The cleanliness is similar to a hostel. The staff are really nice but it’s clear quality control is not happening in the rooms. 1. My “king” bed was 2 twin mattresses put together and one was higher than the other. There’s no sleeping in the middle of the bed. 2. The tiles in the bathroom definitely need to be cleaned or replaced in areas. 3. It’s pretty easy to hear upstairs guest, moving luggage, stomping around, or banging. 4. At 9:40 in the morning, I was woken up by my doorbell. I thought something was wrong. They said through the door “room check.” if breakfast is still being served, don’t wake up your guests. 5. And I found a dead bedbug and bedbug droppings. They moved me to another room, and gave me a better room, and I’m hoping I don’t have new travel companions in my luggage. 6. The air conditioning units are similar to regular apartment air conditioner units. This means the filter is inside the unit in the room. I could tell the air conditioner was struggling. I looked at the filter, and it probably hasn’t been cleaned in a year. This is basic maintenance and the fax. This isn’t checked regularly shows the low quality control in this hotel. It also means their units are going to burn out faster and they’re gonna have to replace them sooner, which just doesn’t make business sense. 7. The iron and the ironing board were stained. I tested the iron on a tissue and it rubbed off black. Again, this could be cleaned or replaced if there was quality control.

Definitely worth the price. Hmmmm a bit off with the customer service at the concierge desk but it's okay, all the other staff in the hotel were amazing. I guess this hotel is fully booked most of the time since early check in is not possible. I had to wait til 2 pm just to check in. I've been staying in a lot of hotels and this is the only hotel where I wasn't able to get an early check in. Food is good a bit on the pricey side and took a while with the serving time but you wouldn't notice because of the amazing ambience and view (I was hungry so I did notice the long serving time but food was really good). I have blonde hair and had a purple shampoo and conditioner. Unfortunately the purple conditioner stained the towels so I had to pay PHP250.00. Over all, I enjoyed my stay here. Really great rooms and good view. Pools are amazing. Gym looks good too. Parking has a lower vertical clearance, do check with them especially if your car is an SUV. The bed feels like heaven and the sheets and pillows are magic. Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap and dental kit). Soft towels, hot and cold shower. Complimentary water, coffee and tea. Has a refrigerator you can put your drinks in. TV, split type aircon, good lighting and nice interior design. Hotel is in BGC everything is a walk away. Restaurants, cafes, banks and malls. Buffet breakfast is good too. I'll be more careful with the purple conditioner though so it doesn't stain the towels. Kudos to the staff who helped me with the wifi error. I'll definitely come back.

Location is great, everything you need is just few mins away. As I spent quarantine here I must say room is very nice, clean, internet connection is stable and good for work. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Food was amazing during the 10days stay.

I stayed here in the hotel rooms for 2 days before moving to the residential. Staffs are extremely helpful. Rooms are clean. 1 free parking will be provided for guest in case you need it. Water pressure is good and no issue with hot water supply at all. Highly recommended if u need to stay in the BGC area for the budget. Opposite of The Landmark which make groceries run a breeze.

We were just a guest in an event happened last May 22, and I can say that this hotel is very recommendable. All the staffs that we encounter were very friendly and accommodating. You can see and feel that they were very attentive and have the initiative to provide your needs. Another plus is their comfort rooms were clean. The foods and ambiance were great. Kudos to the F1 Hotel Manila Team for having such good and kind employees, especially the guards and also the staffs at the Event Room and Restaurant.

Good Location. hotel cleanliness- 8/10 (you can see face and hand marks on the windows) Maintenance - Lights not properly working. staff - 10/10 buffet breakfast is okay. 7/10 - only corned beef and adobo has a good taste aside from everything we tried.

The hotel structure is rather inconvenient. Hotel lobby is not where u can check in. You'll need to take the lift to 5th floor to check in before u can go to your rooms. So making 2 trips. Then their lift to breakfast at 3rd floor is not accessible via the first lift. Their lifts also has no sound so you won't know it has arrived. You'll miss the lift if you're not watching at it 24/7! This hotel has lousy house keeping service. Went in the room, no bath towel no hand towel, no bathroom floor mat. You'll need to call housekeeping to provide you. Then the water kettle was faulty. Again u have to call house keeping. Then everyday they don't replenish your toilet utilities or change your towels unless u call housekeeping again. How many tips your staff want?? Lastly, the iron of the room also burnt my cloth! 😡 I called front desk and told them about their faulty iron that burnt my shirt. They just took away the iron without showing concern about my shirt until I demand for compensation! this is bad customer service. Overall my stay here is NOT pleasant. Won't be back here for sure!

