Great coffee! We tried the First Light Dirty White and the Ethiopia Yirgacheffe. Coming back to try the others, especially since the mint affogato and skinned potato chips weren't available and I really wanted to try those. The waffles were yummy though! Big fan of cinnamon in desserts. Priced fairly for the quality.

We were just looking for a place to have coffee while we were in the nicanor roxas st area. They had good reviews and for good reason. The staff are friendly. Thay have many coffee beans to choose from, the pancake is good and the waffle amazing.😊 They need to spruce up their bathroom. Its a small place so when it is crowded, you may have to sit in the "bar" area or share a table. They have cute to go bottles and have stout beer. Their bean varieties are not always available so there is a reason to pass by and check what they do have. An excuse to eat the waffles!!

Nice, cozy, quiet, and small coffee place. Coffee options are aplenty, from the blends offered to the prep methods. Prices are at the upper range, but worth it.

Service was a little slow but man, it's worth waiting for. We had the pastas, which came in big servings that could be shared among friends and family. Since we ordered three pasta dishes, mixing, sharing and matching added to the experience. Both shakes, the vanilla and the dirty version were awesome. They use Big Scoop Ice Cream, calibrated to not too sweet. But the Amber soda was the bomb. It's made to your order in house and I highly recommend it. Firefly has its own charm and can hold its own. If you're looking for a hidden gem, trek over to this dive for a refreshing change.

best coffee in this side of town. For serious coffee geeks, and casual coffee peeps, of course. They roast their own coffee. Place is minimalist and located in a quiet part of town.

Excellent! Unique! The waffle is exceptional. A must try on their coffee selection as well. A must recommend for those looking to try a new coffee place.

    - Rocket high price for a 10 oz Cold Brew. - Dirty white coffee taste like Yardstick's flatwhite. - No Official Receipt was given upon purchase. - Not worth the gasoline and travel time to go there. - Only 2 Cars Parking Slot. Street Parking at your own risk. I will not go back here again.

A nice, cozy, and quiet place (the only time I've been here). It was around 6:30PM on a Friday (I think). Was introduced here by my sister. We brought our cousin here to chill for a while. I also love the fact that it identifies as a "3rd wave" coffee shop, which I am always fascinated to hear about. I have an impression that that the way the store looks like would give it away for the well-initiated. Because I am not yet a big coffee enthusiast, the barista was very kind and helpful in answering my questions about the movement and her recommendation to me for hot coffee. I was not disappointed with the coffee itself. It's not something I would regularly have and it's a treat to me. I love the novelty of it being a specialty coffee. The experience is akin to being taken to a very colorful, nuanced, and personal dimension of the coffee world which I think is worth the premium pricing (premium to me, at least). And I like it and have grown in love with whatever it is with just that one cup I ordered. Would come back and explore the other "blends and beans" when time permits.

Oat milk chocolate needs more cocoa. Grilled cheese sandwich is okay, nothing special. Both are a bit overpriced for its quality. Maybe we’ll try coffee next time instead. Service took so long.

Absolutely delighted with my visit to this third wave cafe! Their coffee is always great. The pesto sandwich and onion rings were so good. Also, the waffles! Super crunchy on the outside and soft and warm inside, with just the right amount of sweetness and topped with ice cream. The perfect way to end a meal. (Worth your cheat days.) Staffs were pretty chill and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone in search of great coffee experience. ❤️

A little bit on the expensive side but definitely better and more delicate tasting coffee than what Starbucks offers. The waffle was very good.

Hidden Gem coffee shop in Q.C. Excellent Coffee! I would highly recommend their Dirty Milkshake for those who like ice blended coffee. Food is also amazing! Their Yogurt Alfredo is my personal favorite. The yogurt adds a bit of zing to the usual pasta with white sauce.

The coffee is a bit on the pricey side but it is totally worth it! The barista even offered for us to taste a pourover made from beans that aren't on the current menu (thanks, Jake!) I recommend their First Light or Morning View blends which we had as dirty whites. You can also request for sweeteners if you prefer. The ambiance is also really nice. Overall, it was a great experience! Looking forward to visiting again. 💗

It was my first time going to firefly coffee even though I was nearby. I only found out about this place thru google and there were good reviews so I went. The place looked good! They had fast wifi and extension wires to charge your phone or laptop. I liked the pasta a lot, but kinda disappointed with the coffee (I ordered the auro mocha). It also bugged me that comfort room was not clean… Would I go back though? Hmm.. maybe? Or thru grab na lang and try the other coffees they have to offer, but I’d appreciate it (and I think the rest of the other customers) if they took time and cleaned their cr… 😬

  • 4/5 kevin b. 8 months ago on Google
Great specialty coffee in the area. Non dairy options available! Great vibe, place is nice and decent, although there were small roaches on the floor. Staff was okay, not too friendly, not too stiff, just right. Could be a bit more present as there were times we wanted to ask something and no one was at the till. All good though. Parking can be difficult, but 10/10 would recommend.

