Quarantine in this hotel has been good so far, I still have about a week here. The staff is attentive to your needs, and helpful. Interaction is limited, so like any other quarantine hotels, they have this small desk for your outside correspondence, meals. The stay is inclusive of Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. They are generous with rice portions. You can tell them your food restrictions, and they’ll be happy to adjust according to your dietary restrictions. They allow Grab/Food Panda deliveries, in case you have cravings or opt for other dishes. You have a water dispenser in the room so you do not need to worry about potable water. Sending packages outside is not allowed until such time you get your negative results back, which is most likely the time you finish your quarantine. So if you have to send your balikbayan goodies, that has to wait until you are free from the quarantine. The Studio room is decent size for 1 person, you have this space if you push the table to do your fitness classes. The room has a sofa/mini office for when you have to work. It has stove and complete kitchen utensils, pots and pans. They replenish your toiletries, and change your soiled towels when you ask them to. Domestic call is P20 per call. Cellular phone call is 100 per minute. Wifi can be spotty at times, but this is typical in the Philippines.

Nice, modern, clean in a nice safe location in Makati neighbourhood of Manila. The breakfast is tasty and rich. Espresso also available for a fee in case you don't want the standard coffee. Pool and gym also available.

We got the chance to stay there for 2 nights and 2 days and I must say that everything was perfect. We stayed in their deluxe one bedroom accommodation and we were surprised by how clean,spacious,well maintained, and functional the room was. But what made our stay very worth it is the service we received from the entire hotel staff. They were all courteous, smiling, helpful, and service oriented. I will stay here again if I am in Manila.

Stayed here >5x as it’s a stone’s throw away from my office. Rooms are super clean with carpeted floors. Service is impeccable. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I really love staying here 😊

Our 1 bedroom apartment was spotless and very comfortable. All of the furniture was in excellent condition. Kitchen included all of the necessary utensils and the free water bottle with dispenser was great. Complimentary breakfast at the ground floor restaurant was above average. Don’t forget to try the 9th floor outdoor pool and hot tub as both are amazing! Didn’t try the gym but it looked clean. The entire staff was unbelievably kind and gracious. A pleasant hotel with nice rooms. They provide tea & coffee making facilities, a safe, a hairdryer, slippers, bottle water and a kitchenette with a microwave, 2 ring hotplates and a fridge. The bathroom is small bit has reasonable water pressure. There an old LCD TV that is outdated and needs replacing. There's an outdoor swimming pool and a gym. There's also a spa tub, but unfortunately that hasn't been working for years and the hotel hasn't replaced or repaired it. I would have no problem recommending in this hotel and i will return there

Room was great. But the food could use much more variety other than alternating between bangus and chicken. I had bangus served 6 times the last 8 days and this was after I complained on the 3rd day after we had our 3rd serving of bangus. We paid for full board, but the food served so far has not beej worth it. Wifi stability also needs improvement.

We are so happy we stayed here in Manila. It’s a great location to walk to places like shopping malls and the Saturday markets which were just around the corner. Our room had a lounge and kitchen and was very spacious. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, everyone from the ladies behind the front desk to the bell men who flagged down our cabs. They even offered us late check out for free because our flight was at night and we were able to private shower and get changed upstairs with access to the pool level once we had checked out. Best to skip adding the breakfast though, plenty of nice cafes in walking distance. Great stay!

The level of hospitality was off the charts! We were treated exceptionally well the entire stay- everyone is friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. It’s made me a fan of Citadines, and I hope this level of service exists in them all. The rooms were very comfortable and a nice size, and the breakfast was a great additional touch. We really enjoyed our stay.

It's apartment and hotel. The room is very good as a hotel and their service was awesome, and the break fast was also fabulous. I really recommend this place to stay if you have something to do in Makati area.

I booked a deluxe apartment with kitchen for 2 nights. The room is clean and spacious. The kitchen also is clean with stove, bread toaster etc. The staffs (FO and cleaning service) are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is included in the Manifesto with unlimited coffee. Overall all is great. For sure I will come back again.

