I recently stayed at the Mini Suites Hotel, and I must say, our experience was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Despite arriving after the check-in time, we were made to wait for an excruciatingly long two hours before we were finally assigned a room. To add insult to injury, it turns out that our room had actually been ready for some time, but the hotel staff simply forgot to inform us about it. The rooms are filthy, this hotel is a health hazard. Smells moldy as well. The lack of communication and disregard for our time was truly disheartening, and when we brought up the issue with the hotel staff, their response was unapologetic and cold. Not a hint of empathy or understanding was shown, leaving us feeling like our concerns were completely brushed aside. The unfriendly and unhelpful attitude of the staff made us feel unwelcome and undervalued as guests. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for the Mini Suits Hotel, and I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think twice. In our opinion, the way we were treated and the overall experience we had is inexcusable, and we wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. We felt like nothing more than a number on a balance sheet, and the lack of genuine care for guests is apparent. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration, and look for accommodations elsewhere.

Excellent service from the staff! The location is very good as it has a lot of establishments nearby, and you can take the elevated walkway to the Ayala malls. My room was a non-smoking room, but it still smelled like cigarettes for some reason. It could get noisy too, but I guess that's not the hotel's fault. Good value for money!

This is a terrible overpriced Hotel with very poor service, rock hard beds, and appalling policies. It's ridiculous they take 3000 Peso off you as a holding deposit and there's nothing in the bloody room such an excessive amount and so unnecessary. There is no tea or coffee making facilities no bathrobes only dental kits in a tiny piece of soap supplied. The housekeeping staff throughout my face mask I went in advise reception and all they thought was too bad they didn't do anything about it didn't try and compensate me and just ignored the issue. The rooms are ridiculously narrow you cannot even walk beside the bed with one side of the bed push hard up against the wall. The housekeeping is poor the first day there was not even a bath mat which was placed their the second day. The shower leaks out into the living area and the shower hasn't been clean properly and a long time and is slippery and dangerous. The TV is mounted on an angle on the side wall and you can't turn it far enough so you can actually view it from on the bed and there is nowhere else to sit and watch it unless you want to sit on the end of the bed. The TV has about 300 channels but only about 20 of them work most of the movies sports and news channels are blocked. The walls are paper thin and you can hear what everyone is saying in the room either side of you and you can hear the housekeeping staff yelling and talking outside your room from early hours of the morning so you can't even get a reasonable night's sleep on their rock hard beds. I would give this place 0 out of 10 there was nothing that impressed me and nothing was comfortable and service was terrible. I would not recommend this place do yourself a favour and don't waste your money go and stay somewhere else there are so many much better properties available in the area

Not a single smiling face from the staff for the whole stay and we stayed for a week. Gym is opening 6 am and closes at 6 pm… This means you have to stay at the hotel during the day to work out… should at least be open to 8. Room has no sound isolation what so ever. You can hear when people are whispering in the room beside you… horrible. You have glassdoors to the toilet = no sound isolation and not ”sexy” at all. The only good thing is the location.

Appalling experience. The first room I was given smelled of mildew and was generally unclean including a wall mirror that looked like someone was scratching at it with a knife. Requested a switch to another room and it was worse. The room was hot with air conditioning not turned on (so i thought maybe it just needed to be activated by the keycard). The hotel sheets had random hairs on there as well as yellow stains. At this point I was so tired I just requested new sheets so an attendant arrived to change the sheets. After the change of sheets, the air conditioning still wasn’t working so it was extremely hot and stuffy and the in room safe wasn’t working as well. A maintenance guy showed up and attempted to fix the AC with no luck and told me to wait 30 minutes to see if it would get better but he fixed the in room safe (dead battery I think). 30 minutes later the air conditioning still wasn’t working so I called down to the front desk to ask if they could have someone fix it. No one showed up for an hour before I gave up, checked myself out and booked a different hotel at 2am and in my frustration and fury I didn’t even ask for my money back (in hindsight I should have but I was just immensely tired at that point to even care) Also the in room safe is attached to a drawer under the bed… that can be entirely lifted out and carried away. I wish I could give this hotel 0 stars and I definitely do not recommend staying here.