Had a really pleasant stay. The room was very clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and attentive. And the bed, perfect! The pool area looks amazing. The food in the buffet could be improved. It wasn't bad, but also not memorable.

The room was good but needed a fresh coat of paint and the TV service was terrible. We called the maintenance men twice to repair, but the connection was still unstable. Very good breakfast buffet with an omelet bar. Great location for shopping and near many restaurants. There was plenty of security at the hotel and the surrounding area, so we felt very safe. The staff were professional and a joy to interact with.

Excellent location. It’s right next to a supermarket, and walking distance to nearby restaurants and mall. The size of the room is big, and it’s well maintained. The crew is also very pleasant. I just put a 4 star because some of the facilities need some update, like shampoo/soap holder on the bathroom. Overall still a good experience and will recommend to friends

We chose this hotel primarily because I have a consultation at St. Luke’s hospital and F1 has the best location so far. My husband accompanied me and did his work most of the time. Internet was stable and the Fort suite is spacious for our work setup. Location: Excellent. From Airport, you can go via Skyway, exit at Paseo de Roxas, go to Buendia, Makati and exit to BGC. You will see St. Luke’s Hospital at your left and about a few meters is the F1 Hotel at your right side. Google Maps can accurately guide you to destination. Parking: They have ample underground parking space available but they do a first come, first served basis. Basically, if there are many guests in the hotel, although only 1 parking slot per guest is allowed, it is possible that you may not be given a slot if they’ve been all taken before you request for it. Note: Do not forget to validate your parking ticket at the 5th floor. Price: We stated in the Fort Suite for 2 nights and it was well worth it. We had it a discounted price in Agoda but we were very much satisfied with our overall stay that we think it’s a good price even if at a normal rate. Room: Although there is no kitchenette, the mini dining area and living area is spacious enough for 2 pax. The bedroom is okay and you can request for 1 large bed instead of 2 double beds. The bathroom is clean and seemed quite new. No tubs, just a shower area. And yes there is a bidet. Food: They have a wide variety of food for the breakfast buffet. Congee, rice, bacon, fried beef (tapa), 3 types of pansit/noodles, 3 types of fresh fruits, around 6 different types of bread which you can heat, mini pancakes & waffles, cereals, a salad bar, and different kinds of drinks. Breakfast is open from 7AM- 10:00AM. Security: Good. You need to hold your room card over the black screen to move from one floor to another. You also need to show your validated parking ticket when going out or returning to the parking lot. Con: We hope the gym and spa can be available for use soon. We were disappointed that the description did not indicate the actual current status of these amenities.

Loved everything except for their TV which is not a Smart TV - could've checked this before booking because we're also planning to watch Netflix. But all in all, from the lobby, hotel staffs, amenities and room - all worth it! They even upgraded us and booked with a pool side view. Thank you F1 and Agoda! 😊

PROS • Buffet Breakfast included • Great Location with lots of dining options nearby • Got a great deal on a room rate (Thank you for the error) CONS • House keeping missed cleaning some floor areas • Water seems like a scarce commodity with only 2x 300mL bottles provided at that room rate (Thank you HAROLD for having the intuition that some guests want a healthy lifestyle by being well hydrated) • Stay longer and breakfast feels repetitive

The Hotel is accessible and strategically-located within BGC with realmy good amenities and very friendly staff. My stay here was pleasant. The Hotel really observes safety protocol. My room was really spacious and impressive. Amenities were also great. The bed is very comfortable and I love the ambiance. I haven't fully experienced the food part but I would love to go back.

One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the housekeeping team to the restaurant staff, everyone was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They were always ready to assist with any requests or provide recommendations for local attractions and restaurants.

We enjoyed my stay here! The staff were very assistive, and room service was always quick! I really like how clean this hotel is. Also, their elevators ran quick, we stayed at a pretty high floor, but the elevator would always come up quickly.

