SM Marikina is possibly one of the smallest stand alone malls in the metro (the mini-malls within SMDC condos are another story). While scaled down, in retail space, I think it's just the right "unstressful/forgiviing" size--no driving around the complex to park; no long walks from parking to mall proper; no getting lost on one side only to get frustrated trying to go back to the other. It's construction has provided people in the area options--back when it was only Riverbanks and Sta Lucia. Now that it's banked by Ayala Feliz in the east and UP Town Center in the North, SM Marikina has distinguished itself for the straightforward and already know what they want to do/get at the mall. For leisure walks and upscale sights, the Ayala Malls are now top of mind.

It has limited stores to choose from. Nevertheless, it has the basic restaurants, stuff and services that one may need. It has 3 main floors with a lower ground floor all in all. The department store itself is not that big as it only consists of 2 floors. As regards the food court, there are very few stalls to choose from. Parking is widely available.

The mall, though not that big compare to other SM branches is well mentained, a lot of things can be bought there and accessible to customers who are on a wheel chair.

I enjoy the setting and the elevated views. The beauty of the location is enhanced by the passing train. The mall itself is spotless and fully equipped. The food court is very small, in my opinion. Perhaps the mall would prefer customers to eat at restaurants rather than crowd the food court. The area is pleasant overall.

A very decent place to hangout, there are a lot of stores and shops here, not as big as other SM malls but i think everything you need is here.

SM Marikina is my favourite Shopping Mall because the building is well laid out and getting around is easy cause the size is manageable. A wide variety of shops and outlets which provides for all of my needs. Always a productive and pleasant visit.

The place is very convenient to go to, as usual very near the highway. More restaurants now as compare before. It is also walking distance from Riverbanks Mall.

Went to Asus to find a decent laptop with a good price, the inside of the store was not cold, the service was good, their way of sales talking is bad, it feels like they have some stuff they're not saying. Overall it was only a good experience, and not a very good one.

Small, compact Mall but it has everything, a Department store, supermarket, specialty shops, restaurants, banks, electronic section, etc.

Very spacious.. not too crowded and can do most of your shopping and find grocery needs here.

First time eating here. Was pleasingly suprised by both the quality of the food and service by the staff. Also the ambiance was visually entertaining and tastefully done. The exhaust for the bbq was yellow which is refreshing from the normal silver we normally see at BBQ places. I felt very comfortable here. The artwork of sumos eating was fun to look at. Cleanliness was awesome. Even the CR was well maintained. Food portions were generous as well as the cuts of meat. You pay for meat you get meat. Unlike so many other places that give you chunks of fat will a little meat on it lol. So head on out and enjoy a hearty meal. Oh drinks aren't unlimited. You can but 1 liter Iced tea 7UP Pepsi or Mountain Dew for P99.

Sept. 23, 2020, Our 1st visit. Not much people, so it's good for social distancing. It may not be that big compare to the other SM Malls but big enough. Looks clean. They seem to have enough parking space and a lot of taxi available at the taxi bay area. Though the guards don't seemed to be attentive. The guard at the Supermarket hardly want to answer question, when we asked which way can we go to wait for our grab ride. Same as the guard at the exit/entrance, seemed to be unattentive because he directed us to go at the taxi bay area, even i told him that we're going to wait for our grab ride, there at the main entrance. It's our 1st visit, so we just followed, thinking it's not allowed to wait there. We didn't have enough time to inform the grab rider because he arrived sooner. So, we had to cross back at the main entrance. But despite our quite not good experience w/the guards, we will still consider going back, hopefully it will be better then.

An average size mall with ample parking, good Supermarket and Department Store, great food choices and a huge Cyberzone. Hoping to see the 8 cinemas renovated though as they already stink and show deterioration.

They have everything I wanted here. Sbarro, Dairy Queen and Popeyes! Convenient yung pa exit to Antipolo. Will definitely be back..

Your basic one-stop shop for SM. A couple of restaurants & tech shops, boutiques nothing fancy. Typical shaggy lavatories with no toilet paper or even anything to wash with if you do your thing.😭

Good place to buy Grocery and Cellphone. They have massive appliance store and shoe stores as well. They also have many food stores here. Place is well lit, well ventilated and clean. Weekends are the busiest days here. Aesthetic of the mall is very good.

Like any other SMs out there, SM Marikina is also complete with food stalls, restaurants, buffet choices, shops for gadgets, and even a supermarket. They also have clinics, service centers, and even gaming spots for teens. This place is unique because it's the only SM mall that's elevated, with parking on the lower 2 floors of the mall. However, there's no concierge service, and it is kinda basic compared to other SM malls.

We got robbed last time we went there, no cctv in that area of the said event. Management tried their best to help but nothing was able to heal our trauma. Imagine having some group of people taking your hard earned money that day and management can't do anything about it but to add it to their records.

Overall it’s a good mall. The toilets not so much. I needed to use the bathroom and they didn’t even have bidets or wipes or toilet paper on ALL OF THE BATHROOM. NONE!!! I had to go to the supermarket to buy wipes and the line is soooo long. My anger is radiating thru the roof right now.

Much improved mall. Mary Grace at this mall is a must-visit! Same good food and excellent service. Plus the place is clean, spacious, and very cozy. I would go to this mall if only to dine at Mary Grace.

I didn't get inside though I just pass in this place when I am on my way to school. but base on the look in the outside maybe this place is good for some reason. Cuz marikina is known for it's artistic street may they had inspired the Decoration of this in the city where this mall is erected

SM is SM. Not much to talk about there but their motto, "We've got it all for you," well, they really don't. If you're looking for sports equipment, there isn't any and the only bookstore doesn't have a good variety of books to choose from. I guess that it's something that can't be helped since all businesses are still reeling back from the effects of the pandemic. But as for the department store, the staff are all attentive and are very helpful. There is also have a charging station for EV's at the upper parking level. Overall it's really a good place to shop and a great place to dine with a very good variety of restaurants and coffee shops.

Also, the food court was nice and clean.