The price is actually good for the room and location. They were 3 of us who stayed in the room. 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. What we liked about the beds was because they prepared 2 pillows for each person (because hotels usually prepares 1 pillow per person). The room has towels, room slippers, dental kits good for 3 people. They also have an electric kettle if you want to heat up some water, 4 bottles of drinking water, 2 sachets of coffee and a single cup (but you can request extras if you can). Just like every other hotels, the room has a telephone so that you can easily call on the front desk and housekeeping. The shower and toilet, you might want to bring something inside like a bag that you can hang at the top of the door with a hook cause inside the shower is literally a small space for shower, with a shampoo and conditioner dispenser. The toilet is separated from the shower so two people can use it simultaneously.

A very comfy place to stay if you want to be near the center of Makati. The room was small, I admit, but for less than 8K for four nights and in Makati that is very okay. Everything is clean and the staff were all quite friendly and welcoming. I also had a nice view out of my window. And they let you use their gym and pool. So this is a very affordable but definitely not a cheap hotel.

NOT RECOMMENDED. First of, the room stands by the name. Mini. Literally a bed, toilet/ shower and tiny kitchen. No chair or table to work or to eat. Shower is stupid, nowhere to hang the towel/ clothes inside. And literally no handle to close the door. ( unless there is a trick to it) Even the toilet is good enough for sitting. If you are on the bigger side , I'm sorry it'll not work. No complimentary breakfast even with such high price. So disappointing. Even parking is operated by different party. They do have a gym, but probably one treadmill working out of 4. The only thing i like is the pool. But they close it on Mondays. Location is good.

🌺♥️🥰"Awesome"🥰♥️🌺 Hotel the mini suites Eton tower is located in Manila and with great views. Especially the warm and amiable employees makes the environment even more better. Hotel rooms were big, clean, hygienic and well maintained . Great foods and superb pool for adults n kids and kids playing area. coffee was delicious. Staffs were so helpful and we don't have to wait much at the reception. I visited in 2019 November with my friend and I really loved my stay there for one week of my vacation. Hope border opens soon and il go again.I will highly recommend this hotel . Affordable hotel . ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Check in has long queue, and is very slow. Air conditioning system needs cleaning, deep cleaning of rooms needed. room is dusty and has unpleasant smell. Needs deep vacuuming we had to get out of our room as early as we can due severe allergies. Concierge, elevators and interiors are nice and classy except the rooms. Good price but buy allergy meds after check out. Wont come back

Such a weird place for check in, having to prove that you live in the same household with your partner to be allowed stay in the same room. Check in is just absolutely painful. I get it that the rooms are small but they are super small, if you’ve a suitcase or two you don’t have much room in the hall way to move, you have the bed and the shower as space to use

The staff did a fantastic job of hosting me for my quarantine stay. The food was good, the service was five stars, and the room was comfy. I’ve stayed here twice, and both times have been top-notch. Highly recommend!

Good hotel if you're looking for something in the center of Makati. The staff is friendly and the service is good. All thought the feedback about the thin walls is true. We sometimes heard the TV from the people next door, but that didn't bother us too much. Would recommend if you want to be in the center of Makati for a reasonable price and some noise doesn't bother you.

Not overly happy with the room here. Bed is situated so the only way you can get out of bed is to slide down the entire length of bed to get out at the opposite end. Nowhere to put your clothes as there is no closet or bureau with drawers. So you live out of your suitcase anyway. Need laundry cleaned? Have to take it somewhere else. AC is very good. Bath and shower are also good, but water is not hot enough for me. There is a " Garden" which has a couple of chairs and small tables. But I can not sit out there as the door is locked.

From first appearances of walking into a nice building you are sadly disappointed once you get him to the rooms. The rooms are very tight and narrow and more like a hallway. The beds are hard and raven with the bed pushed hard up against one wall you can't walk down the otherp side of the bed. I chatted a holding deposit which they put on your credit card which is 2,000 pesos and it's ridiculous because there is nothing offered in the rooms there is no mini bar or anything. There was nothing positive to say about his hotel and they couldn't wait to live if i was able to have got a refund or would have the that and left immediately. Very poor value for money. Do not waste your money here there are far better properties around

It's not a quiet place, we can hear everything from the room next door, from the corridors... It wasn't easy to fall asleep or sleep as we would wake up with our neighbours just talking. The location is nice to get a grab to visit Manila old town it was a 30mn ride. There is a gym available, however no water or towels available. The swimming pool is nice, but closes on Mondays. It's a huge place with lots of guests. Staff at the reception were nice, but we had to queue quiet some time to check-in. We also book a transport to the airport at it was a challenge to get the time for the pick-up.

