This property ZENROONS Bryan Condo Makati is not an ideal place. The fact that the security guard is very unpolite and unkind, which is a big minus, they are also very strict of the check-in time. which means you cannot do early check-in, (of which I usually pay additional per hour for early check-in) You have to wait till 2pm sharp to check-in and thats the worst case scenario about this property. They also do not have a proper reception/office to accommodate guests concerns. If youre looking for a hostel with a nice cozy friendly environment, please refrain from staying in ZENROOMS Bryan Condo Makati. There are other good and best hostel around Palanan area who can offer excellent service and hassle free check-in's...

Overall total experience is awesome.

Decent facilities, room what normal size although bathrooms had roaches . Receptionist was very rude and “assumed I smoked” and after reassuring her I’m not a smoker she told me not to smoke inside the room. She also suddenly said I had to pay deposit which was the same price as the room. Customer service is important I won’t be coming back. Believe her name was “Li or Lee”.

Units are neat and tidy and very safe. Perfect mix of local culture and new amenities not too busy or overcrowded would definitely book again..

The place was easy to locate. The units are tidy and neat as well as spacious. There’s a security guard so you can assured your safety. The staff also is very accomodating and friendly. Best deal in Bryan Condominium is their free wifi and free parking.

The venue was perfect for our year end party, it was classy. I also booked 3 rooms for my colleagues and they were very satisfied during their stay. The room is clean and cozy at a very affordable price. The owner was very accommodating and considerate regarding our additional and special pecial request. A good place to stay and venue for the party. Highly recommended and we'll definitely come back. Thanks for the good experience. 👍👌

Fasilitas room :TV (lokal dan internasional channel), AC dingin tapi berisik, lemari pakaian besar tapi tidak ada hangar, ada sofa dan meja rias, jendela dengan view kota, queen bed yang empuk, wifi agak payah, handuk, westafel, shower (hot and cold), closet duduk.
