We made a reservation but the table they gave us was too small and my chair was wobbly plus they have limited parking space. The food was okay - try the pasta and dessert

There's a lot of parking space in the front and at the back of the restaurant, although they also have a lot of guests so parking space may still be limited at times. Food is good, although serving size is still small even with family size. You get your money's worth and it's worth going back :)

Been wanting to try this place even before the pandemic. But it's reputation was daunting, it evoked an image of a classy and expensive place. So I was waiting for a special occasion to visit it. We went here the day after Mother's Day. I ordered 4 of their best sellers. Only 1 was good, the Herbed Chicken salad. The Slow Cooked ribs wasn't. Look at the picture and see how it was plated. They just placed the unevenly sized ribs on the plate with no garnishings. The sauce tasted like the ones you get on the street. The paella was also not good. Serving size was for 3 but we didn't even finish half of it. Rice was too sticky, was thinking more like a risotto stickiness. And lastly, the Pan seared dory tasted ordinary and we saw it was undercooked after we ate half of it. We told the waiter and he took back the plate. We were expecting a new replacement but only got back the leftover. There wasn't even an apology extended. Overall, I was quite disappointed over the food quality for the money I shelled out. I noticed this place had quite a number of negative reviews only afterwards, and after my experience I can only surmise that management is not taking these bad reviews seriously, otherwise they would have made improvements already.

We waited for about an hour to be seated but it was worth the wait. I would suggest to place your reservation ahead of time especially if plan to eat during the weekend. We placed our orders with the receptionist to save time. The decor is so quaint and IG worthy! There was also parking space so that's a plus in QC. I particularly loved the Truffle pasta, pizza, porkchop and salad! Must try!

Wow! The food here is exceptional. We got the cheese-stuffed chili, pizza caprese, spicy shrimp pasta, and BBQ ribs. All of which were so good. The vibe of the place is also spot on although it could feel a bit crowded during peak hours. Doesn't take away from the experience, though! Would definitely come back again!

Truffle pasta is very delicious! The pumpkin soup and cheese logs, despite being basic appetizers, taste good too. The way they decorated the place also stands out from other restaurants while still maintaining that family friendly, homey vibe. Will definitely come back to try their other dishes 😊

We ordered 4 dishes: seafood paella, sizzling squid, truffle pasta, and the cordon Bleu. The sizzling squid was pretty good, it has an interesting sauce made of (I'm guessing) honey and soy sauce, but the flavor gets cloying. The seafood paella was bland and it's ingredients lacked Harmony and consistency with one another. The truffle pasta and cordon bleu we're both great. The sauces were flavorful, and the cordon Bleu was well constructed. Service was great. Ambiance was good.

Pros: Ambiance Little cozy "secret" restaurant feels in qc. Best truffle fries and pasta!! Super recommended! Affordable cocktails! Love it! Cons: The hype "paella" is just so-so nothing special The food is quite expensive for the quality/quantity (esp. cake and paella) Pumpkin soup taste bland. Canned soup is so much better than they served Note: due to pandemic i think they are understaff.

Pizza caprese is good, with just tomato and white cheese as main ingredients. Better with a bit of salt, and hot sauce. Vegetable salad is another simple dish, yet tasty enough. Salmon steak quite good as well. Seafood paella took more than 25 minutes to be served, hence wasn't really able to enjoy the taste. 3.5 to 4 stars for the food. Why only 3 stars for the rating? Service. We came in around 3pm, there was one parking slot, so it was good. When we entered the place, it was full, which is okay, but there was no waiter or receptionist to tell us to wait. We waited for about ten minutes for a table, and had to wait for another 5 minutes before we got seated. And we saw used tissues on the floor near the table as shown in the pics. The resto seemed to have not much personnel. Soon after a lot of waiters appeared, and they were chatting incessantly and loud, as if there were no clients on the tables. You can't even have a decent conversation, due to the noise, with stereo system adding to the noise.