We upgraded our room from mini double room to smart deluxe because the reception staff offered it if we want an early check in because we arrived 2 hrs before the check in time and my husband agreed because he has to go to his agency and has to leave me alone in the hotel for a few hours. I was quite dissapointed with the room there were no storage cabinets to store your bags or clothes even the bedside table was very small. The room smells a bit like mold and you can tell that it’s a bit old because there are many water stains in the ceiling. The hot and cold water in the shower is not working and the towels look worn out. I requested for a hair dryer but the receptionist said there was none available. The blinds in the windows was dirty and dusty. It was also not soundproof that you can hear the movements and voices of people next door. The only thing good about it is the location. I booked this hotel because it was only a few minutes walk from my husband’s agency.

I booked a single room for 2 nights, the room was clean, with hot shower & a safe box, however the room is really small and not very sound proof. There is an overhead bridge outside the hotel that linked all the way to Greenbelt shopping area, however there are also some good eateries underneath the bridge. Overall I had a good stay and would recommend this hotel.

We had our accommodation paid by the airline and the room that they gave us wasn't bad. We liked the air-conditioning and the bed was comfy. The hotel is in the middle of Makati City and everything is just a walking distance. The food was not really good. It was distributed by some staff to our room, not the way we expected it to be like we couldn't actually choose on a menu and have a sit in a dining area. But we can't complain since it was all for free.

Im.an amputee and its not easy to move around the room. They squeezed a queen size good only for a double bed. The intercom is placed near the window where its hard to reach when you want to use it. The bathroom and toilet seat has a 4inches divider making it dangerous to get in and out especially for old people. Staff are courteous and thats a plus factor.

No frills hotel- newer but to d minimum amenities. Wish we could have use the nice pool below and workout gym( off limits due to Covid protocol). Fridge door won't completely close n A/C leak on ceiling above shower. Got it fixed by maintenance but they said the fridge needs replacement. Staff was friendly and helpful esp. Jun who help us order thru Grab 1st try. Rod, the Mgr. was accommodating n talk to us about our stay. He even helped bring our luggage cart outside when we check out. Overall, we had a fine but long stay hotel ( 10 day quarantine) in the hotel, but was bearable due to Caring n friendly Staff!

First night I can't sleep with the smell, moldey smell not good for your health. It's get more worst, they just spray something to deodorized my room. Hope my quarantined days will be over soooooon!

DO NOT BOOK! POOR ACCOMMODATION (0 RATING) 1. ROOM NO SOUND PROOF - Normal conversation, mobile phone watching, TV, door banging, running faucet, and all kinds of sounds/noise can all be heard inside your room. Impossible to sleep 2. 2K DEPOSIT - I checked into various hotels in and out of the country; this is not a requirement and 2K is too big for an ordinary person 3. LONG WAITING TIME-You'll have to wait a long time before being checked out. They will have to inspect your room before letting you to check out. 4. POOR PARKING SERVICE - After checking out, I went to the parking lot, loaded my stuff, got into my car, and supposed to exit the building. However, when I reached B4, the parking attendant took my parking ticket and began calculating the parking fee. I informed him that I was a hotel guest and that I was supposed to be free parking. He informed me that I needed to return to the hotel lobby and have the parking ticket stamped in order to enjoy the parking. Consider the trouble going back to the hotel lobby. Very inconvenient

room was satisfactory with good sized beds. had a small window facing the pool which was more than sufficient for any natural lights during the day time. except for the location of the bathroom which was a bit awkward, the shower and toilet were fine with sufficient hot water pressure. area also has its own coffee place which offers sourdough pizzas and breads and outside the tower also has accessible 24 hr convenience store. traffic is not too dense in the area and its not too noisy during the whole stay.

WORST HOTEL EVER! the service is really nonchalant. Too expensive for nothing There is no restaurant so there is no service. The room is really bad . smell humidity. we tried to call the lobby but they never replied . There is water going out of the shower. There a unuseless TV that you can not look properly. And the worst the security guard are really bad and unwelcoming. They said "high standart" is really low

Very small rooms , and the walls are not even concrete, seems it made of gypsum boards. Booked for 2 nights, paid for 2 nights, but stayed only 1 night because didnt feel comfortable. Not worth. Would not recommend at all. Receptionist and the front desk agents are not helpful at all. They are just busy with taking our passport photos and getting our signatures on their terms and conditions. Didn't like the place. Didn't like the staff and their services , Didn't like their rooms. Not a good place if you are on vacation.