My stay in Citadines Salcedo Makati was one of a kind. I love their ambiance and their service. Would highly recommend to people would like to unwind and relax after a tiring work week.

Citadines is good but if they offer a 1 bedroom apartment with maximum 4 people allowed, they should at least give a free extra bed as the price is not the cheapest. But service is outstanding. The place is also clean and bright no complaints about that. :) I would recommend.

I booked a single room with two twin beds. The room was very clean, a sight for sore eyes after a long drive. The lobby was modest. We waited for a short time since the two receptionists were occupied. There is a comfortable waiting area in the lobby. There are a couple elevators that allow entry to different floors and a service elevator at the end. You’ll need your room key to get to residential floors. The corridors and elevators are clean. All staff, from security to cleaners, were friendly, service-oriented and simply exceptional. The room was crisp and clean and a decent size with a kitchenette, two twin beds by the window next to a lounge sofa with a round table usable for dining as well as general activities, a bathroom, an office area and TV. They provide drinking water. We parked inside the building which was well-maintained for an older build. The location is close to restaurants and other shops, is just behind the Paseo Center which is across the street from Ayala Triangle, is right across a Persia Grill branch, and at the heart of the business district. Breakfast was at Manifesto on the ground floor. There is a private entrance from the Citadines. Guests are given a limited range of options to choose from and serve with tea or coffee. Everything was top notch – we were pleasantly surprised and overjoyed. We had an incredible overnight stay at the Citadines. I wish we stayed longer.

The location of the property stands out for those who want security, surprise, and solace. The rooms are spacious with a lot of sunshine coming through. I felt very pampered by each and every staff This is a good place to make new friends and meet up with old

Good location, walking distance in Makati area. Great room, my room is 2007 on 20th floor. It’s very big room of 50 sqm approximately it has kitchenette and living room. Everything is good, hot water, cold air con, good bed. Great services, I booked massage at my room and they all are excellent. With very reasonable price, if you do the same please tip the masseuse for their great service. After checking out, the hotel allowed me to use the gym and pool, and shower after checked out. This is their great generosity which eased up my life a lot. So I could go to the airport after working out and showered. Thank you very much, Cutadines. I had a very good stay and received so much good service from you!

Best every staycation. Better than the 5 star hotels. Very spacious and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. You can feel they're sincere.

The staffs are super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good - mix of western sets and one local set. The studio room is good sized, comes with its own kitchen and they have a big jug of water that you can never finished if it’s less than 3 days stay. They have a nice-sized pool and gym. They also have a nice jacuzzi! LOVE IT!! Not too far from the airport and very near to the CBD area of Makati. If you stay the weekend, right behind the hotel area is the Weekend Salcedo Market which is a great place to checkout! :)

Great place to stay, accessible to everything. Front Office team were great especially to Steven/Stefen and Ricky who were so helpful whenever we needed any information about something. Abby who is very patient whenever we need something. The apartment we stayed in 2907 was clean and spacious, I was impressed 😊 And the food and beverage attendant at Antipodean made us feel home away from home. They made our experience very personal. They already know what we need especially Jun who is the barista who knew what we need even before we ask for it. He always prepare the babychino for our kids.

The rings are nice and clean. It's in a good location in the city. I reserved the apt suite and there is plenty of room for two. The kitchen has minimal appliances and plates and utensils but not enough if you plan to cook a large dinner. The pool is on the 9 the floor with an amazing view. Also on that floor is the gym and laundromat. Most important, the air conditioner is strong and keeps the hot humid air out of your room!!

The room is perfect but the aircon units were noisy. I would say I had a good stay, for 10 days to quarantine from flight abroad, except some of my requests were not consistently done so I had to ask again. Some of their front desk staff were so helpful and funny.

A good place to spend quarantine as it's got space to move around (see photos). Would have given five stars if there's a washing machine plus no deliveries are allowed.