*could order in advance, while in queue. *But still order took longer to be served when we were seated *After appetizer, main dish was served on almost 30mins interval, and when the other dish were served, we were almost full. *Paella negra was last served, and although it was so appetizing, still we weren't been able to enjoy the meal because we were full already *Pizza is a a must try too

The food is good and is presented good. Our all time faves with a twist. The place is very interesting and appealing to the eyes. They have space if you are a group and wants a little privacy. The price is above average but it is nice to splurge s little once in a while. They serve alcoholic drinks and cocktails. The staff are friendly and accomodating. Kid friendly place. A must visit.

Never again. The best food out of their menu is plain rice. The HK style porkchop is atrocious and very gross and the salted egg chicken is guess what? SWEET. Service is A+ but the food ain't great. Better get your chinese food fix at Causeway.

Place is kept neat and clean. Good health protocols is being followed as well. Well staffed and friendly. Quantity of serving is above average as well. Well seasoned and garnished good. Though an item we ordered with garlic rice is served cold. Had to ask the waiter to replaced it as I found it not fresh anymore besides being cold. Staff is accomodating though but kitchen quality needs to be calibrated for food handling. Ambiance is made rustic and classic, lots of wood finish and antiques showcased all throughout the dining area. Has an al-fresco area too for those who prefers no air-conditioning. Overall its good, only hiccup is the food handling which made alot of impact dining wise. Kindly give a LIKE πŸ‘ if this helps! Follow ME for my other REVIEWS!

Everything was great! Food was amazing, the place looked good, portions were good, and the staff were all nice. We went during Sunday lunch and it was a good time. Not too many people. The food was delicious and you can tell that they really used good quality ingredients. We ordered the truffle pasta, salmon steak, and squash soup. Would definitely come back again!

Truffle pasta and cheese logs are still my fave. Squid ink pasta is so-so. Love the homey and chill vibe of the place, few people when we got there. Service is good, but if you sit in the inner section you won't be able to call the staff easily.

I found out about The Frazzled Cook in a Facebook group where they recommend good places to eat, and I do not regret going here with my friends! The restaurant is colorful and cozy; it felt like each part of the place was decorated with a lot of thought and consideration. Their website is also informative and accessible! I was able to reserve a table for me and my friends without any hassle. I tried their grilled pork chop with mashed potatoes on the side. My friends and I also tried their caprese pizza. I think the money we spent was worth it! The servings are generous (for me at least), and I had to take some of my food home because I got so full. 🀍 The staff is attentive and accommodating. I had a good time, and I look forward to going back and trying other things from their menu!

Good and flavorful food. Staffs are also nice. And the ambience and interior has this home-y feels. The taste and serving size are worth the price. There's also parking in the are but it's a bit limited. For group gathering, you may book one of their little function rooms.

We've been regular costumers of Frazzled Cook for a while now, and we really like their food. Currently, it seems that the place is having a revamp-- but fret not because they are still serving their yummy dishes! For my most recent visit, I ordered Chicken Cordon Bleu, a new dish up on their menu. Serving was really generous (even with other dishes) and one plate maybe enough to feed 2 (IMO). The crust was really crunchy and tasteful. I think people who love cheese will like this dish because the center was filled with melted creamy cheese--but for me, I think I've had way too much. However, overall, I still enjoyed it. Also, do not forget to order their homemade iced tea and truffle fries--these treats are really good. πŸ‘

Found this place by accident and we were so glad with this find. The servings were pretty big. We got the pork chops and ribs. They were both tender and tasty. We would definitely be back to try the other items in the menu.

Place is ideal for dates and intimate family gatherings. The ambiance is very homey, and cozy. Highly recommended dishes include the truffle pasta, cream dory in butter, and the creme brulee cake. If you're lucky, you would often find yourself dining with celebrities, as it is a popular hangout place. Food is quite expensive but worth it.

