🫤 I had lunch here and food to go. Lunch was good. Bloody Mary was sour - the bacon used for the drink was old and tasted like bacon that had gone bad. Ordered roast beef to go. Waited 30 minutes and when I got home...well...see the photo. Terrible. Dry, no taste, stone cold. I won't be back. People often mention good, service, coffee, great, staff, ordered, atmosphere,

Food is good but service is terrible. They had 7 staff on the floor and most of them were on their phones. Probably need to get a bell just to call someone's attention. There were only 2 other customers apart from us (grp of 2 as well) At some stage we were the only customers around - had to follow up just for gravy. 6 other customers came in and they all disappeared. We went on Saturday, around 4pm. Food is 4 stars. Service is 0.

Still one of the best brunch spots in Makati. Their coffee and avo toast combo is the best! Try the wild mushroom ragout - I highly recommend this for pasta lovers. (Absolutely heaven!) Table service is so so - customer attention needs to be improved. However, the good food makes the trip well worth it. The place already offers dine in for vaccinated patrons.

I love the vibe of the place. It's a corner cafe on a 1 way street, so not a lot of traffic. I really liked the waffles.

Oh wow a mixed cafe/bar with good (albeit a little expensive) food. Chill out for after work hours in this reliable place. Truffle fries was the bomb!

Cozy place. AC is a bit on the warmer side. So if you want to cool down in a hot day other places might be better. Food and drinks are the general Single Origin things. Good quality. Sandwiches are really big and it's good for 2. If you get craft coffee it's also big and can be enough for 2.

Excellent coffee! Very rich, very creamy— even with oat milk. The latte art made me giggle (in a good way!) and the cappuccino lava cake was decadent. I had some time to burn while waiting for a friend, and I’m so glad I stopped in! The service was great, and the atmosphere is classy and relaxing. Definitely recommended, whether you’re stopping in for a quick cup, or sitting in for a relaxing experience.

The location is good not too busy. The ambience is good too, lives up to the name “Osteria” which means simple. You should try their Pasta’s because its so good! The carbonara taste authentic! the Ragout is good too. Will be back soon to try the Lasagna since its not available when we were there.

Average food and drinks in a nice cozy spot. The staff were a challenge to communicate with. We tried to make a reservation but it doesn’t seem like they track those.

I ordered Peruvian hot chocolate. It was too sweet, lukewarm, and there was not enough chocolate in it. I asked waiter to reduce sugar, make it super hot, and add more chocolate in it. He didn't do anything. Very disappointed, will not come back.

Food is unworthily expensive. The Alaskan pollock was so straight from the freezer dry. Even the rice was toasty it seemed to have been a day old, taken from the bottom of a casserole. The atmosphere appears to attract the upper class customers, a celebrity was spotted hanging out at its outdoor dining area.

Was surprised this place wasn't bustling on a Sunday morning unlike the other brunch places I walked past. It's a good thing as I liked the quiet and chill atmosphere here. The waffle with corned beef surprised me as I wasn't expecting slabs of beef. They are made in-house and excellent! The waffle itself could be improved, although served hot there was no crisp outer crust. The bacon I added on however was a tad sad.. despite being fried in oil (and soaking in oil), they still weren't the crispy sort I prefer. Coffee was ok, lacked aroma though.

Coffee and power outlets - CHECK! ✅ The Creme Brulee beverage is a treat! Nice place to work in a Saturday afternoon. They have power outlets, too. I don't recommend their Cream Cheese and Spinach Pizza though. Toooo muuuch spinach. Spinach ratio is like the cheese + dough combined.

For now, I'll only give it a 3 star because I have not tried the food. But the cold brew was really nice. Part of the 3 star id main because they didn't have internet and service kind of felt slow. The atmosphere is nice though since I went here to study.

I always come back to Single Origin because of their French toast pero parang yun lang pala ang worth it balik-balikan. The other desserts I've tried in SO were a bit sablay in some ways. The tea that I tried was not good, the berry drink was a bit bland, and the hot chocolate was way too sweet. 🥲 Di ko alam kung mali lang ba mga pinili kong kainin, but I'll try other food and drinks next time.

