Pan Pacific Manila now named Sheraton Manila Bay ,but it doesn’t located along Manila Bay ,it’s located at Adriatico corner Malvar street very near Robinson Manila Place

I was honoured to stay at Pan Pacific Manila many years ago and I have fond memories of the Hotel. The food was outstanding and I loved the pool, in which I swimed so much. The staff we're wonderful and they helped me with lost baggage (from the airport and everything). Great people and top Hotel!

We enjoyed our stay last night. Nice place and very accommodating staff. The food was great and it was so delicious.

Have stayed at the Pan Pacific Hotel on many occasions. The quality of service has never varied over the years. The rooms are very well appointed and are scrupulously clean. The Butler staff are highly trained and very professional in every aspect of their jobs. Most importantly they are friendly and always have a welcoming smile. The food is excellent and is pleasing to the eye as well as the pallet. Overall I would rate this hotel as one of the finest Butler hotels in the world

Once I arrive at the hotel lobby, the staff was very accommodating. Good service with very clean and spacious room. Always on time when you need them. Spectacular buffet selections at their topmost restaurant. I will surely go back next time.

Excellent hotel - I have stayed here about 15 times. Each time was brilliant in terms of service and accommodation. The hotel has a nice little pool and a good view. However - with the increasing smog in the city, it is becoming harder and harder to see the landscape from your window. The staff are very friendly and well trained. I believe this to be the best hotel in Manila.

Service, Amazing. Rooms were really nice, only problem was our room had a door that opened so you could see someone taking a soak in the tub. Location was really nice. Next to a nice mall, also not far from many things. Only problem with it is that it is in Downtown Manilla and the traffic there is really bad. So being close is nice but it still take a while to get anywhere.

Such a great place to stay. The customer service was fantastic, all the staff were very friendly and happy to help. Bed was comfortable and the room was well sized and regularly cleaned. Definitely enjoyed cocktail hour, and having lots of variety for buffet breakfast!

very modern hotel in a great location. The rooms are nice and very clean. Staff are helpfull and know what they are doing. Security is over average. Restaurant at the top floor gives you a fantastic view of the city and the bay. Great experience!

What a nice hotel, good staff, good food, great huge rooms and equally huge bathrooms with an great view, close to some nice shopping malls and i felt so comfortable that I can strongly recommend this hotel to anyone even who tend to have cynical opinions to hotel business!

Nice! Almost everything is nice but this is not new a hotel but still 5 star for us.

A nice location and very updated interior. We stayed in the executive room and it was a very nice stay. The breakfasts was also quite good, a very large selection from many cuisines to choose from. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be booking a stay here when we return.

Everything about Pan Pacific is marvelous! I had a great stay, the employees are well-groom and very approachable, they give the most personalized service basing it from the experiences I have from other hotels. The foods are simply fantastic, specially their pastries that I enjoy very much. The ambiance was so calming plus the view from Pacific Lounge. I strongly recommend this hotel and will surely come back next time with my friends and family. Love lots Pan Pacific!!!

Had a lunch it and it was great. Few choices of food but they're definitely delicious. I love the pasta station! What makes it even great is the view of Manila Bay. So relaxing. Will consider checking in next time.