A well recommended restaurant. It has homey feels and the staff are kind and accommodating. The place is always jump packed, especially with rules of lesser capacity inside. You can place your reservations by calling the resto. Let's talm about the food. I really love their truffle pizza and truffle pasta. I LOVE IT. The flavors melt in your mouth, with its creamy-filled sauce. SUPERB! Next, is the salad (chicken β€” i forgot the name, but it is their best seller. The flavors are rich and the chicken is big. The other foods we ordered are also good β€” paella, cordon blue and grilled porkchop.

Ordered for Fathers day on June 15, well in advance and paid thru bank transfer. Agreed upon delivery time was 11am. Keep on following up with them since 11:00am. But no updates whatsoever. Food arrived past 1pm. We felt embarrassed since we told our guests not to be late. Worst experience ever. Since they already have your money, they don’t bother to update you since they know you can’t cancel.

Love the ambience of the extension, really homey and at the same time elegant. I like that the waiter immediately asks how you want your drinking water, something I have never experienced at other restos. We had wagyu salpicao, baked pasta, truffle pizza, steak(forgot exactly which kind) and beef ribs. All were superb, but we liked the melt-in-your-mouth wagyu beef and creamy truffle pizza the most. For dessert, we had mango creme brulee, which was good, not too sweet, but could be made better by torching the brulee some more. The unforgettable one for me was their frozen brazo de mercedes, it's a must try! I'm drooling just thinking about it now. We'll definitely come back for it, and again and again...

Ate here with the family. We tried the Sizzling Squid, Squash Soup, Wagyu Salpicao, Truffle Pizza, and Truffle Pasta. Most of these had the "best seller" logo beside them. Everything was average at best. I mean they weren't bad. There was just no wow factor. I'd give them a 3 but the ambiance kind of ruined it with the blender running every now and then, plus we could hear the staff yelling from the kitchen. So yeah, it didn't really make a good impression on me.

The design of the newly built expansion of Frazzled Cook is really nice! It had a cozy, homey nature ambiance which was really refreshing. Their truffle pasta was really flavorful, although the pasta itself was served a bit undercooked and tough to chew. The roasted chicken had a small portion of serving, while the grilled porkchops had a generous amount of serving. Both were good but weren’t great. Their squash soup is good and affordable.

Very very poor they are cheating to their customer by charging a 10% services charge. So to all customer who want to eat over there, always beware in what you are paying for. And also one thing that the 10% service charge that they charging on each customer it should be they have to give the 50% share to their employee. Please beware all the customer who want to eat there check all the detail and also their menu w/o indicating the 10% service charge...

Food is average - borderline bland. Service is slow and the crew is friendly but seem to be just all over the place. Had to follow-up glass with ice 3 times. They were trying to give me a pitcher of iced tea (which was supposed to be for the next table) and tried to give my order of mango shake to the next table. They also messed up my paella negra order and gave me seafood paella instead which was not good at all. The manager agreed to remove it from my bill so I'm giving a 3 rating instead of 1. Not going back though.

We were there around 2:30pm to hopefully avoid lunch time rush but to our surprise, there was still a queue! We were fourth in line and it took about 30 minutes for us to be seated (4 people). There was no waiting area so we were forced to be seated outside under the rain with little shade. 10 minutes before we were seated, a waiter approached us for our order. Aside from the Truffle pasta, which was the star of the show, i felt like most of the food here did not live up to its hype. The pizza's dough was a bit chewy still and was undercooked. The garlic parmesan wings tasted ok, not extraordinary. I might have had high expectations based on the buzz i heard about the resto, in any case it's still a must to try this resto when you're around the area (if possible not on a weekend when it's fully booked)

Dear The Frazzled Cook. I frequently dine in your resto before the height of the pandemic. I did a few visits this year. I love your truffle pasta, scampi pizza and grilled pork chops. Today, i tried ordering through grab, of course, i ordered my fave truffle pasta and also tried your herb chicken salad. I was surprised with the serving size of the single truffle pasta (good for 1-2 persons. It was only this little. (See photos).