First and foremost, the location of F1 Hotel Manila is excellent. Situated in the heart of Bonifacio Global City (BGC), it offers easy access to various shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment options. The hotel's proximity to major business districts also makes it a convenient choice for business travelers. The hotel's lobby is welcoming and modern, creating a favorable first impression upon arrival. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 5 stars for the service. The people especially the front desk were very nice. 5 stars for the rooms. It was simple but clean and has everything that you need. 5 stars for the food. 5 stars for the location. It’s so convenient to do last minute shopping before the flight home. The mall is adjacent to the hotel and so it’s easy to find restaurants and shops. They also offer airport transport but we took Grab instead

Last 2013, My Achi and I had an overnight stay during the weekend. Our assigned room was clean and our stay was really great. The hotel personnel and staffs were very nice and friendly. Such a great and memorable experience.

Hotel is great and its location. Our room is very spacious and it feels homie. We received a great service from Calvin and the staff are friendly as well every time we eat breakfast in the hotel restaurant. However, i would suggest to provide more bath soaps and shower toilet room can be a bit stinky. Although we will definitely come back on our next visit!

Your employees are attentive and diligent. BUT, there were no towels in my friend’s room (1002). You only have one pair of salt and pepper shakers at the restaurant. The food server had to go and get it from another occupied table when I asked for salt and pepper. After I used them, I embarrassingly went to return them and apologized to the people who were using them initially. You also ran out of potato wedges during a busy breakfast service. It took 15 minutes to be replaced. Even the refill of the ketchup bowl had to be reminded to the service crew. These are basic amenities that should be easily monitored. I hope this feedback helps.

It’s been years since we went here last. It’s still a great staycation and they also added new features like covered benches and mini-playground for the kids!! We were not able to check out the spa and gym though, but maybe because of the pandemic they do not offer massages in their spa floor (although you can book massage therapists and they will go to your hotel room instead). We booked deluxe king room through Agoda and we were upgraded to Fort Suite (with a king sized bed!) during check in! Woooaa! Very very grateful for this. Thank you! I would highly recommend the hotel and its very great service and worth for money! Its also near BGC Highstreet, S&R and other places to visit! Surely we will go back here next time with the rest of the family! I’m sure the kids will enjoy too! F1 Hotel Manila is located at 32nd street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines.

The place is amazing. Room look so cozy and cool. Staff were really friendly So love the Chicken curry rice... And of course sir Nep was really approachable and accommodating. I would like to suggest that the menu would have Filipino food. Thank you.

Had a pleasant week-long stay for business. The staff are very nice, diligent, and attentive. I think the staff compensates for the outdated facilities of the hotel. Spa was closed when I went there and pool is quite small. I also hope the hole on the ceiling at the lobby gets fixed as soon as possible.

Honestly not worth the price. The hotel was old. Only had 2 functioning elevators the 3rd one was out of service and people got stuck inside. The room was filthy the headboard is so dusty and the bathroom was too filthy. Housekeeping woke us up at9am and when we didn’t answer immediately, they tried to barge in the room. Staff were nice though but other than that , it’s just not worth it

I spent 3days and 2 nights in F1 hotel. And I had a great experience living in a place that is so comfy and accessible to all the things I need. The room is huge and clean. I was also able to try their free breakfast.

Power sockets that don't work (not a single one), super loud noises and strange smell indoors. And worse, no bath towels or any at all. Asked for help from reception and it took them an hour to send someone up yet didn't get anything fixed.

  • 5/5 Ma O. 2 years ago on Google
Stayed here for more 9 nights for my quarantine. Room is spacious and clean. The beds are big. Everything is functioning and in good condition (lights , sockets, faucets, appliances, furnitures). Felt almost like home. Wifi is good too (that’s all I care). The only downside for me are the windows (I prefer larger windows) the lights are yellow and dim (good for romance tho 😅 ) Food is expensive (something I already expected). Parking lots smells awful. Toilet doesn’t have a bathtub. And the shower knobs are not user friendly. These are no major issues for me. I will still give 5 star because of the friendly and accommodating staff.