It was good. But won't stay again. It's worth a few more peso (1000 per night) to stay elsewhere where they offer breakfast, in room coffee, water boiler etc. The bed was a bit too firm. The traffic wasn't as bad here as the hotels on makati avenue.

I really want to thank Stephen Mojica the front desk manager for his wonderful service. He truly made the trip special. He went out of his way to help us out. Our room was comfortable and clean. There are also a couple great restaurants in the lobby. Plus it’s near everything. Awesome location! We will definitely be back.

The biggest advantage of Eton is its location, given its proximity to Greenbelt, Landmark, Glorietta. It is also in the heart of the Makati CBD. The staff are courteous and helpful. The room, however, is true to its name, “mini”. There is not much space to hang clothes which is a downside if your are in smart plus room for three persons. Hotel should at least add more hooks to hang clothes. Another downside is that there is no table and chairs to sit on. If you are planning to stay longer than one night, you better request from housekeeping for the foldable chair and table. The biggest downside is the shower room. No place to hang your clothes or towel at all inside the shower room. You will have to hang your towel and clothes in the rail located outside the sliding door. The hotel should at least provide a hook to hang the towel inside the shower room. Also, the bathroom floor is slippery so ensure to request for an anti-slip mat. The hotel should at least provide a hand rail to aid in coming in and out of the shower room. The deposit of 1000 pesos per night can be onerous of you plan to stay for a longer period, say, a week, which will require 7000 pesos deposit (other hotels would only require around 2000 pesos per stay). Overall, the location is the main selling point of the hotel and I would stay here again, but only as a solo occupant.

I like my room and its location since it's near Ayala. But the only problem is the slow reception services. I arrived there at exactly, 2pm to check-in, I was served and got my room at around 4pm. They should extend my check out time because of the 2 hour delay. When I checked-out, I went down earlier than the check out time to avoid the long queue and viola! A long queue was there, I think the guests already anticipated their slow services. Spent almost 1 hour in checking out and deposit claiming.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room was beautifully decorated and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and luxurious experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a restful sleep every night. The hotel facilities were outstanding, including a state-of-the-art gym and a stunning rooftop pool with breathtaking views. The dining options were excellent, with a variety of delicious and well-prepared dishes. The location was perfect, with easy access to major attractions and public transportation. Overall, my stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly stay here again in the future.

Rooms are so small and cramped as well as dirty. Odd odour throughout hotel as well. Power won’t work in rooms unless you leave a room key in a little slot. Makes no sense. Only upsides are the pool, wifi is strong, shower is very nice and the restaurant attached is top notch.

Pros: Just the location and nearby restaurants. Cons: So many! There's no cabinet for your clothes, no table, no hooks in the bathroom. Some staffs especially those in the front desk are judgemental and makes fun of some guests. It takes too long to accomodate your calls. You always have to repeat for your requests. Housekeeping and security staffs are nice and kind. Bathroom door doesn't slide properly. Small room. You can hear the noises from the next room. Limited cable channels.

Expensive and rooms are small with no table if you want to work. Paid the same price but the pool was closed. Asked to change dates because my flight was changed and they asked for proof? My mini room is enough for me. Its small but it looks spacious thanks to the mirrors. Free personal dental kit, hair and body soap and two bottled water! Of course the AC is very good. Had a nightful rest. Its just if you took a shower and not careful enough, your floor would flood. But its fine. Thanks!

Doesn't have valet service and limited parking space. So if you're driving there alone how can you check-in when you're roaming around Makati for parking or waiting for an opening at their parking facility. Took more than 1 hour to check-in. Only gave 1 card key that you also need in the elevator. After check-in (late check-in 4:30pm) we have to wait AGAIN! Small room and TV channels limited. You can also hear the noise from other rooms. Also upon entry you can smell zonrox. You can't open the window since it's sealed shut. Motels in Manila and Pasig have better rooms and bigger size. Location is convenient around 15mins walk to Greenbelt.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Asked for a room make up and change of sheets the next day since I got itchy, but they didn't make up the room or changed the sheets. Called again when we got back in the afternoon, and just said "We'll check on it" but again, didn't go to our room. You can heat the people from the adjacent room and the people outside your room. No side table as indicated. The location is great since it is near various food establishments, convenience stores, etc.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Mini Suites Eton Tower Makati, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the chic and cozy lobby, I knew I was in for a delightful experience. The staff was incredibly warm and accommodating, making me feel right at home. My room was a haven of comfort and style, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the decor and the sparkling clean bathroom. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Makati, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The highlight of my stay, however, was the stunning city view from the rooftop pool. It provided the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring. Overall, The Mini Suites Eton Tower Makati offers exceptional value for money, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I can't wait to return on my next trip to Makati!

the mother stayed here for a few days after arriving from abroad so we had the privilege of staying as well. the room was awkwardly long, but i like how the toilet, the shower, and the sink were all separate from each other but it's good for the price. couldn't say anything about the service though. the malls are a 10-min walk from here and the walkway is just on the corner of the street so location is good.