Great place. Good food. Slow service. The steak was okay. The salad was delicious but expensive. The pancake took a very long time to get served, it was scrumptious. The vibes were contemporary and cozy, I liked it.

Our food experience here is remarkable. I love the dishes. But I don't recommend the salted egg wings. It taste like the chips that was popular before. But overall love the food and the place

We definitely loved it, my wife even said that we celebrate occasions here and try out all the food because we really enjoyed it. Was a bit shocked with the service because we ordered a 4 course meal; starters, soup, pasta and main course but they all came when they're ready to be served and not in the order and pace that it should've been, maybe it can be requested but I'm not sure so next time make sure to just order the next meal once the first meal is served and so on and so forth. All in all great service, they're polite, prompt, and definitely a courtesy to the cooks. Medj napamahal kami pero really worth it, not a penny was wasted. Btw just a note on the wings starters its not the kind of winfs you expect it's the deep fried kind of wings so if you were expecting the pan fried wings it's not because that's what we expectedπŸ˜…

We got squash soup, potato basil soup, kesong puti salad, brewed coffee -- all yum! We also got chicken marsala & grilled pork chops -- kinda meh; meats were overcooked and under-seasoned. Service was excellent, very courteous & attentive staff. Food was served promptly. And the place overall is inviting, a good hangout.

This place is elegant with an awesome vibe. I went with my daughter for dinner, and the food was truly amazing. The service was excellent, attentive, and friendly. They are absolutely incredible! Will definitely come back again and again.

I went here with some girl friends and it was a pleasant experience. I suggest you book a reservation because it was packed even on a Thursday night! Staff were nice, the place had a maximalist design, and the food was tasty. We ordered 6 dishes in total– stuffed chili, herbed chicken salad, truffle pasta, pizza caprese, pan seared dory, and grilled pork chop. Stuffed chili - right amount of spiciness and cheese was still gooey even when it got cold. Great appetizer, and it’s cheap too! You get 6 long pieces. Herbed chicken salad - I highly recommend this! We got the solo to share between the three of us and it was enough to get our meal started. Their vinaigrette was really addicting, and it paired well with the grilled chicken. Absolutely loved the chicken!! They were generous with the serving. The croutons could have been fresher though, but it wasn’t enough for it to be a dealbreaker. Truffle pasta - We ordered the family serving for this one and it was a lot for three people. I must say, I was most disappointed with this one. I think it’s a bit overhyped. You can definitely taste the truffle oil, but the base sauce wasn’t anything special. It’s like your typical Filipino white sauce. I think the evaporated milk was a bit overpowering. Pizza caprese - the best pizza I’ve ever tasted! I especially loved my first bite into its cheesy goodness. The crust was also done just right! Not too thin, and not too thick. It’s divided into six slices. I could honestly finish a whole pizza if that was the only thing I ordered. I highly recommend it. Pan seared dory - it was good but honestly you could replicate it at home. We got garlic rice as our side but it was a bit too mushy for my liking. Grilled porkchops - at first look, it seemed dry but I was mistaken. It was still pleasantly juicy. They were also generous with their serving. It comes with a sauce, but it tasted more like ribs sauce. You’ll enjoy it if you like sweet dips! Long island cocktail - a bang for your buck. It’ll really hit you as soon as you take your first sip. Overall a great experience. It was one of my friends’ birthday and they gave a complementary ice cream for the celebrant. They usually give out cake but they were already out of it by then (understandably so, it was already 10pm by then). I’d rate this restaurant an 7.7/10. Would dine here again.