  • 2/5 Kyle J. 9 months ago on Google
very respectful and hardworking staff with good service but the place does not have the best pasta, and has inventory issues as well.

Went here during lockdown and they just offer take-out and delivery. Coffee is strong. Hopefully I can visit again and dine-in.

  • 3/5 Anton E. 8 months ago on Google
Coffee is expensive but tastes adequate. Maybe worth the visit if you're in the area, and if you can tolerate the smug baristas and the small space. Otherwise, there are other options.

  • 4/5 Jiko Aldrei S. 1 year ago on Google
The First Light Dirty White was great and the grilled cheese was delicious. 👌 The service is great, all the employees are very nice and accommodating. The ambiance of the place makes you want to work. Wi-Fi is a bit slow at times, it disconnects you from time to time especially when there's a lot of people, so better to have mobile data as backup. Overall, I liked the food, service, and the place.

Been going to Firefly for almost a year now, and I have to say that they always find ways to keep improving. Coffee is top-notch and you should try their grilled cheese sandwich. Ambience is very cozy, especially in the late afternoon when the sun is setting up until night time. I also like the fact that the owner, Aldrich, is very attentive to the needs of their customers.

Best coffee I’ve had locally. They brew with specific parameters that bring out the best in the coffee beans.

  • 5/5 Clarese A. 4 years ago on Google
This third wave coffee shop is easily my favorite - I’m almost always here on weekends! 😅 I love everything about it - the coffee, specialty drinks, food, interiors, sounds, and ambience. They have a variety of coffee beans to choose from depending on the note that you prefer be it fruity, floral, bodied, and many more. The beans are also roasted in the cafe so you might be lucky enough to watch when you’re there! The baristas are knowledgeable about their craft and and can help you broaden your knowledge about coffee and the different methods in brewing. Btw, they also cater to events. 😉 My top picks: - Coffee Beans: Robusta, Vietnam, Morning View - Specialty Drink: Amber - Food: Arrabbiata, Classic Red, Gouda Grilled Cheese

Was surprised that I liked the yogurt alfredo pasta - definitely something I've never tried before. The mint choco was also pretty good. Not exactly cheap but the quality is worth the price. The coffee though wasn't WOW, it was good but we expected more.

If you're looking for a quiet place, not crowded and you want to relax, Firefly is a to-go place! their coffee is definitely -a-must-try! Misty Valley and Morning View beans are the bomb! I can't explain here WHY but i guess, you need to try it yourself. This is my coffee place haven. 💖

I entered the coffee shop, having zero expectations and knowledge of the place and coffee. I instantly fell in love with its interior, ambiance, and logo. Must observe the logo, it's very creative. Moreover, I decided to try the dirty white and long black. Personally, I love both the drinks. Their desserts are nothing short of spectaculat. Also, they have super friendly baristas, they can spend time discussing about specialty coffee. You'll love the conversations!!! This is one of my go to cafe in Quezon City, Philippines.

They have a really yummy blend called Morning View! Try it out with their Dirty White drink. It tastes fruity without being sour. Gotta try the WAFFLES too!

  • 4/5 Jasmine J. 5 years ago on Google
Firefly Coffee offers a range of drinks that cater to coffee enthusiasts (pour over, single origin, handcrafted beverages) to those who just love cafes. Their cafe is quiet and cozy, they have multiple outlets (2 to a table), and their owner is usually there to craft the beverages for you. I didn’t quite enjoy their waffles, I thought it had too much cinnamon and thus made it bitter.

  • 5/5 Diane L. 5 years ago on Google
Very comfortable space. Had the Gouda grilled cheese - came with delicious potato chips (seemed homemade) and tomato sauce. Pour over coffee was great.

  • 3/5 JV Y. 4 years ago on Google
Place and ambience is alright, coffee is fair, food is mediocre and not worth the price

  • 5/5 Danago 4 years ago on Google
Ask for the pour over method with your choice of beans..skip the sugar and cream. Cold brew also a good drink for a hot day. What goes best with a cup of single origin coffee? Another cup.. 😉

Your home of real coffee, nice place and cozy but the price is still affordable god for students and a place for small business talks :) Must visit and try their Dirty White!

The place where justice is serve in a cup of COFFEE, where a coffee cherry taste like coffee, not a burnt or taste like ash. Definitely a place to be.

I hang out at this cafe a lot. Their coffee is really good and I especially love dirty white. You can tell that the baristas are skilled at making their craft. The onion rings are a must have as well! It's a special and chill place to hang out and be productive for the day.