The rooms are comfortable but sparse and quite utilitarian. I'm a very large man, yet I felt comfortable and secure in the bed with my daughter. Something often quite important to me are the hygiene facilities. In that aspect, the restroom area is segregated from the kitchenette and shower areas by stained glass for privacy, and stocked with toilet paper and a bidet with sufficient water pressure. The shower is unfortunately only warm. A hot shower would have been most welcome, as would a complimentary abrasive scrubber. Other than that, I'm quite pleased with the location and the staff were quite friendly. I would come again in the future.

Dirty rooms, weird damp smell in both rooms I stayed. Cheap and okay location. Was cheap & great location but the rooms hygiene was very poor. Moldy bathrooms and shower head was full of mold. Our first room in 1048 had hair in the shower and bed, the hot water was also not working. The bed sheets had yellow stains which made it very uncomfortable to stay in and can be seen with a flashlight. The fridges have disgusting yellow brown stains from past stays of liquid spills. Walls are thin neighbours were often very loud. My second room 928 AC barely worked air was coming out but failed to reach the desired temperature and for a long time had warm air blowing. I agree that the main reason people choose to stay here is just because of price and location, the photos of the place can be a bit deceiving, I won’t be coming back.

This is a great value for money hotel, yes the rooms are small, but it was clear from the start from all the images on booking and other websites, so there were no surprises there. The rooms are clean and bed is comfortable, the pool is also clean. Only downside to this place are the long queues when checking in and out (attached photo)

Rooms are small, well i should have expected this considering the price, but the location is very ideal if you want to stroll around Makati. Few minutes from the airport (took us less than 20 minutes but it was 4 in the morning). I love the swimming pool, can't ask for more, I enjoyed it. The gym is small, very limited equipment, if you need to do more workout, Anytime Fitness is open at the same building. Overall it is satisfactorily reasonable. They don't have resto, so you have to order food outside, good thing there are restaurants that are very close, you can just walk there.

I had a wonderful stay at the Mini Suites Eton Tower Makati. It was clean, modern and had all the amenities I needed. The beds were comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location was great as it was right in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance of many attractions. The food and beverages served in the mini bar were also of high quality. All in all, I had an excellent stay at the Mini Suites Eton Tower Makati and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it.

Whew! The best hotel in town! The price is actually suits for the room and location. They have completed everything from bathroom towels, room sleepers, dental kits etc. They also have ready electric kettle if you want to heat up some water, bottles of drinking water, coffee sachets and a cup. And the best is you can still request for more if you still need it. They also have their telephone, so that you can easily contact the management for needs and housekeeping. Serviced are amazingly great! I would probably be back here soon. Highly rrecommended for everyone.

The staff at the front counter was kind of rude, we weren’t directed properly as to what to do and I had to asked what I needed to be presented during check in. They were also chitchatting about their personal lives, no customer service at all. The rooms were tiny but we could’ve gotten a way nicer hotel and bigger space for the same price (got catfish) . Also the ventilation was bad, the smell from the toilet lingers in the whole room. Also you can literally hear your next door neighbours talking or coughing, walls are too thin. Only good thing about this hotel is the location and how all the malls are close to it.

Initially, I booked the single room for my stay with the Mini Suites. The room was okay and clean, however the issue arose later in the evening. My next door neighbour for some reason was coughing every 20 seconds for around 4-5 hours straight late at night. The following day i requested to switch room - they only had an upgraded room available. I paid the extra 1.5k php for the upgrade and my noise issue was solved, however instead of another clean room, i was faced with an extremely dirty one. The sheets had yellow stains on them, as well as the blanker cover. When i asked the staff to fix this, they were responsive and someone came quickly to fix it, however the sheets they fitted as a replacement were also stained. The checkout process was also very messy and took a while. Pros: staff were helpful and friendly - prompt service when required, location was excellent Cons: cleanliness of the hotel, unorganised checkout, very thin walls.