came here to catch up with friends, there was a wait but it wasnt super bad in my opinion. the set up has changed a lot from the pictures here and the ones in their social media, it's less decorated now. the vibe of the place is still nice though, well lit, it reminds me of a comfy inn almost. its easy to have conversations with people there so i enjoyed it. the food was also alright but our mashed potatoes actually came out rotten or something since it was very sour so we sent it back and had normal mashed potatoes after. the normal ones tasted good though. i dont have much pictures since there wasnt really much to take pictures of anymore. the outside seating is also not available anymore but you can take pictures of their sign still. out of everything i think what stood out the most was their service. i dont remember who exactly there were a few people that came to our table, one of them was anthony. but they were very attentive, even the people who werent our table's waiter were attentive to us. especially whoever the water guy was, they kept refilling our glasses even before we noticed they were empty (this is good btw). and the same water guy went up to our table and other tables to warn us about the loud noise that would happen a few minutes later because they were going to sing happy birthday loudly to the adjoining room. that mightve been the first time i had a restaurant let other customers know about upcoming noises for a happy birthday song, i thought that was very nice of them. our order: crusted chicken tortilla, truffle pasta, tenderloin steak, chicken marsala

The dishes aren't exactly mind-blowing, but they're a treat for those who enjoy the occasional fancy meal. Some might be a bit tricky to replicate at home due to unique ingredients. While it leans towards the pricey side, the family-size option makes it more budget-friendly. We went for the Herb Chicken Saladβ€”packed with chicken, lettuce, and a sprinkle of breadcrumbs. The Pork Ribs might be a bit much for non-pork lovers. Now, the Truffle Pasta, unless you're a die-hard creamy pasta fan, skip it. It's overwhelmingly creamy with just pasta, a hint of bacon, and barely visible mushrooms. The place has a comfy vibe, but it can get quite lively, making it not the ideal spot for a quiet date. Conversations might need a bit of effort. On the upside, the food and the bill both show up in a flash! Try their mash potato.

It's been years since the last time I've visited this place but I'm happy to say that the food, service, and overall experience was wonderful. We arrived around 5:30pm for dinner where there were only a few tables filled and we were assisted and served well and immediately. We tried the truffle pasta, cheese stacks, beef tapa, and tomato cream pasta, and the cucumber lemonade. Every order was a hit for us. We spent around 600-700 each. We liked the unique quirky decor and the different chairs arouns the space. Would highly recommend for anyone who just wants a solidly good meal and a not too busy restaurant, this is a nice place to visit. Hope to come back soon and try their other dishes.

The truffle pasta was one of the best I have tasted so far. However, the service was not really good. It feels like they are understaffed. We were seated at a place that felt like an extension of the restaurant. It took a long time to do an additional order. The food was expensive.

We arrived just before 6PM to secure a parking space. Clean comfort room. Nice ambiance, good for catch up sessions.

Cute place with nice decor. It's colorful and nicely decorated. Fairly packed and loud, and the place is good for groups but not so much for couples or private dining. Their service isn't very efficient though - it takes a long time to get service and staff are hard to get hold of. Took over 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Their bathroom was clean (there's one each for men and women). The food is decent. It's noisy and crowded and the service is mediocre, but on the plus side the food is decent and the decor is interesting. All in all, okay place.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ I missed this place! One of my comfort foods. This is our favorite place when we were in college. The place is huge, now they have more parking. The food is still great! We ordered the Shawarma Plate, Mixed Special Kebab, and the Grilled Eggplant. Order their yogurt shakes too!

πŸ‘πŸ‘ A very pleasant lunch at this place today (though the temperature inside was quite warm). The food was simply fabulous. Loved the pako salad and the Ilocos Express! The chicken adobo was also good and the Ilocos Best ( a platter of bagnet slices and a variety of Ilokano sausages) was simply the star...

😐 They have raised prices post pandemic its now P1040 a person on weekend lunch. The food spread is just so-so not a whole lot of choices and you will rotating yourself among a few dishes as a lot of the other dishes are more common. As always with mall based buffets people stuff themselves with tempu...
