One of the most well known place for conducting large gatherings such as conventions and graduations in the metro. Hasn't aged at all since then, gives you nostalgic vibes.

Great place for concerts and conventions. It's a huge facility so simultaneous big and small gatherings can be organised. The buildings are already showing some signs of ageing but are well maintained. The catering and the staff service are excellent. The venue is conveniently located near hotels and budget accommodation options. It's also near Mall of Asia and other shopping venues.

The Philippine International Convention Center  (Sentrong Pangkumbensyong Pandaigdig ng Pilipinas, or PICC) is located in the Cultural Center of the Philippines Complex. The facility has been the host of numerous local and foreign conventions, meetings, fairs, and social events. Most of the graduation ceremonies are celebrated here even oath taking ceremonies.

Best place for large group gatherings with several rooms for separate sessions or use the main hall for school graduation. parking place is handled by security personnel and guides you well for your respective slot. just pay immediately in the Secretariat hall to avoid congestions if everybody finished the events at the same time at the exit.

The place looks really fancy. The attendants are very kind, helpful and accommodating. The place is big enough not to get too crowded even when there’s tons of people roaming around after viewing which is good. They have landbank and PNB ATM in the lobby which is very convenient. There are lots of restrooms which is really good so you don’t need to get in line for so long. They also have benches in some parts of it so you can sit and wait before the event you’re going to.

A great place for formal occassions for different organization. I am amazed how well organized and cool the place knowing that some formal government occasions are held here. The venue can accommodate thousandss of people and I believe there are many more venues inside. The toilet are clean with consideration for other gender preference. The staffs are well coordinated and the place is clean and carpeted. Very nice lighting which can be controlled and dimmed and a great sounds for holding events. Aside from that, I am amazed on the structure though old but looks strong and well maintained. All in all, words of positive are all I can say for the venue.

PICC is an example of Brutalist architecture executed in massive visuals and honesty of materials. It is a work of art of National Artist Leandro Locsin which was erected from November 1974 to September 1976. Up to this time, it exudes elegance and grandure that gives any ceremony a special niche in one's life story. The architecure is future ready with very high ceilings allowing good ventilation, chandeliers abound giving illumination, with wide spaces for functional needs. The restrooms are very sanitary and well maintained, with provisions for seniors and persons with disabilities. The ramps and stairs allow fluid mobility, inclined in moderate steepness. Highly secured and well maintained, the hall can host very large, very important and very powerful people. The last time i was there was during the Convention of Career Executive Officers attended by the top Public Managers of the country and the guest speaker, the President of the Philippines. Power outlets provide 220 and 110 volts, but better to bring power juice. The hall has Internet connection, but i relied on my Globe service provider which signal was strong and reliable in the area. Food during functions are catered by Via Mare, which are delicious, and cordially served by very attentive and a staff who practise health and safety protocols. The hall is fully airconditioned, be sure to bring a jacket if you are not used to very cool settings. There is an ample parking space surrounding the building, and area is easy to track for GRAB services.

Attended the Philippine Retirement Authority Thanksgiving Party here. Excellent facilities with a good caterer and live music. Parking was only 60 pesos for the event located right outside the main entrance.

We went there for the oath taking ceremony of my husband. It's my third time to be there. The first was 2008 then around 2017-2018 and just yesterday. It's very spacious and very wide. Good for conventions, seminars, oath taking etc.

Its vicinity is a good place to do your weekly exercise if you do not want the enclosure of a gym. A lot of physical distancing and the open field gives you slight breeze for a cool feeling

This venue is famous for graduations. But I went here to attend a fan meeting and here is my experience: - not accessible by public transportation (tricycle) had to walk a little since tricycle cannot enter the area. there are guards that supervise around the picc. - during the pre-event, airconditioners are not turned on in some holding areas. so it's really hot... - managing fan meeting/events can be improved. there's still a lot of things to update in this venue such as the queues, entrance/ ticket verification. - some views may be obstructed. as for mine, it was on the very front row of balcony and the railings are obstructing the view. leaning forward from your seat may help you see a better view. - the seats after G3 wereb assigned seats for the spotlight and technicians "G4-5" seats. this may obstruct the view of the next rows H and so on. And same goes for the balcony left (not sure about the exact seat) My seat is located on the "balcony right G2". It is towards the farther left side and front row of the balcony right. + during the main program in plenary hall, it was really cold. + viewing experience is not too far but not too near. + they got xray baggage scanner in the entrance. + they have plenty of toilets available.

One of the dream of college students is to being able to march in PICC. Incomparable feeling when you hear the graduation song and calling your name while marching in the stage. Dream come true.

The place was well-maintained, air-conditioning is top-notch and all the comfort rooms that we visited are very clean. The only complaint that I can share is that their seats are too cramped, it's difficult to pass especially when someone is seated beside you. Food and drinks inside the venue is also too expensive (c/o Via Mare), but you have no choice since you cannot bring your own food and drinks inside the venue.

Even though my visit to PICC was because of work and during the time of COVID-19 pandemic. Protocols inside were strictly followed with the guard in the entrance asking your purpose of visit. The experience was still refreshing due to the lush view surrounding the area. I suggest if you have time to read the meaning of symbols outside PICC you do- one of the things that makes me proud as a Filipino. Keep safe everyone!

Nostalgic as always. The facility has gloomy lights. Staff were kind and attentive. Its always great to be inside this venue. Lots of memorable experiences. Also a gallery is available to view. SEC and PRC satellite offices are also inside! Aircon is very good love it! Parking is only 60 pesos for the whole day.

It is a good place to graduate for a college student. It has a wide area and a huge auditorium. The place is also very secured with many guards roaming around and the entrance guard are very protective on who they let inside. The place is also very regulated and maintained even also the restrooms are neat and clean. There is also a waiting area inside that you can wait and also a coffee shop if you are feeling hungry. For me, it is one of my best experience to graduate in a place like this unlike many others that I have attended to. Overall it is a cool place

A good place for concert and commemoration events. They have good security. The interior designs are very elegant showcasing Philippine arts and cultures. You can't enter here on shorts and slippers though. And you'll have some challenges on parking, especially if there are multiple events.

Yes, this place is very memorable. First time going in here, first taker and i passed. Thank you so much, Lord for all these gifts that you've given to me. This is a very nice experience and yes, a very life-changing blessing and opportunity for me. I really liked the place. Such a big, spacious and nice place. The PICC Forum tent is huge venue, But lack of sound acoustic treatment. The Sound system provider will definitely be facing challenges in sound slap back from concave room design and flat walls

This is a very good building, those who find their work here is very lucky. Strict social distancing is observed and they (guards, including those at the gate) have alcohol for the incoming visitors. Parking fee applies 60 pesos for a car; 30 for a motorcycle/ that is per entry per day. I forgot something and needed to return, the guard gave me 15 minutes ticket, if I exceeded the allotted time for re-entry, I will pay 60 parking fee again.

No social distancing at halls or seats. Attend at your own risk. Food and drinks strictly prohibited at the Plenary Hall. Paid parking available around CCP complex.
