The room for 6 people is too small, the service is poor, and the location is good but the amenities are lacking like no elevator and our room is located in the 5th floor.

Hi. Before we came to hotel we. Make a call and we gave them all right details. And they make a price 7500 peso. With early coming. When we came so person from reception want from us to pay 3 and plus early coming. He show to us room. I said that is not 3and half day but 2and half. He was asking 8500 peso. When he can't cheating me on days, so tell me we must pay more for room because we have children. And price is 10000 peso. When we make a booking by phone we tell them how many adults, how many children and what age. They just cheating. We stayed there because we get children with us. Last time in that group of hotel. Careful with that hotel. Communication terrible, and liars.

For the price they offer for thier rooms it's good. The room is spacious and clean and the bathroom is good as well, hot water is available!!! The only thing I can complain about is the lack of elevator. It's very tiring to go up and down all the time, especially if you are carrying luggages.

Everything was as is describe. I would recommend to put some wardrobe or some shelfs because there is no space to put your belongings.

They give you thick blanket as default even when outside is 35 degrees Celsius. I've asked at the reception and they refused to give me a thinner one, they said I should put the air conditioning so low such that I can use those thick blanket... I'm am speachless. Global warming, here we go! ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

I booked for a family room, the space is ok but I seen the room next door and their space is more bigger than ours.. Just hoping they gave me a bigger room since I have kids and stayed longer... But the location is good, you can commute to anywhere by bus, jeepneys or grab, its accessible and near to 7/11 and banks also just walking distance to nearby Robinsons.. I recommend the place for stay..

Staff were kind and accommodating. The room was nice. And the place is just a few minutes away from Robinsons Place in case you want to shop and dine.

Staff was very helpful in helping me flag down a taxi at 4am. They cleaned my room immediately and I got in. :)

It was a nice and clean hotel, The WiFi connection is just so bad maybe because there are a lot of people outside the hotel (NOT GUEST) who are also connected and using the WiFi of the Hotel. The outside rooms are good but I just don't feel safe that when you open the door it will be the street already.

We checked-in for a single night just to be early on our appointment the next day. The room was on the 4th floor, no elevator. Upon checking the room, we noticed the very LOOSED WINDOW LATCH. I called the recep and raised my concern to this female staff, who initially told me (over the phone) that there's no issue with the window, before checking it. Upon proving that it's really broken, her only solution was reassuring us that it's totally fine and there are no neighbors below. Hence, keep the window open. (BTW, this is located within residential area, and 2 people can fit at the same time on this big window with broken lock, you can easily go to the rooms below if you use the fire exit ladder) We didn't pay for an unsecured room and for our valid concerns to be disregarded, so we went to the reception and politely approach a different person, the male staff initially said, there's no available room, but changed his mind when we remain standing in front of him. He transferred us to another room and YES, there was actually an available room. The only good thing here (for us) was the clean room with its comfy bed.

The place is nice and rooms are clean. The beds are super comfy. The only downside is that they don't have an elevator and they have rooms located in the 6th floor. Also the street is narrow and you will have difficulty in parking your car. But overall we love our stay! We will definitely go back!

Management has a very bad quality. We were having a very important event and they just informed us about the violations that we had them , WITHOUT THEM INFORMING US about it beforehand. Now we were late on our scheduled event and everything was aggravated about the situation. We won't accept that 10,000 php penalty for something we weren't aware of. I haven't mention about the utilities yet. IT SUCKS

We stayed there for 2 nights for a family vacation, it was generally a pleasant stay with friendly staff. Except they did not provide enough bath towels upon check-in and no available elevator for senior citizen companions and luggage.

I Have not seen the Rooms it might be Good but the Location?? Is Worst not a Recomended Place for a Hotel specially if you will have a Vehicle Very Limmited Parking Slot they may advise you to Park on Streets only... ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

Doesn't explain the rules clearly. Was asking visitors to pay 500 even though they just helped with the luggages of the guests. In the first place, the guests weren't even checked in until 8pm. Guests were only there for a few hours. Not worthy for the price. Location not good.