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Citadines in Makati for our 10-day quarantine upon arrival in the Philippines. First off, our room was very spacious (had a separate bedroom, living space and kitchen/dining area). The room also had floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area and the bedroom which was important for my husband and I as we didn't want to feel cooped up while in quarantine. From the get-go, you could tell upon entry that the room was clean and well sanitized. The hotel also left us a disinfecting kit comprised of a disinfectant solution and rug which was nice. We also had a spray bottle of alcohol in the room. As we booked our reservation through Agoda, only breakfast was provided with our booking. It was truly helpful that the kitchen had a convection stove and was complete with cookware we needed for the meals we were preparing during our stay. We also had a full-sized fridge and microwave. The hotel also provided dishwashing liquid and a sponge by the kitchen sink. They also allow Grab and Foodpanda deliveries which are brought to the table outside our room by the very hospitable hotel staff. If we ran out of water, hotel staff were quick to come by our room and leave the replacement water gallon outside our door. As we were staying in the hotel for a good 9 nights, we had a laundry list of special requests which the hotel was able to fulfill . To be honest, when I saw online that a rice cooker was available upon request, I was sold! Everyone from security to the front desk was very hospitable. Looking forward to staying at Citadines the next time I am in Makati, although hoping not in a quarantine capacity anymore. :)

The rooms are very clean. Well disinfected. Rooms have complete utensil and cooking materials. You can cook food as much as you want. There is a microwave that you can use. Very accomodating staff. You will very much enjoy it

Everyone was so accommodating and very cheerful. They will always give you a smile and greet you everytime you bumped into their employees. They also allow me to park my car earlier than my check-in since my office was across the hotel. GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Very comfortable!! I just don’t like the receptionist who works at night with a short hair and a glasses, I felt discriminated and did not entertain me when I told her about my check-in. Overall, still a great experience. Breakfast is good too!!

Super comfortable studio, everything is complete and worry free for us. We love the drinking water dispenser just in our room and we can drink all we can, this is super convenience for us which i have to drink super many water in a day. Love their services as well, staffs are so friendly and helpful, thank you for giving us a great stay.

Loved every minute. I didn't take the opportunity to use all the amenities due to a heavy work schedule. But I am told by colleagues, the spa and pool are excellent. I will definitely use this hotel again if I have chance to return to the city.

I would have to say without a doubt that Citadines is in my top 5 Hotels I have ever stayed at around the world (No exaggeration). Everything from the beautiful room and spacious rooms,  to the fantastic staff (who always went out of their way to make sure you were taken care of), to the beautiful pool on the 9th floor, to Café next door and their fantastic full hot breakfast and great coffee they served. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!!!! I can say that the Room and the staff here were a 5/5 stars! I stayed here for 12 nights for business on the 35th floor and the views were absolutely amazing of the Makati skyline,  and it felt like it was a second home away from home.amazing of the Makati skyline, and it felt like it was a second home away from home.

Citadines was the perfect home away from home for me during my 2 months stay (for work) in Makati. Comfortable rooms, super friendly staff, lovely large open-air pool, launderette, nice restaurant (Antipode) downstairs, safe and quiet, excellent location, enormous choice of restaurants nearby... Perfect place to be for me !

We had a great stay at Citadines. We booked the two bedroom suite and we loved it. Very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was nice and complete with the stuff we expected. The beds were very comfy as expected from an Ascott brand hotel. The service is definitely 5 stars. All the amenities and extras we requested were delivered fast and without any hesitations. We also loved the TV in the living room. It's not everyday that we get to get a smart TV with features like built in YouTube and AirPlay to cast some content we have in our phone. This just shows that Citadines rooms are updated and maintained well for satisfaction. The late check-out at 2pm was also granted in a breeze. If there is just one thing I don't like was the limited devices we can connect to the WiFi. It's like only limited to two devices per person booked in the room. Thank you so much, Citadines we will definitely go back.

Me and my wife are at time of writing on day 9 of 10 days mandatory quarantine after entering the Philippines. From the booking process until now the service has been way above expectations. Not only compared to Filipino standards (generally western people have to adapt expectations when in the Philippines) but also compared to western standards. The staff is extremely accommodating, quick in response and pro-active. We feel like we are treated as royalty. I will most definitely choose this location again.
