Pros: There are some nurse which are very nice and accommodating Cons: Rude security guards, and non sense policies like bawal ang bantay sa ward. like seriously? panong nasabing bantay yun kung nasa labas lang din? And the way they say it is very rude, and when you are in the hallway way, you will suffer the mosquito bites as there are lots of mosquito in this hospital.

My sister undergo a spine surgery here. I was amazed how doctors and nurses were very approachable, kind and always have a smile on their faces. Also, they have complete facilities. I didn't expect the place was a public hospital because of its cleanliness.

This hospital should be closed or should be reprimanded. 1. The pregnant women are being scolded by the senior doctor. Why? because she is sick of her job! that's it. 2. Pregnant women need to go to the OPD as early as 12MN to fall in line. and because cut off is 50 pregnant woman are only allowed to be checked. 3.The hospital staff will just allow you to rot and die.

It will not be good for future patients because of how unprofessional the staff are. They don’t respect us because we’re poor.

I am a bonafide Pasig City resident. I give thanks that there is a government hospital that we can go to aside from those that will kill rather than treat you because of their fees and charges. To those who experienced bad service, can you please do it CONSTRUCTIVELY and see your experience in the light of the limited budget allocation that this facility must be receiving from the Local Government of Pasig. If the doctors, nurses and other staff of the hospital were not so cordial, maybe it is due to the very high ratio of patient-to-doctor or patient-to-nurse or staff compared with other PRIVATE hospitals. I still appreciate the fact that the LGU provided the residents of Pasig City and nearby places with the Pasig City General Hospital and the new Children's Hospital besides the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Pasig.

Pros - Mostly nice nurses The renovated places are very clean as of now Cons - Some rude and mean doctors saying things like "tanga" to patients while not providing enough understandable information for them Some non-nurse staff are also rude and doesn't seem to care/respect the patients

THE NURSES AND THE GUARDS TREAT THE PATIENTS AND THE VISITORS VERY POORLY. THEY ALSO HANDLE SITUATIONS AS IF THEY'RE NOT THINKING. WE ARE NOT PAYING THIS FREAKING HOSPITAL ONLY TO BE TREATED THIS WAY. DO BETTER AT YOUR JOBS

(Translated by Google) This doen't deserve even a single star. We went to the OPD to see our housemates for gout. She can't walk anymore. We went Monday around 10:30. They said they were not accepting the patient because it was cut off at 11am. So we were advised to go back the fillowing day. When we returned Tuesday around 9AM, they were not accepting the patient because they were cut off. My wife got mad because we were told it was 11am cutoff. The OPD attendant says the information depends on whether the outpatient is stopped. What kind of policy is this? Everyday others cut off? The excuse is very clear. No one ever spoke soberly. People here are paid with our tax deducted from our pay but are benefiting from their tax policy. We are dying. We are dying poor and our country is not thriving in this way. (Translated by Google) CONS: # 1 - The mess of guards because of where I was directed wrong wrongly. It's a good thing to do if it's wrong. # 2 - The doctor is very rude in OPD. I stole my porket complicated my answer to the "simple" question. I'm not talking about it but I'm saying that I'm going to fix that answer so it's okay to write it on my paper. He was placed with appendicitis but there was no such thing as talking. # 3 - I'm just meditating for employment. He did not read my referral slip then after I was treated like I was ignorant, they did not have everything I needed to test. Nirefer nails to others. Well, I just spent time and money for nothing, even taking care of me. PRO: # 1 - Even though many people and lacking staff to help with the patients, the nurses are kind. They just noticed that I was positive. Suggestions: # 1 - Other than just standing at the door of the guards and giving queu, I did not see anything else they did. When there is a question of patient, they do not know it. They should be knowledgeable in the hospital. # 2 - Obviously I do not want the doctor to talk to me about his job. I advise him, in private that he will work for the sake of the fact that many of our fellow citizens are in public only option. See if his passion as a govt employee to serve our country is not too much if he can minimize patients. Suggestions: #1 - Other than nakatayo lang sa pinto yung guards at nagbibigay ng queu, wala nakong nakita na iba nilang ginagawa. Pag may tanong yung patient, puro di nila alam. Makita sana yung passion nya as a govt employee to serve our country hindi yung sobra sya kung makapagmaliit ng mga pasyente.

If I can only rate with no star, I would. Despite this hospital being public, it’s very anti-poor, non-friendly, staff were very very rude β€” they will pressure the patient and would also imprint onto you that this is a public hospital, thus that is the only care they can give you. Very much toll to your mental and physical health. You cannot feel any empathy nor compassion with the staff. From ambulance / triage to doctors, they are very unaccommodating and mad. I know that it’s a government hospital but atleast show patients the care that we (they) need. I always thought that hospitals would help you feel better, but going to this hospital will make you feel worse, if not β€” worst. Their behavior aren’t acceptable. We are all tired so don’t make that as an excuse cause it is not and will never be a valid one. If you want to avoid extra stress than you or your accompanied patient already have, do not go to this hospital, please save yourselves and find more suitable hospital with hospitable staff.

My first and will be the last visit here because of my experience. Unprofessional and rude OB Doctor, esp that Dra Dela Cruz. They're talking to their patient as if you're a schooler. Ginagawang tanga ang kausap. Sawa na ata sa trabaho niya. She'll give a threat that she can even decline the consultation just because you're not yet a Pasig voter and demanding you to transfer your vote ASAP. Discriminating.

Not a good hospital. With very poor services. I called for 4 times using my cp. 1st call was succesful but after the hello, it was put on-hold. 2nd call was successful but 1 just have enough prepaid credits for a minute to make the call, antagal sinagot! 3rd call was successful but just ringing for 3 minutes, no answer. Another prepaid credits consumed for poor service. Maglagay kayo ng cellphone number to reach you or magdagdag kayo ng staff for inquiries! Another one, I was here for an emergency last year. And my receipt has a - No PhilHealth - data. How come! I am a member of PhilHealth for 3 years! Mahal pa ng bill, daig pa private hospital. HINDI 'TO PANG-MAHIRAP NA OSPITAL!
