Great bargain finds. Must have patience to look around & compare items & prizes before making a purchase. A good sign for me is when staff is very attentive to you. I don't like those who are glued to their phones & will barely look up when you approach their stall. EDITED (2021): This place has closed down :( Chinese mainlanders abound the area, I don't know why.

If going to 168 or Greenhills is too much for you, try considering St. Francis Square. You can find things like shoes, rtw's, gadgets, etc.

Not a very comfortable place to visit for shopping. Small shops and narrow passages make it less attractive but still it's an ideal place for middle income group. Gadgets and accessories are also available here but you need to know their price otherwise you might fall for their tactics to attract customers and sell their products at high rates. Seperate Muslim prayer area for men n women in basement is also present.

Before I used to like the place, but I really don't like their parking regulations - always reserved for VIP people so we regular customers who are willing to pay can't even come in.

This area offers you one of the best views outside especially in the evenings so if you are in the Philippines as a tourist or have been living here for a while and just looking for somewhere cool to hang out, you might wanna visit this area. The under bridges are well lighted and lots of beautiful places to see from the offices to the eateries and some places even operate 24 hours like the Jolibee. Its close to several malls including the famous Mega Malls.

This is a local favorite to find super cheap clothes and accessories. They have shops that sell electronic products too. Not really my cup of tea, but it can be a good experience with your friends.

not pleasant anymore, before and after the pandemic it became worst, like divisoria tiangge, no AC, demolition like site, is it safe to go inside the building anymore?

An under rated shopping complex for your affordable clothes and shoes. Prices are lower compared to Greenhills but designs are not quite up to date when it comes to shoes, maybe limited is the right term. Clothes, on the other hand, are on par. Food carts are on the ground floor and the food court is on the top floor. Bargains galore!

Tiangge for sosyal. 😂 If you are looking for cheaper alternatives yet good quality garment/fashionable clothes, this is the place to go! You can find here everything you are that you looking for, from shoes up to gowns. What makes it different is you can bargain for the price. Good deals happens here. PS. You can also bring your phones here for repair, buy accessories and so much more!

Love shopping here! There's always so many thing to see and buy without breaking the bank. Also because the mall is small with lots of mini stalls you dont hurt your feet walking around long distances. I can go here spend a thousand pesos and come home with 6 full bags of items shopped!

A bazaar that degraded to a tiangge. I used to go and shop for really affordable clothes, bag and shoes here rather than ride my way to Divisoria. Today, although there are still several stalls but they have all almost been offering the same thing and some items are priced way over the budget. The square has become rubbish and stinky inside and on the outside.

the place is complete and easy to access along main highway EDSA..Also located at the back of SM megamall and more terminal for going to Rizal, like antipolo, san mateo and montalban..also easy to access if you want to go to Markina

Hmmm good place to shop for clothes? I guess, budget wise yes... But the workers or staff (dishwashers) on the food court were too noisy and making so much of a noise making you feel (us feel, to be exact), uncomfortable, we are feeling like they are fighting against each other? Naah, not just a good idea.

Affordable buys and the ambience was more of a shopping centre than that of a fancy mall. I like the fact that they have what you need and you have a variety of shops to choose from.

Not really a fan of St. Francis Square as it's owned by a religious group and being used for their agenda. But the mall isn't half bad, with its tiangge stalls a contrast to the high-end Podium and SM Megamall sandwiching it. They renovated the facade recently, too.

High end tiange style. Cheaper items available than the nearby malls. Great for foodies too!

There are lots of stalls here where you can buy high quality items in a cheaper price. You just have to roam around. Ive only been here once but the experience is good

Some of my not expensive clothes, shoes or bags I usually bought from this mall. The place is for budget and price conscious. Not for brand conscious. Its like the smaller size of tutuban mall.

A Maze contained inside a mall, for the bargain hunters at heart. The mall is literally a maze sudden walls and stairs that's not even connected to one another. This place is recommended for those who loves to explore and hunt for bargains while shopping. The facade / exterior of the building is newly built. But the inside is old and dusty. The place is located at the top most floor in which there food court is located. We found a cheap place to eat here, 2 servings of rice with vegetables and 2 different meat or chicken or fishes dishes with juice for under 100 pesos. This place is truly aMAZEing

They have everything, but I suggest to have washrooms in every floor. Too many stuff to buy for reasonable price. I don't like the food court.

Great finds all the time! Food stalls at ground floor are okay. The food court at the top floor is affordable but not exceptional. Shopping for something? Seek and you shall find!

👍👍 I love SM Megamall! They have everything in here! I also love how each month or each celebration, they have their own theme display at the very front when you step in the mall. This month, they had the Easter setup. Love the balloons at the top! You can take pictures there if you wish. I only had on...
