The hotel sounds nice from pictures and ratings. However, it’s not so when you stay there for the following reasons: 1- front desk workers look professional but they are slow and makes the easy things complicated. 2- room doesn’t have refrigerator. 3- restrooms and shower is slippery. 4- the water stays in the sink it takes time to go away. 5- they take 2000 deposit and for extra key is 500 deposit.

At check in they ask 1000 pesos cash deposit which is returned at check out after house keeping checks the room.Comfy bed, working tv, hot shower a hair dryer and a kettle. What else you need? So, greedy unit (2108) owner JOSHUA. Great place BUT, stay elsewhere when it's heavy rain going on. I couldn't leave the building for 2 days, about 1ft high flood just outside the building. Unit owner said he didn't know it's a flooded area 😳🙃 Security guard said it was same just some weeks ago.

Small but Nice reception area, technology is great, room is spacious, double bed but smaller in size, no ref, aircon cannot be controlled, no view outside on my room, Hot water cannot supply enough hotness, Not so hospitable receptionist and entrance guard personnel.

Bay Area Suites is just two blocks away from Robinsons Manila in Ermita, very easy to locate, near public transportation, very central. Safe to walk even at night, streets are well lit, the building has dedicated security... Bay Area also has an elevated - paid parking area, which is good for visitors as street parking is not allowed within the vicinity.

Apart from the location in the city which is perfect, the room is very comfortable and the attention received from the staff was impeccable. The all staff the hotel is care about his guest .... And especially receptionist. Ms RONI. AND Ms ETHEL are so helpfull for me .... another' 2 receptionist also very nice ..... Location is Wise it is Center of Manila, nearby mall, restaurants & etc, and the accommodations there is cheaper than others with great view also.

Great staff, they really did make me feel like an important guest. Swimming pools and gym might be small but the hotel crew’s service cover up for it. The price is also affordable for the experience.

Its proximity to Manila Baywalk, Rizal Park, and Intramuros made it an excellent choice for exploring the city. The convenience of the closest bus stop being just a 5-minute walk away was an added bonus. The relaxed rooms with colorful accents provided a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. I appreciated the Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, which kept me connected and entertained. The inclusion of kettles and safes in the rooms was a thoughtful touch. We stayed for 2 days, the room we got is quite spacious exactly what we needed for us, a family of 4. There are plenty of recreational place close to the vicinity of the hotel like malls, parks and also markets so we enjoyed our stay.

Been living here for a couple of months, generally the staff are friendly but the treadmill has been non functional for months and any chance for it being repaired is I guess slim to none.

Security guard are not train well to treat a guest, the fat security guard shouting on me while im sitting on the lobby

I have already changed a room, but the hygiene is still poor, there is a peculiar smell, the sheets have a large piece of mold, and the lights in the bathroom are on when the water is boiled. It is not worth the price at all. I look at the booking .com reviews very pitifully, pay with a credit card first, and need to endure 4 night

It was great staying at Hector's place I booked via AirBNB. My partner and I enjoyed our stay for 3 weeks. There is a free access to gym and pool.

No free Breakfast, Swimming pool is blurry, hotel food closes too early at night, parking too steep to climb up, Gym incomplete apparatus. The place vicinity have many Resto around !
