Coffee Bean always has a nice ambience and theyir coffee is always better than Starbucks. Tried the Ube Ice Blended which tasted way too sweet. Better stick to coffee and tea next time. We also had the red velvet muffin, which was meh. But the nice and friendly staff and comfy atmosphere made up for the muffin and ube ice blended. We’ll be back.

I went here with my mom for a night bonding. We didn't know what we wanted to purchase and the cashier was kind enough to wait until we knew what we wanted. We ordered the Lemon Chamomile Tea, Iced White Chocolate Dream, and a Blueberry Cheesecake. We got our order after a few minutes and we enjoyed it very well. The crew was very accommodating and friendly.

I loved the new branch, it was really spacious and comfy. I just find the parking fees a bit pricey. Constructions are still underway which explains the presence of debris and metals inside the basement parking which made the already compact place more constricting esecially for big cars.

Drinks taste unique, distinctly satisfying and consistent across all branches. Lighting and ambiance is great for both recreation and studying. The staff are very accommodating and quick.

The ambiance is good for meetings or studying, though I hope they can regulate the use of the place by students/reviewees for almost half a day, if not whole day, to accommodate other paying customers as well.

Good for a residential area breakfast or coffee place. Ordered eggs Ben... Poached egg was not runny. Coffee was ok. Great small sized sliced cakes.

Parking is horrible lets get that out of the way. Avoid parking in the basement. That leaves a few slots in the front of the building so good luck with that. Security guard visible in front of the building is a good thing. Overall the place is OK and the staff is friendly and efficient. Coffee is standard quality as any CBTL branch. Like any coffee chains, students studying for hours would take up most of the tables which is kinda ridiculous for the regular customers. People just walk away after seeing the place looks like a huge study hall.

Parking was a challenge. Wonderful staff they even recommend meals that could get your teas for free 😁

Service and the atmosphere inside the shop is great, no qualms. It's just as I expected from a CBTL branch. What I didnt expect is the horrible parking spaces. It's not an exaggeration. If you dont get one outside because for some reason it's reserved for other people, you are directed to the basement parking. You have to pay P30 WITH A RECEIPT. Dont forget it because you have to pay P150 without it. Overall 5 stars for the actual CBTL. Wish you got a better location though.
