Nice and quiet place for a short coffee break. No smoking area and no wheelchair access.

CAUTION & WARNING I go to this Starbucks everyday, I know everyone here. Beware of the barista named (France) she is extremely rude, unprofessional and brings her emotions to work. Sure they'll make your coffee but will just put the bag on you for you to do it yourself, has attitude and will walk away on you. There's also a somewhat rude coffee master, a guy, did not quite catch the name but he's also kinda rude. Again beware of (France) she is the most rude Starbucks staff I've ever came across in all the branches I've been into. I'm sorry for the 1 star for this place but it's a well deserved 1 star, everyone else is very nice but it's just that 1 staff, the Barista/Cashier is just such a bad vibe. I wish and hope the manager sees this, you need to let her go, no warning, no keeping her on a shorter leash, you just have to let her go, it's bad for the team. I hope this warning helps, if you see her, you have been warned. Description Somewhat 5'0 to 5'3 tall, short hair, sorta chonk Light skinned and very rude. The loyal customer I am going here everyday and she gives me attitude, I won't forget this, and everytime I see her, I'll ditch and jump to another branch, I don't wanna deal with her negative vibe, so unprofessional bringing it to work.

Crowded during breaks. Not that Spacious.

Vaccine card is a Must to present, otherwise they will not take your order. Strictly no straws, even paper straws. But staff at attentive and ambience of the place is cozy.

What more can I say? it's a Starbucks. Though this place really helped when I studied for my board exams. Chill ambience, lots of indirect lighting, windows on the front and side with a view of the busy Manila streets but still remaining uncrowded, great service, usable outlets, and of course looooots of coffee for a long day of studying really helped. It's also near Sun residences mall and easy access to transportation. So if you find yourself craving for a cup of coffee, you can never go wrong with this place. P.S. To those who will read this, please pray for me. 😭 You'll soon call me Architect! Carpe Diem!

First off, very nice setting right by Welcome Rotunda. You can Coffee&Chill outside or inside. Every customer is temp checked and screened for contact tracing either by paper or through QR code. Customer service is great! Appreciate JayR and Mai's upbeat attitudes even when they are getting smothered in customer orders. One thing I appreciate is that when they have a large influx of people ordering, employees from inside will come out to assist, speeding along the service. A very good Starbucks shop. I will be going back, very very soon. 😁

Ambiance is great! Great service. Great coffee of course. It's not usually packed and it's chill here. During this pandemic, you have to fill up some information in the entrance and your temperature is checked like with all of malls and stores. You only have 1hour stay as you order to limit people entering the premises, I know there is also a limit capacity for those entering the shop. So, if it's full, you'll be only able to order for take out but you can also sit down somewhere outside by the flower plants but not suggested. I hope you don't litter. Stay safe! :) And also pick up your trash as you leave the shop, even without pandemic, I wish you could be more kind to our Baristas, throw your trash properly! :)

The place is nice. For dine in orders you are able to use mug for hot drinks unlike from other braches that they on give paper cups. But hot coffees are rarely served that hot, it can easily go cold.

Wide space area.. relaxing and quiet.

Visiting here from Seattle, I’m perplexed how this Starbucks don’t have a coffee machine and had to manually brew hot coffee. Starbucks’ primary business is to serve hot coffee all throughout the world. I always have to wait 15-20 minutes just for a freaking hot coffee. It’s the best coffee in this area though.

Nice place parang konti ung tao pero tahimik and I love the ambiance as well the choice and sound level of the music. Accommodating Barista and nice orientation of the place though it's not that huge

Cozy and not too crowded.

I don't have any complain regarding the baristas and its food. However, the cleanliness of this place is absolutely concerning. I've seen a lot of cockroaches and flies, no kidding. I've seen cockroaches near the seats and its food (near microwave too and coffee maker). Promise I'm not lying. I've said this to one of the baristas but she just looked at me and continued to talk to me about my order. Also, their C.R. should be cleaned. The sink has stains and a little bit uncomfortable because of its cleanliness. I just want them to improve it. Seriously, the flies and cockroaches are my biggest concerns. Moreover, they also change the seats that have holes. Maintain it.
