For Filipino Catholics, there is no reason to skip Sunday mass when you live in Manila as the city is has been graced with numerous grand and historical churches. One is the Sta Cruz Church smacked in the middle of everything. It may not be as grand as the Binondo Basilica but it is not as crowded as Quiapo Church. May not be air conned and may not be as solemn due to the noise created by vehicles outside the church. But still a nice place to give thanks to our Creator.
