The place itself is really beautiful giving it a - 5 since I'm a nature lover. But what went wrong was how they manage of having a lot fees just by going to different caves. (Entrance fee. Tour guide fee. Parking fee. Going to the other caves fee) Was surprise that going to the other caves have fees too. Plus the tour guide was in a hurry. Thought she was in a hurry because we will have a lot of area to visit but no 😟. Other tour guides are not approachable too. Still had fun though coz of the place.

Didn't go to the main park, just the surroundings, too old and have wobbly knees to trek. Though the water is still pristine, the area is beginning to become dirty as evidenced by the number of plastic thrash and utensils left by campers. When can we learn to leave nothing but footprints in such a natural wonder for everyone to enjoy?

It is where Emilio Aguinaldo established his headquarters during the war. It is well preserved historical place. We had a short trek with my family & fur friend and it was fun. Along the path you will pass through rivers, caves & waterfalls.

Our trek and trip to the third cave, Tanggapan Cave, was, by far, the easiest. This cave was used by the Katipuneros as the acceptance area and most probably initiation site of new recruits to KKK. Along the way, our local guides managed to pick a few veggies and fruits to bring back home for their family. And, once more, just like the previous caves, the stone formations etched out by the hands of time are always mesmerizing to see.

Looking for a spelunking and eco-adventure vibe? This is the place to be. Prep your feet for steep climbs and rocky steps. Be also amazed by the historical background and ecological importance of the place.

Quite a pleasant experience visiting this place last January 2023. We were only able to visit 2 caves because we went there already late. We also were not able to swim in the stream because the water was still murky due to continuous rains days prior to our visit. The local guide was quite friendly and very conversational which was good specially for first timers. According to the guide, if we want to swim, there should at least be 5 days of no rain prior to the visit so that the stream will be clearer. Definitely will return to explore more sites.

We went to this place 2 wks ago with my relatives. The place and our experience was good but it ruined the whole thing after our tour guide ripped us off about the payment. She was good at the start. But after the tour, she asked us for more money which was more than what we paid at the front gate. We told her we’ve paid already at the gate but she said her payment is separate. So to avoid anymore talking and to just leave that place, we just gave her the money more than what we paid at the gate. I will not go back there again. So be careful guys.

Beautiful, peaceful place. I grew up going here for picnics and swimming with my friends and family. Last week I came there withy friends riding our bikes. Today they have tour guides to guide you from the different parts of the park. Be careful when walking in the trail because its slippery and don't forget to bring water.

If you like Philippine history, climbing a trail of jagged rocks, having a canopy of natural foliage over your head, fresh spring water flowing down a large stream, swimming, steep climbs on ravines, hanging bridges, spelunking, camping, rapelling, hiking, extreme mountain-biking or anything nature-specific, this is the place to be. Not ideal to visit in the rainy season because flashfloods swell at enormous proportions due to the continuous merciless deforestration and quarrying of the nearby mountains. Not PWD-friendly. Lack of public toilets. Tourists should be briefed before entering the park instead of being obligated to pay tour guides: the local government should look into this issue because tour guides should be optional, not mandatory.

First of all, the current google map for this is wrong as the actual site of the national park is at least 30 minutes away from this location and is at San Miguel Bulacan. Second, we had a good time in the park and we added the tour to the bat cave. I saw from other reviews that some guests are complaining about the secondary rate fee for the additional tour which I believe is fair as the base rate for the tour guide for the basic tour is very cheap at 300 pesos only. So therefore if they will need to spend more time with you, they need to earn extra income which I find to be very very reasonable at current inflation. I am sure the place will even look great if you go there during rainy season or after a heavy rain so that the river will be flowing with more water. Overall, we are very glad to have visited a historical site.

For Spelunking Experience Biak na Bato National Park is a vast park. You can go on a trek up on their mountains - Mt. Manalmon, Mt. Gola, etc. and/or do spelunking but they are at different rendevous point. The park would never let you enter any of its parts without a guide but if you did managed to slip and enter, the staff won't be reliable on anything that might happen to you. Snakes, monkeys, slippery rocks, and some cliffs are waiting for you there, so be sure to have a guide. The trail is dangerous to sum it up, but if you are looking for adventure, THIS IS A MUST! We took the Historical Cave Package and the Paniki Cave Package. The Historical Cave Package is a trek to 4 caves that the katipuneros used for their rebellion. The caves are small and doesn't offer much but if you are into history, then this is a must. After that we went to the Paniki Cave. As the name implies, it houses bats. The trail has ups and downs. A bit of stamina and endurance is needed for this trek. And it sure is rocky as you enter the cave. Care is a must. The guide will then lead you to a small falls behind the paniki cave if you want to dip in. This is the best place that the park can offer as the water is fresh and clear here unlike the water at the bottom of the trail. The pool of water is small and the rocks are slippery. I suggest that you travel here on the dry season as the trail might get too slippery for you specially inside the caves. Have a guide for protection and to help the locals. Prepare to trek and to get wet. There are many more caves to explore in this park but time was limited. They've had offer us an extreme adventure in an underground cave where they say there is a part where you have to swim in order reach the other end. I was with beginners so that's for another day!

(Translated by Google) It was my first to visit this place❤️ and it was nice to go back to the part of history we forgot. Remembering the sacrifice of the katipuneros, how they suffered, and lived in caves made me honored them more.😊While I was inside this forest, I felt the warm embrace of mother nature, which seemed to bring strange strength to my body. Biak na bato was one of my dream to go travels, but heck, now I know why my parents won't go there (We live at a near locality) the fees were held individually which is kind of a rip-off. A separate fee for parking, separate fees per head, and lastly an outrageous sum for a tour guide. Was not surprised not many would go there i mean like, the tour guides dont even know how to tour, my friends asked some questions but can not get a proper explanation. We later then asked "How many years have you been working here" he said: 20 years. From then on, I concluded that he's been there for 20 years doing nothing but stare at you like some weirdo and charge you for only just coming with you like you're the tour guide " Sumama lang alang ginawa". I've seen some reviews complaining about how the tour guide is in a rush. Let me tell you this, it's because the sooner they end touring you, the better for them. The fee is 300 Pesos if they could end a tour sooner then, they can double it. Kind of selfish i know. This is the problem with individual fees. If you're planning to go there I would not recommend it if you want enjoyment "the introvert tour guide is always by your side so you can't goof around". I'm not saying it's not good but going there, you'll be disappointed I assure you.
