We
checked-in
for
a
single
night
just
to
be
early
on
our
appointment
the
next
day.
The
room
was
on
the
4th
floor,
no
elevator.
Upon
checking
the
room,
we
noticed
the
very
LOOSED
WINDOW
LATCH.
I
called
the
recep
and
raised
my
concern
to
this
female
staff,
who
initially
told
me
(over
the
phone)
that
there's
no
issue
with
the
window,
before
checking
it.
Upon
proving
that
it's
really
broken,
her
only
solution
was
reassuring
us
that
it's
totally
fine
and
there
are
no
neighbors
below.
Hence,
keep
the
window
open.
(BTW,
this
is
located
within
residential
area,
and
2
people
can
fit
at
the
same
time
on
this
big
window
with
broken
lock,
you
can
easily
go
to
the
rooms
below
if
you
use
the
fire
exit
ladder)
We
didn't
pay
for
an
unsecured
room
and
for
our
valid
concerns
to
be
disregarded,
so
we
went
to
the
reception
and
politely
approach
a
different
person,
the
male
staff
initially
said,
there's
no
available
room,
but
changed
his
mind
when
we
remain
standing
in
front
of
him.
He
transferred
us
to
another
room
and
YES,
there
was
actually
an
available
room.
The
only
good
thing
here
(for
us)
was
the
clean
room
with
its
comfy
bed.
