WORST clinic ever!!! From the facilities, operations or the procedures up to their CUSTOMER SERVICE. The restroom is so dirty. The staff are rude. Take note: ALL THE PERSONNEL(Security guard, registration officers, laboratory officers, X ray officers, Dental officers, Psycho officer and even worst their physicians are also rude). NOT RECOMMENDED. Sorry for my comment, but this is my opinion of this clinic. I will not be giving this a 1 star. To the owner of this clinic, please orient/teach your staff the proper CUSTIOMER SERVICE. Your staff is not CUSTOMER ORIENTED. Just be courteous to the applicants. Please be courteous. They are still your CUSTOMERS/CLIENTS. Your salaries are getting from these applicants.

This clinic should just close for a very horrible service. Personnel are very rude and incompetent. Process of medical procedures are not systematic. TECO has ten approved clinics for medical, you can just escape this clinic from your options. I finished my medical exams for 2 days and they said after 2 days I can go back. I went there after 4 days and still they cannot release it. So much of liars! Me and my husband spent so much thousands because of their so much promises. My husband called them non-stop and finally this Ms. Carmela helped. (Thanks to her). She messaged me at 4pm that I can get it and we immediately ran but because our location is little bit far and there was the intense traffic, on the last minute before their clinic closed, we arrived. Guards allow us to go inside and we waited in window 2. The lady there was so rude. She told us in disgust "BAKIT KASI NGAYON LANG KAYO?! KUNG KELAN PAUWI NA KO!" I was so upset! She even had no idea what trouble they gave us! My visa application is about to expire. We stayed in Manila because they promised such releasing dates! My husband visit Philippines just to help with visa matters but we failed because of them and unfortunately he encounter this kind of service. Shame on you! Just close your clinic or remove your unethical employees!

The reception staff frowns when they talk to you, unorganized and unwilling to answer questions, the laboratory staff eats, puts make-up and mingles with each other during working hours, the labels they put in the test tubes are not proper, can easily be removed and tampered. Xray people calls in patients in batches and the some of the walls are wood only Unsafe practice and may cause radiation exposure to other patients and be ready to answer a whole lot of psychological examination and iq test and the things they use in dental examination, i am not sure if it has been sterilized. I hope you guys use a disposable test tube because you are dealing with infectious disease and you guys are not even sealing the tube. Unsafe laboratory practice may be because of untrained personnel.

Horrible service. Very unprofessional. Also they can take up to two weeks all the while they tell you come one day later and 2 days later etc... They are trained to lie to you so you don't cancel or ask for a refund. So please, if you need it urgently do not come here. YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY REGRET IT! Please don't come here. Go to one of the other places recommended by TECO.

The clinic is neat and clean. The rooms or department are also clearly labeled. Arguelles is not as crowded compared to other gamca clinics. I started the medical process at around 830am and was out by 1pm. It all depends on how fast you fill in the medical forms, and also how much time you will consume during the Psyche test. Each department has a line of people but it moves fast so you won't wait that long. Tips: arrive early around 730am, bring a copy of your passport and 3 pictures 2x2 and your medical referral form from your agency. You can bring your own urine or stool bottle or you can buy from the cashier for a very minimal cost. Relax or rest before taking blood pressure to make sure it will not be high, as this may make your result pending with remarks of High BP. Based on my experience my over all process went smoothly.

Lack of organization. Majority of people working there are not so approachable.

This clinic doesn't deserve any star. The worst ever clinic, from the facilities to the staffs. So rude very unprofessional .

Not professional Do not go there as much as possible. Ask ur recruitment agency if they have other accredited clinic

Nice accommodation and nice clinic.
