Heroes Hotel is an absolute gem! The museum-themed decor is a delightful touch, immersing guests in a world of heroes. The attention to detail in every corner reflects a passion for storytelling. From the lobby to the rooms, it's a journey through heroism. The staff's friendliness adds an extra layer of warmth to the experience. A perfect blend of comfort and creativity, making it a must-stay for any hero enthusiast!

This was a wonderful surprise of a hotel. The owner thought about the little things, like thick towels, soft sheets, nice toiletries and nice bathroom fixtures. I was surprised there wasn't a coffee maker in the room but they have coffee brewed in the breakfast room all day (which tasted great). The breakfast itself was your choice of eggs made to order, banana pancakes, French toast, cereals, bread, juice, etc. The owner and staff were all very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Heroes Hotel won the decision to book after dozens of hours online researching for the best, overall hotel package value in Manila, PH to fulfill my international traveler, BOQ required stay. The bar was set high from the very minute I entered the main lobby and was greeted by the front desk. Expect a positive energy and friendly, polite interactions with staff from all departments. Even the hotel manager took time out to genuinely introduce himself and chat for several minutes about various topics. Later during my stay, when I had an urgent matter to deal with, he took additional time out to meet with me and advise me with the perfect solution. At time of booking, I requested a quiet, balcony room, and the staff delivered. While the rooftop amenities were under renovation during my stay, the 7th floor Honest Cafe more than made up for it, and the spa was open too. The menu and meals experience was outstanding, especially if you like Filipino food. Raw materials used by the culinary staff are high quality, and even the coffee is robust and delicious. The value to the guest is extraordinary, and they are flexible with reasonable menu requests. Housekeeping requests were always happily fulfilled. If I have reason for a future hotel stay in Manila, no need to research again, I'll head straight for Heroes! Thank you especially to Manny.

WiFi may be a bit spotty, the location is a bit rough so don't go walking around late at night by yourself, and the highway is just across the road, but overall it was a great experience. The best part was getting out of the tourist areas to see more of the 'real' Manila.

Amazing hotel with wonderful staff and a charismatic cool owner, better than any hotel I've stayed in having lived in America. Fantastic hospitality everywhere from the lobby to the rooftop restaurant and bar. So many free amenities and the entire hotel is decorated with awesome stuff. Even the rooms have interesting themes. 10/10 would stay again.

Got the Superior Room is quite small. TV is very old and not working properly with USB no fridge no water Hotel is very isolated right on a main road. There are thick windows, but you can still hear traffic. unfortunately I can't understand the positive reviews? Is everything going right? the cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired when i see the air conditioning and TV. There is also mold in the bathroom. Also, there was no welcome drink. Which was in the booking. unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel, if only for a night.

I've been there on June 11th. 1. Location : ★★☆☆☆ - You can go to Malate Circle with Grab. but You can't go anywhere around on foot. Instead, there is a nice restaurant on the roof, and a CVS at the entrance of the hotel. 2. Room condition : ★★★★☆ - Not only the rooms, but the entire hotel is filled with the owner's philosophy and passion. The facilities are clean and even the towels smell clean. You can eat and drink comfortably on the rooftop, and hot coffee is always free. At night, the staff also sings. CVS is not too small, so most of the items are there. 3. Service : ★★★★☆ - All staff, including the owner, are friendly. I got the feeling that I was strictly following the owner's education. Especially the restaurant staff are friendly.

The hotel is lovingly personalised from top to bottom by the owner. Quite a treat to stumble on the collection and read the infobytes. Free coffee through the day. Good robust coffee too! Food on the menu at Heritage Restaurant is more than great. Recommended. WiFi is free, available everywhere and good.

Extremely incompetent staff. Called at 11.30am asking if the rooms ready, they said not yet. Waited an hour as we understand normal clock in time is 2pm and wanted to see if it's possible to check in early. They explained before midday would result in a charge. We waited until after midday and asked again, what is the earliest we can check in? They explained the room was ready just after 12 and we moved all our things down to the street ready to move. They then told us afterwards that if we came to the hotel, we could not take our things to the room until 2pm??? We were then homeless with all our luggages and they said we could sit on the roof and wait with it? We explained we have many things and asked why if the room is ready and available we cannot enter? They ignored the message and just told us not until 2pm Completely unacceptable and void of any logic. Cancelled an entire month stay here due to their incompetence.

Location is fine, still walking distance to baywalk and Makati. Or you can ride a grab for below 200 pesos. Rooftop restaurant and swimming pool is great! Rooms don't have a bar fridge, which would be a nice to have. The rest is fine.

great Hotel with clean, large rooms, a games room for kids, a beautiful (!), almost 360⁰ view on the rooftop bar / Restaurant, and a newly installed rooftop swimming pool with two observation terraces. we really enjoyed our time here and it is a great way to get nice views of manila.