I ordered the pork belly and it was okay but not worth its price. My colleagues ordered the salmon and it was unseasoned. Both orders needed more salt. The sauce on pork belly was on the sweeter side. The portions were also off, they could reduce the rice and put some more protein on their rice dishes. The HVAC could not keep up for the 40 seats they offer.

It isn’t my first time in Single Origin, the staff & atmosphere is great! Their coffee is really good. I ordered the egg white Spinach Omelette, but I did not enjoy it 100% because I expected the mushrooms would be fresh and not canned. Otherwise, the meal was professionally prepared and looked appetizing. I especially loved that they drew something cute in my coffee foam! 😁 They play some 90’s nostalgic music hits too. 🎶 i was served by Doms - all staff is friendly and provide great swift service. I would definitely come again to try their other foods and coffee.

I had a great experience in this salcedo branch. I did not like the one in the alabang branch. In salcedo, I found the espresso and the americano to be super smooth with a reasonable body and slight acidity. Just right in my books. We ordered a chorizo omelette and waffles. Both were just great and the right amount for 2 people to share. ++ -1 for lack of accompaniments on the food, sauce for the waffles, possibly some olive old and / or balsamic would have been nice for the omelette. -1 for the service, brought out the waffles with ice cream on them before we were finished with the omelette. Also, the table we were on was way too small. Should have asked if we were having lunch maybe. -1 for atmosphere, as were were positioned near the kitchen, waitors kept walking by.. also the toilet could be better

Ordered margherita pizza and wagyu meatballs. Pizza was great. The meatballs were overcooked and chewy but the tomato sauce with bread has a nostalgic feel to it.

No longer an Osteria 🥲 We were told that as of this week their menu has changed to be similar to that of other branches and their osteria menu items no longer exists. So anyways tried the chorizo shrimp pasta and it was okay. While the roast beef was bad. It lacked proper seasoning so it did taste bland. The beef wasn’t tender it borders to being chewy. The mashed potatoes was also bland 🥹 Despite the fact that it is a weekday and the place wasn’t full - for some reason their staff is always busy - they linger at the area at the back so when you need them no one is there to pay attention to you.

The place is relatively new. It is pricey but food selection, preparation, ingredients and taste is great. Place is good space with ok service. Went back recently post pandemic and service improved but food was not close to what it used to be. If dishes come out in 2 mins from when it was ordered definitely microwave. In fact some airline food is even tastier. Sorry but the pate was a waste of money. Really bad experience...

Service was a bit slow but the server was very considerate about the flies outside since we ate al fresco. She brought out a candle without us asking for it. Got us gravy even if it wasn't part of the order. Enjoyable coffee choices and yum cocktails!

This restaurant is special because of this detail! It makes the waiters come to you fast as possible without having to shout or loose your mind trying to call for the waiters attention. The food was awesome! Totally recommend this place!

Good food, great place with clean bathroom (and bidet!). We went on a weekday but the service was quite slow. Good thing they changed the salad when we noticed it wasn't the right order.

Nice place, great design. Good food but a bit more attention in the kitchen is required. I had the seafood pasta with three mussels, two where empty. I think it would be much better if it was a homemade sause, because it tated like tomato concentrate too much. The staff, about eight people where too much busy with eachother. But this is common in The Philippines. They have so many staff that they all think that the other is doing what has to be done. Anyway, good restaurant.

i liked how it's homey once you get inside the resto. The servers were attentive and friendly. The food is OK but needs a bit of umami for me. There is just one negative thing that stuck, there was something sticky on the floor and on my friend's chair that they were not able to clean up before they seated us.

Their Italian food never fails. I just had their sublime Gorgonzola risotto. Another favorite I'd recommend is their classic carbonara.

I've always loved Single Origin and their latest branch did not disappoint. We visited during their soft opening but service was already on point, interiors were polished, and the food was superb. I enjoyed everything I ordered: the creamy pumpkin soup, thin-crust margherita, norwegian salmon with mashed potato, and their pavlova with mango curd. Will definitely come back for more.

Calming coffee, relaxing ambiance, pleasant staffs and a skillful barista who can make liquor and coffee taste so good together. What else can make a great experience? I will definitely come back to this place and I highly recommend it for coffee lovers like me. ♡

👍👍 One of the best steak restaurant in Makati. The service quality is high, the staff is well disciplined. The food itself is well checked before serving.
