You been approved and proven you are Filipino already the first time submitting your NSO Certificate. Holding Philippine passport proven you are Filipino. Why not listen to most applicants what they say it’s all burden to all that’s repeat processing to prove you are Filipino again. Should be application form only and your old passport like used to be. Not only were the staff disrespectful to our family, they kept attempting to make rate increases during their grieving process, and their online viewing did not work at all. I would suggest using any other funeral home other than them or their other branches around the Philippines. Crooks!