Stayed at F1 for my mandatory hotel quarantine when I flew home December 2020. Hotel’s got a very convenient and accessible location, however the rooms were dirty. Caught a video of some cockroaches crawling around the table and floor. They were also on the phone that i needed to use to call the front desk with. 😂 It seems they couldn't maintain cleanliness because they were severely understaffed &/ overworked. I’m sure the staff have been doing their best to keep up with the guests but from a long trip, I'm sure guests would appreciate a nice and clean stay specially when they’re forced to check in.

Excellent staff at this wonderful hotel! We checked in late around midnight and Sandy from the concierge desk brought our bags up to the room. Also received a free upgrade at check-in to a King bed small suite on the 18th floor. Nice! Breakfast was included and the available food options were way above average. Special thanks to restaurant staff members Nep and Elvis for their excellent service! The latter gentleman makes the best omelettes ever! Housekeeping staff was great as well.

P.O.V... ROOM- spacious but the bed once we lie down i felt the spring touching my back, refrigerator not working, some of the cabinet need to repair, other than that is all good. It's a 6/10 FOOD- i order Rice bowl calamari and pork belly in the canary and it was so good worth it as in. It's 10/10 POOL - It's disappointing i saw dirt and oil beside the pool area. 00/10

This hotel promised me a refund last year on new years eve 2021 since they weren’t able to save our 4 reservations. They promised me to give me a refund after a month but until now I never received it. They won’t even update me if I don’t remind them that I am still waiting for my refund. And now they emailed me a slip “proof” that they have refunded me March 1, 2022. As I checked on my account I did not received anything. They said they have refunded me March 1, 2022 and check the whole March I never received anything! Such unreliable hotel!

The hotel is overall okay. It's near Uptown Mall and stone's throw away from High Street! Since the hotel doesn't use centralised air-conditioning and some of their ACUs are already old they could up their game with the maintenance. Staff is great which makes the experience comfortable.

  • 5/5 Dingyan C. 1 year ago on Google
Generally good experience, except parts of the room look slight old and the WiFi access point was just hanging precariously below the desk and WiFi connectivity in the toilet is very weak. The view was beautiful and the location is great.

I went here for a corporate function. Food is horrible. An example of it was their cream soup that tasted like dirty liquid, didn't have it after a taste. Garlic and sausage pasta and cream dory fish were bland. Only Viand with taste was the beef. Dessert was okay. Staff some were not that helpful, they look irritated when you ask them to help with the technical stuff. Bathroom was a bit dirty! My expectations of cleanliness were not met. Tissue paper scattered on almost all bathroom stalls. Not enough utilities to clean it. By this experience I wouldn't recommend to even stay here. It has no welcoming and warm vibe and the food as I've said was so bad, you'd rather be hungry.

I was here to visit a friend who's checked in. I saw her room and it was nice because there's sort of a division from the bed area to the couch or sala area. Their food selection during lunch time is not great. It was a bit pricey and the serving size was not big enough. It would be better to eat at the restaurants nearby. It was also hot as there are not enough air conditioners in the restaurant. But the servers were very helpful and friendly :)

We enjoyed my stay here! The staff were very assistive, and room service was always quick! I really like how clean this hotel is. Also, their elevators ran quick, we stayed at a pretty high floor, but the elevator would always come up quickly. Our accommodation deal came with free breakfast, and their food options were decent. The entree selection was different every day. They also had an omelet station where you could request to cook omelets or eggs. I love how this hotel is near St. Luke's Global City hospital and also near all the fun at Bonifacio High Street. Landmark was less than a minute away, and Uniqlo was like a 2-3 minute walk.

  • 4/5 JD 1 year ago on Google
Pros: 1. Room was clean and spacious. 2. Attentive, polite and professional breakfast staff, namely Joebeth and Nep. 3. Breakfast selection was ok, not out of this world, just ok. 4. Location was great. 5. Pool area was good (but the furniture cushions were badly stained and soiled). 6. Security staff were polite and professional. Cons: 1. The common area carpets were disgusting, filthy, with food waste laying around, large particles of rubbish and carpet was badly stained all over the place, really awful. 2. Mr whistle outside directing traffic woke me up several early morning and had to move room. 3. The neighbouring room occupants slamming their doors was disturbing. 4. Cost was a wee bit high.

The function hall had very dim light. May be it's about the event and not very much about the F1 hotel. Also the Escalator was not working, and while I was manually going down the Escalator started moving. I was about to roll down and hurt myself. Safety is not taken care. Awful
