficult.

First time for me in the Philippines and I booked in this hotel. Beautiful view, excellent customer service and very hospitable staff. Definitely recommended if you're travelling with your partner or for a business trip. Luxurious experience that's very affordable.

The rooms could be updated to have USB chargers and an easier lighting system. The light bulbs next to the bed were never completely off until I unscrewed them. This looks like a place from 1985. The TV is square

This is not new hotel but suprisingly it is very well maintained and clean. The staff is so polite and friendly. There is wide range of breakfast choices. I have tried its seafood restaurant and the food is amazing.

Selected this hotel since it was close to the appt of our relatives. Stayed 2 nights with the wife. Room was nice and spacious, aircon was a bit noisy but ok. Breakfast was only oriental style ..so that was a bit of a downer. Check in/check out staff was helpfull.. THe only problem we had was that we wanted to make a brief local call (e.g. 40peso..) and the hotel demanded me first to pay a 5000 peso deposit.. redicoulous.

The location of the hotel is very accessible, like if you need to withdraw some cash a bank is just around the corner. Also, the staff of the hotel is serious in providing good services for all the customers thus making me feel safe and at home. For me, that would be one of the assets of the hotel. Keep it up!

WE. LOVED. IT. It may be an old hotel but somehow it resonated with my family. So much that, after having stayed at fancy and expensive hotels, we all felt it was one of the best experiences we had.

It was a nice hotel to stay. They really maintaining the hotel rooms clean everyday, they also have a stable internet connection, the bed is very comfy that i could sleep all day. The view is great but sadly the sliding is lock I can't take a picture outside but it's for our safety so that they can ensure that every customers are safe in their stay.
