Wifi isnt working and mic is kinda grounded. Food is great, ktv rooms are so so and restrooms are clean. Staffs are not that accommodating. Songs are updated. They have service charge of 10%. Overall it was a good place for group bonding.

Room space is just right. 4 for the food! Food tastes great and priced just right. Songs are also updated and sound system is beautiful.

Php50.00 per hour per person rate is good, must be minimum of 3 I think. We ordered food and it's okay, the tokwat baboy is not okay because it's mostly tokwa and taba. Songs are not updated to 2018, their latest is 2017 only. Audio inside the room is good, you can barely hear the other people singing from the other room.

We went here after our Christmas Party. It's nice, and the food is great.

We were supposed to go someplace else but we were not able to reserve a room there. We celebrated our friends' birthday here instead and the food that came with our room package was good especially the mushrooms. Since we do not drink alcohol, we had the option to have iced tea and soft drinks. We did not consume some of the soda so we brought the remaining cans home. The service was a bit slow, though. We requested a replacement microphone because one was grounded and we had to repeat our request several times before it was finally replaced. The air conditioner in our room was not functioning properly. We were only asked to transfer when we opened our door since the air outside was cooler and another room was available. Also, there was no remote control in our room so we had to input our songs on the machine itself.

Fun place for karaoke. Family friendly. Food is priey though and the mix drinks werent that strong

The Turtles Family KTV Bar on E. Rodriguez engaged in false advertising for guests under 3. During our visit on December 2, we were informed that the only available room was for 5 people, requiring us to pay 400 pesos for the entire room, despite being only 2. This contradicted our experience at Turtles KTV Commonwealth on November 3, where, for a group of less than 3, we paid 300 pesos. Despite a similar sign at Turtles Family KTV E. Rodriguez, they insisted on a 400-peso charge for the 5-person room. Even after confirming a per-head rate of 80 pesos with a staff member, we were billed 400 pesos for the 2 of us. Despite clarifying the discrepancy before payment, the front desk maintained the 5-person charge. The confusing promotion and inconsistent policies between branches left us paying an unexpected 800 pesos for 2 hours. I hope others avoid this misleading promotion, and I wish for better education on promotions for the staff involved.
