We loved their coffee selections and cakes! Their chocolate cake is soft and really good, it is not very sweet. So good that I finished it before I got the chance to take a pic of it. 🤣 A new favorite of ours in Manila! We'll go back soon to try other items! 😋😋😋

A small and understated branch but the staff were friendly and the coffee was good. Pricier but less mist than Starbucks so worth it imo.

Food is great. Not too sweet. Coffee is amazing. Do ask for crystal sugar. There are a lot of people here, so expect a little wait and you have to really look for a seat since the staff are usually busy here. Probably why they don't make use of the buzzer anymore. You will have to raise your hand to catch their attention or go to the cashier. Do not order Roasted Vegetable Omelette even if the staff recommended it. Not tasty at all and a lot of carrots only. Do try Spicy Anchovy, Boneless Bangus (Milkfish), the Japanese food with rice, pasta...

Poor Service. One of the staff is discriminatory, ignored our call when we were ready to order. We have brought outside foods, the first staff to talk to us charged us extra for the outside food, we thought it alright to eat it inside, but another server rudely asked us to hide the food even though we were already charged extra for it.

We were served by ARIEL and she was hot-tempered, rude and had an angry look on her face. Our bill took 10 minutes to get to us and another 5 minutes for them to wrap our sandwich for take out. It wasn’t even a busy day.

Chillax after the stroll and shopping at Divisoria. We had Salted Caramel Coffee and Mocha Jelly plus the must always paired with coffee or any UCC drinks their original tiramisu pricey for 390 pesos for a slice pero super fave ng anak ko because its not super sweet but sakto lang. The sofas need to be upholstered coz mejo madami na un torn/scratches but the ac is fine plus may CR no need to pay 20 pesos inside the malls restroom hahahhaha

I ordered Cocoa Latte which costs ₱150 for an 8 oz. Tastes like Swissmiss.

Don't wear ordinary shirts when you go to this place. Show off if you must to get a good service. Otherwise, experience the worst service you ever had.

Good is a bit too pricey, taste-wise is okay, serving portions are big.

UCC is a garden-variety coffee brand in Japan but looking at this cafe it seems like they're doing a good marketing job uplifting the brand. The coffees we had were actually pretty good (Ichiban blend and Kori Kohi) but what delighted me the most was how knowledgeable and service-oriented the staff here was.

The place is good specially it's located inside the mall and they follow protocol like temperature and checking vaccine card but it's a bit pricey compare to other coffee shops. Staff are corteous and helpful.
