I must say, the room is spacious and clean yet the price is cheap and very affordable. The location is great. However, the staffs are very impolite and unprofessional. They lack training on hospitality management. They looked too young too - like fresh graduates without experience. From the guard to the hotel staffs. The guard didnt assist me when i beeped my car and looked for a parking. I just asked a random man whom i thought the attendant for a parking and he called the guard. Then I saw the front desk girl acted rude in front of the customer in the lobby. I noticed that they dont know how a true receptionist are. Must improve customer care and service.

The place is accessible when you do business in Manila. The front desk attendant and crews are polite and kind. The bed is spacious and comfortable to sleep with. The hotel is clean too. There are many restaurants you can choose from nearby.

The room is nice and clean, the bathroom seat wouldn’t stand in place, the shower head is not working as you hope it would be, the pressure of the water is so weak, it barely touch your body. The room is not really quiet as you can still hear the loud noises of busy vehicles outside. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Beware of bookings made online like Expedia. It would say your breakfast is included but Reddoorz may deny that it’s included. Its a good choice if you on budget. It’s a great location to the UST. Overall I’ll recommend the place.

Spacious! Hot shower and comfortable bed. This location has chairs and table and even a mini kitchen with dining utensils and a microwave oven. The shower heater has only 3 levels of heating and water is already hot on level 1. Upon check-in, you'll be ask for a 500php security deposit.

Clean and neat new hotel (July 2019) at the University of Santo Tomas Hospital area on Lacson Ave, a block from Espana Ave. There are fast food places at the UST car park area. Front desk staff (special mention to Ms. Chen) were smilingly courteous and prompt. They kept our luggage even before check-in. Free strong in-room wifi, Chinese tea place and 7-11 next door.

Checked in here for the 2nd time in a deluxe room. Clean and cosy. Would definitely recommend this place.

Room is nice. Having a comfy bed and the space of the room is big.

I got the cornermost room on the 10th floor. You could hear the traffic noise, ambulance sirens, and all sorts of noises coming from the street. Plus, the shower was too hot!

Pretty bad, room was kind of dirty, shower dispenser of body wash and shampoo was completely empty, no had soap
