Everything is BAD, food, service, and interior. Firstly, the service was really slow, there weren't even many people just 3 tables were occupied, but I had to call the attention of the server two times, and it took a while for them to entertain us. The interior is outdated, boring, and smells bad. When the food came, all the wait was not worth it at all! The vegetables weren't fresh, and the meat was disgusting (my friend had diarrhea because of the food). Also, flies were trying to eat with us. And finally, the billing out process was even longer. We waited so long to get the bill, and low and behold the service was so high, but the service was so bad. That's fine, the problem is, we waited for our change, but we never got it. Overall, BAD, will never eat again at this branch (Lucky Chinatown Mall).

We visited during lunch. Airconditiining was busted when we visit. The management have known this but didnt do anything to remedy the uncomfy experiences of their customers. The could have borroeed some industrial fans from the mall management. And the crew were not so attentive, though it was early and very few customers.

I got these burnt chicken nuggets for take-out and immediately messaged Pancake House's Messenger to ask if these were normal. They asked for my details and after a couple of minutes Pancake House Lucky Chinatown contacted me and apologized that they might have used "lumang mantika" which resulted to this. They are willing to replace my nuggets if I drop by their store. I refused and asked them it would be better if they can have this delivered to me instead. The person told me its not possible but she asked for my delivery details and would see what she can do to which she never reverted back.

Rude waiter and no air conditioning

I love the potota salad here but 1 order is good for like 2people... Ao if you wanna save a bit... Order 1 then share half of it to your lovedone or special someone.. 😄😍
