SuperDontCare is not recommended for an OFW. I accompanied an OFW for her medical clearance requirements by POEA. Their superior is unnecessarily strict, and doesn't care at all despite explaining to them that the flight is only less than a week remaining (long story made short, agency asked us to take this medical test on Friday, 5 days before flight). Vision test - They forced us to either upgrade the glasses, or get clearance from ophthalmologist. We explained that the glasses given to her was the correct one for her condition, but their superior doesn't care, and insists it should be upgraded or get clearance from ophthal. We tried buying glasses just to get done with this as we have limited time, but we ended up getting the clearance from ophthalmologist from Makati Med (despite pandemic and risks of further covid exposure) to prove the superior wrong. We were stressed that this delay could risk missing the OFW's flight, expiring work visa, career abroad and her future (just because of glasses/ophthalmologist checkup that she could happily do abroad) In our case, nobody cares about these medical test results, not the employer nor the destination country nor us. Because she's been hired several months ago and just waiting for her to fly to the employer's country to start work. We only do this for some Philippine law compliance. Being strict should be a good thing only if applied on the right scenarios. Maybe vision test should be strict if OFW is a pilot that requires perfect vision, but it is not required for the OFW I accompanied. On the good side though, they expedited encoding the medical clearance for the OFW to catch her flight, which we appreciated. The nurse also had good pleasing personality, but she is powerless since she just needs to follow the strictness of her superior. Hence the 2 stars. I just hope these laws about medical tests get reviewed, maybe only stop an OFW if some critical health condition was detected that risks death abroad. Don't destroy the future of an OFW just because they need to upgrade glasses here. We are happy to be compliant in laws, but I just hope they remain reasonable.

There BP section is the worst!... Every time I visit the supercare, I took my BP and reads from 124/82 using my new Digital BP monitor. But by the time Supercare doctors check my BP rate, It reads 140/90... 150/80... Then they precribed a medicine... after taking it for 2 days I noticed that my BP starts to drop 112/65... that made me feel dizzy, so I stop taking the medicine... Now I'm confused, did I bought a defective BP monitor,.....or... it is their unit that is always defective, from the start.🤔 Probably.... my rate for them....two stars... since they Don't care much for their patients... too much patients falling in line with the cardio clearance, the doctor did not ask properly the patients about their condition.

If you need a medical certificate for your student visa (DOH accredited, WHO IHR, 2005), this is the wrong place. They will not help you authentic your medical certificate with DOH. In addition to that, you will do a lot of tests and they will ask you to go back and fort to do all sorts of tests and procedures. In the end, you will pay more. For instance, I wear glasses, but they will need a recommendation letter from an ophthalmologist. Or if you're menstruation is irregular, they will ask you to get a recommendation from your OB. These procedures will cost money. You may waste your time doing them all. Unfortunately, the clinic is procedure driven. And if you ask some level of flexibility and efficiency, it will irk the staff. Wrong place to get a simple thing done.

Why can't they refer a doctor near the area which is Makati, rather than referring all the way Espana manila just to check something that other hospitals like St.Luke or Makati Medical can do. I was told by the staff that only accredited are allowed. Why are those hospitals like St. Luke or Makati Medical not good enough? In the first place the reason why I chose supercare is the accessibility.

I was scheduled today to have my Rapid Test. One of thier staffs got the blood sample from me and it was around 8:00am and they said it will only take an hour for the results to come in ,but I don't understand why is it taking so long. It is already 1300H. I don't know ,but one thing is for sure. They're very slow.

One of the medical facilities that is accredited by the DOH to cater to medical exams for OFWs. Their facilities are modern and their queuing system is efficient. They also ensure the identity of patients using barcode to make sure that each patient is the one actually taking the exam. Overall very good facility, clean, and modern. They have an online appointment system as well. The only downside is that the online system is not very accurate in stating when the records can be picked up as well as some staff in the records section being rude to some patients.

Its such a nightmare going here. All of the staffs, especially the front desk and "jay" in the nurse station was so rude when its come in engaging to its patients. They usually make us patients go round and round from 2nd and 3rd floor only ending up lost to the different directions. Over all, I did not like my experience and will not reccommend for those patients who will under go their medicals in this establishment. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENTS. YOU DESERVE A BETTER MEDICAL TREATMENT
