Stayed here from 4-6th May. Room size is good however the furniture and fittings are old, broken and the shower does not work. Too old things provided in the room. Not worth the money at all

Spacious rooms, super accommodating and friendly staff. The location is also superb, nearby restos and convenience store. The only thing I am not happy is the minimal hot water for tub and the weak pressure of the water supplies plus the nakakahilong elevator. But still - recommended, and will come back for sure. 😊

It's not what the picture show. Rooms had roaches, doors didn't close properly. Not worth the stay.

Located at the corner of Leviste and HV Dela Costa, this is what I'd call a serviced apartment suitable for long term stays in the central business district of the city of Makati in Salcedo village. Mostly businessmen stay here as it's walking distance to a lot of offices, restaurants, cafes, malls and services.

The apartment is big but not well Maintained. Rust underneath the bath and the kitchen utensils/pots etc are old. It would be great if they had curtains in the living area to block out the sun as the AC appears to struggle to keep up. There were not extra sheets/pillows as mentioned. It’s just very old it seems and really needs some TLC. Spotted 4 cockroaches and demanded to move rooms. They offered me free daily cleaning. The bed was comfortable though which is a plus and the area is awesome. The Wi-Fi really isn’t great. I really Struggled to have a video call. Which was an issue for my work. I searched so many air BnBs and took this one because of the size, it is super spacious which is nice. One day whilst watching TV a staff member just entered the apartment, no knock on the door just walked straight in. I got such a fright! I asked him Why he was here and he just kept saying sorry sorry sorry. Couldn’t give me an answer. I wonder now what would happen if I wasn’t here! This is a breach of my security and privacy. The host is pretty much non responsive but the staff in the place are. I wouldn’t stay here again. Overall, a massive disappointment.

The rooms are big and well-equipped, but the building management should improve the maintenance of rooms, maybe consider a door-to-door inspection of the rooms' electrical and bathroom fixtures. The front desk officers should be more proactive. Retraining them would be a good idea. When we were there this New Year's Eve, one of the only two elevators was working. The bathroom door knob was detached and the water pressure on the shower was very low. Electrical outlets are loose. We didn't enjoy our stay at the hotel.

The room was not clean and the sliding bathroom door has the loudest squeal you’ve heard. You have to call the lobby every time you want to go downstairs because something is broken on the elevator. I could not get extra towels and the bathroom rug. Go spend your money elsewhere.

The room is not clean and has a very bad smell, the staff took too long when I ask for anything. I asked for water they didn’t bring, also when I checked out they took forever to send someone to carry my luggage, also the people who stayed here were so strange . The whole place is not comfortable. The toilet is very very dirty and has also a bad smell. This is my first time I take a shower and I don’t feel clean, sheets and pillows are very dirty and has a bad smell. If you're looking for a peaceful and intimate hotel experience, this charming gem is a perfect choice. I was pleasantly surprised when the friendly staff accommodated me from the entrance to my room in just two minutes. The room was clean, ensuring a restful night's sleep. But the real highlight was the garden, a spot to unwind with a cup of coffee or enjoy a meal. My stay was absolutely wonderful, and I can't wait to come back again next time.

The vicinity is nice clean staff is courteous. It’s a short stroll from makati avenue with lots of bars and restaurants that are open late. Note the place advertises shuttle service but there is none. Also the breakfast starts at 8am so if you have a morning flight you will miss out

The rooms are big plus it caters more recreational spaces with amazing breakfast area! Food was good and the services of the staff a very welcoming and easy to interact. Love the location accessable to many interactive establishments like bars and so forth. 👌

Located at very strategic place in Makati. A short walk will lead you to the Famous malls in the city. The hotel is surrounded by the courteous employee. The place was great for relaxation and unwinding and most importantly the facility is good and new

I felt lack of staffs for service as hotel. In fact, they cleaned up my room when asked, and especially, its breakfast are great for vegans. But fewer staffs and not well trained as hotel man. Location is good coz in middest of Makaty

We booked the 3-bedroom suite with kitchen. The size of the suite is very good. However, this hotel is very old and outdated. The stove/oven and fridge is so old and dirty. The bathrooms has marks of molds and very dirty as well. This is not the place that you can find luxury and comfort as the place is soooo outdated and needs a complete make over.
