This was my go-to place whenever I needed a hotel after working with clients in the vicinity. While it's just walking distance from the office where I worked, crossing the highway can be tricky at times. Because of its location, a hotel near the corner of major routes, it was ideal for me. One thing I liked was there were separate smoking and non-smoking floors. The rooms were pretty quiet. I think I have stayed in rooms situated on all the hotel's four sides. My favorite was the side fronting almost the intersection of Buendia and Roxas Blvd. It was good to watch the traffic. I did get the chance to create some cool time-lapse of vehicles crossing the flyover. I always had a good rest because the bed and pillows were comfortable. Linen was changed daily too. WiFi was very good too for some video calls. I may not be doing any business in the area anymore but I'd check-in here again should the need arise.

What I liked most is the very friendly staff and guards. I also like that there's parking space. I got a room here because it's walking distance to World Trade Center, where we have our conference. The room is okay, clean, spacious and all basic stuff is provided. Good value for money.

I would give 2.5 stars. We came for a convention at the World Trade Center and the location is perfect walking distance. Other than that this is a very very average hotel. There was a strong smell of cigarettes on our floor when we arrived. The one thing that could have made this stay instantly better is a softer bed. The beds are extremely hard and we woke up very sore every morning. The pillows are also very uncomfortable. The one thing you would expect from your hotel is a nice comfortable place to sleep but this hotel really failed in this area. Again, the location is great but the accomodations were very average.

Simply the best Japanese-style spa in Manila. Shower, then relax in 3 different temperature jacuzzis: Hot, warm, and ice cold. Enjoyed sitting stations with aqua massage hitting different areas of back. Then when got too hot jumped in the cold tub to cool off. Then the massage..... Wow! Small lady walking up and down back, expert massage and stretching. Highly recommended!

4 stars for cleanliness 5 stars for staff efficiency, courteousness, eagerness to serve 3 breakfast buffet/ more food options please! Room catches all noise from inside and outside of the hotel. Did not sleep well because of that. Better get a room on the top floors maybe..

Older venue but clean and friendly. Awesome spa room with massive hot tub and cold dip pool. Not a place for the shy. LOL! Got the full spa treatment including a 2-hour massage by a strong little lady that wore me out! Definitely will be going back!

Our room was so hot. AC was not working well even if we put it to very low. Does not have that much variety of food options in the breakfast buffet. But their massage services are superb

Very small (not particularly modern) rooms, no pool, spa - just a small casino. Nice staff, but very old rooms. If you want something cheap, it's just ok.

My experience was okay and great. The rooms are great, the foods were extravagant. I have my cons too. The stairs needs to be polished and needs ceiling,I was surprised that the spa needs another payment but it was fine but overall it was great,I will definitely recommend it for less than a week stays.

It's really nice and clean and the staff are polite and accommodating. Just be careful if you leave food inside your room. We left a loaf of bread (unopened) and found it chewed open. Looked right it was or were rats because we saw droppings on the seat. We stayed here on a Friday so we were fortunate enough to try their buffet @Kaishu restuarant, East meets West. The food are very good, fresh and just very delicious. The servers were polite and addressed our concerns quickly despite the numerous guests that day. On our second day though, there were no buffet options so we tried Cafe Le Amoretto. Their breakfast buffet was awesome but for dinner, the options are a little bit limited. The bulalo was not that tasty and the food were served already a bit cold. We also had a hard time getting the attention of the servers at the time, even for billing out. We almost fell asleep as we waited close to 20 mins just to get our bill. No one else was in the restaurant aside from us so we were puzzled with the sluggishness of the service. All in all, the stay was great. Clean and comfy. But for longer stays, like more than 3 days, you better checkout other dining options nearby to satisfy your pallette.

Everything is great. The ambience features a vintage american hotel type. Very homely and comforting. The comfort rooms are 5 star, room service is great, definitely going back here on my next stay. The only thing I'll recommend is additional security on the lobby. ❤❤