When I was young, I thought themed hotels were “corny”. But staying in one as an adult made me realize that in today’s world where everybody is just concerned about profit, revenue and what the next trend would be, it’s extremely important to have grounding pillars and foundations of our authenticity. I was wondering how a “heroes themed hotel” works and how its theme will be effectively conveyed. Well, it turns out, it works just like any other hotel! EXCEPT, that in every part of the way, you are reminded of a beautiful message and its essence. This hotel mainly honors our athletes, doctors, and nurses, the heroes of the Philippines. As the future generation strays away further from our roots, Heroes Hotel gives us an important reminder to look back. Aside from that, this is pretty much an ideal staycation in Manila ✨ If you’re looking for an affordable staycation with LOTS of amenities, this is your sign to stay at Heroes Hotel! 🦸‍♀️🦸 ✅ Rooftop Restobar Heritage Resto Bar Your lovely breakfast here with the city view will be the perfect backdrop to a morning of contemplation. It’s a blessing to enjoy mornings like these. ☕️🏙 ✅ Rooftop Lounge/Bar Lost Spirit Rooftop Lounge A “Nordic Campfire” themed lounge overlooking the cityscape of the metro with chill ambiance and enticing interiors. 🌃 Their other amenities include ✅ Rooftop Pool ✅ Rooftop jacuzzi ✅ Gameroom ✅ Sauna ✅ Gym ✅ Massage Really enjoyed our stay here because there were so many fun activities to do! Very sulit and worth it, and again, I super loved that it’s hero themed. Thank you for honoring our dear heroes. Seeing Efren Penaflorida being honored surely brought back a lot of memories. 🦸‍♀️🦸

I originally was planning only staying a night here, when I arrived on the 14th. Just a day before my birthday the 15th. So I extended my stay for 8 more days. The front desk really helped me with my accommodations made my stay here at this wonderful hotel safe. I highly recommend this place. Great staff, they do have a billiards upstairs next to the hotel and a 7-11. Pretty convenient place to explore if you like to walk out and see the near by areas.

I needed to stay overnight in Manila due to a change of my connecting flight for Japan. I felt warmly welcomed right as I entered the hotel and all the staff were really friendly and supported me in any way. Thanks also to Hilmar (receptionist) who helped me with getting quickly a great cab to the airport at 5am!

Great staff and room service, however I was surprised at the location of the sauna. It was directly in front of the gym with no separation which leaves it out in the open. Considering that you'd have to be in a towel to use the sauna it was ridiculous that it was just there where people can see you. I suggest the hotel put up some kind of cover for the people who want to use the sauna.

The place doesn't have enough parking space and there is no air-conditioning at the lobby but overall, the service is great especially the parking attendant.

A new and vibrant hotel. Location is nice/problematic depending on your itinerary as it is quite next to a busy main highway in metro manila. Very nice rooms. Newly built. Very warm and helpful staff.

Great and friendly staff .. . it's just I requested to change my comforter (personal reason) I don't mind if I get charged extra that's ok ..they send me a person to change the bed sheet which I made my self clear and she even called me back to be sure and ask why I want to change my comforter and told me she needs to know my reasons because she said I just check inn yesterday and yes that's true I'm staying for 3 days but that made me think what if' if I'm just staying only for a night i assume they would change the comforter for the next guest 🤔 (hoping) 🙏 I'm sorry had to share my experience and share with you guys who ever read this have a blessed sunday everyone ❤

I was traveling solo in Asia and the location is great I had just 1 night over to my next flight to Vietnam. I really liked this place for the price and what you get it is totally worth it! Rooms is good size pretty clean also the bathroom. I had a pretty relaxing evening as well chilling at the rooftop at the tub and it was amazing in the meantime you can enjoy a drink and it not loud part busy one either. Which is one the things I love this place and totally recommend.

"Service with loads of smile!" Stayed in March 2019 It gives us immense pleasure to address this appreciation letter to the entire hotel staffing team of The HEROES Hotel. The staffs at the front desk were very friendly, helpful and professional. Even the housekeepers were friendly too! The hotel smells fresh and clean. The room was spotless and fresh also! Because of our own miscalculated rooms issue ..we were left in a helpless situation ..and in the nick of time... the CEO, Mr Mannie ,a very helpful, attentive and friendly person came to our rescued, offered us his room for an hour to let us shower n etc.. that.. we were so excited and feeling so grateful towards him ! In numerous ways, we would totally recommend this hotel ! Thank you! We are very pleased with our hotel choice ! We would most definitely stay here again if in the area. Thank you!

Very accommodating staff! Enjoyed my stay here. Minor hiccup is that there’s no AC (nor ventilation) on the main lobby, but everything else was great.

Great if you want to get away for a short time but still would like to be within the city. The spa services was very good. The food was passable and the place was fairly clean. Internet connection was the worst here. I was not able to use it at all during my stay. The best thing here is the roofdeck view. Perfect at sunset and at night. There are currrently some renovations going on and it quite disturbed me during my stay. I wish I was informed by the management beforehand. Overall, the experience was fairly okay.

The staff is super amazing and very service minded. The localization is the bad part and it can be somewhat annoying to get a grabber to pick you up. But totally recommend a stay here. Oh and the food is very good ☺️

Had our small get together and used the Roof deck area. The view is pleasant. Nice drinks with foods. Service is perfect. Parking may be a problem in certain hours

Rooms are a tad small, but the water is good and the ac is thankfully strong. Prices are very reasonable for the location near central Manila. Additional breakfast is convenient and great. Mind the pointy corners on the furniture though, they can puncture a clumsy arm.

I stayed at this hotel Terrible hotel. Staff are extremely closed minded people. The old woman who works in the hotel especially is very rude and dislikes foreigners. If you want to stay at a hotel with ignorant and xenophobic staff with closed minded nature then do not stay at this hotel. This hotel is for locals only it seems or possibly the old woman just hates men in general could be that also. The young staff on front desk also very ignorant closed minded people i guess the old woman's bad attitude passes on to the younger staff! Foreigners should avoid this hotel anyway. Hero's hotel more like Zeros Hotel if I could give this excuse for a hotel zero I would!
