Apartments are way over priced for the money. Rooms show age & so does equipment inside. The studio apartment I’m renting has sat for awhile because of pricing, I believe. Now that I’m here, things are breaking AC, toilet equipment was broken for 10 days & other things show age. The rooms are condos that people purchase for income & then don’t put money back into the units for regular maintenance. So far I have paid for the AC repair, I will probably be asked to pay for the other problems? Just ask these questions before you rent, because I took for granted that the owner would foot these charges. The views are really good at night, but if your a foreigner be careful going out of here at night. Not any police in the area if you have a problem. Also there is a club/bar on ground floor that booms music late. UPDATE 12/15/22. I’ve been here at Birch for 2 months now and things have settled down. My leasing agent has been my biggest problem. My water along with my cable and WiFi were disconnected for non-payment by my agent. Ask around before you lease from these people to be sure you are getting the best you can find! I only have a few months left on my lease & then I’m out. One more thing! Buy yourself some roach spray, you’ll need it!

Very nice place for me and a lot of people who trying this tower.. Amazing few.. But one thing only it is very crowded.. And all these pictures are from my apartment in brich tower malate...

Views from our balcony at night and the pool side which we can say the buildings and the Robinson mall outside. We are under agent during our stay and I can say that the service is not that bad.

Not very good room basic hardly any cable chanels and cooking utensils missing tried to sortit out but no luck after a day. Also if you have bags no one to assist you outside at all

Nice view from 30+ floor, the service elevator is working fine compare to the other comments 🤔 we've never been exp many people in elevators cause all of the 4 elevators are working. Just a major issue tho, too many cockroaches. Yes, cockroaches are everywhere inside our unit.

Really close to St. Luke's and American Embassy if you are planning to stay in for a day rather than travelling right back to the province at the same day. Highly recommended. Really clean. There's a pool and gym that are open for those who are staying.

One of my favorite hotel around this area. It has a pool, gym, sauna. And a shopping mall is walking distance. You can avoid heavy traffic jam in Manila. Everything I need is in here👍🇵🇭

Quite good place to stay. You get Robinson mall near you ,easy and good currency exchange vendors you would get. Beautiful view from Balcony. Helping staff especially ate tata(Thank you so much ate)

they have damage wire which is not safe to the guest, they only have 2 pillows and broekn cabinets some of them have termites but the aircon is good and the view also

Nice place to stay, very close to big robinsons mall, spectacular views and it has security, pool area and a gym too. Just downstairs there is a laundry and printing/copy service as well. The reception didn't make us feel very welcome tho so one star off from that.

Really good tower, has condos, at least three hotels inside, and a beauty shop. Also has a lawyers office, restaurant, swimming pool and gym. We usually always stay here when in Manila. Very comfortable place and only 100 meters from Robinson Mall. Also, within walking distance to the US Embassy. Nice view of the ocean.

The condo flooded, water damage, TV damaged and iam still waiting for ten days for administration to fix or move me to another condo needless to say last time I ever stay there.

View is good somehow. Room attendants are always supportive. Good for your short stay. Definitely not recommended long stay. Don't pay upfront. Pay on a daily basis, cause incase u have to leave early, it's non refundable, whatever u paid upfront.

I was disappointed not to be able to find out any details about Birch towers or get through to the receptionists. ! spoke to Rabvie and he was very helpful and friendly but l was never able to get through to the reception in birch towers or get details of my family s room number!! I really think their system needs because it is not at all satisfactory.

The amenities and the place is clean, the shopping center also is near. Perfect for me to relax.

Yuck, old building and smelly, the room I booked on air bnb was that bad we left after 1 night and checked into a hotel. One thing this place is good for is location only. The restaurant is in a weird cark park area and pool not nice.

Base on my own experience regarding this place was very nice and very comfortable, and also so clean for all area. And very relaxing while staying of this place. And all staff had so good approaching to all people.

My girlfriend work here for a months. Staffs are very humble even though I'm just a visitor and view on the is perfect for selfies and also to relax with.

Smaller sizes rooms but great location to Robinson's Mall. Checkout the curry chicken and rice Fromm the lady street vendor across the street. 180 pesos when I had it last. Very good.

Great location. Safe place. Convenient to everything I needed. Less than 10 minutes walk to/from St. LUke's or US Embassy. More or less 3minutes walk to Robinson mall. Very safe and secure place. The elevators are usually busy.

Great location near Baywalk and Robinsons. Good security. Sometimes it takes a while to get an elevator. Cafe in the lobby doesn't have much selection. There is an indoor pool but I've never used it. The rooms vary depending on who you rent from.
