Frankly speaking, the place where this branch is in may not be the most organized in Manila. I appreciate how spacious this Jollibee branch is. I wouldn’t say it’s totally tidy, but the effort is evident. Its strategic location makes it an easy destination for those who just roamed around Luneta Park. Based on the design, it looks more modern than other Jollibee branches.

My first ever jolibee meal. The fried chicken was tasty, however, the spaghetti tasted different. As they say, it's filipino style spaghetti, it's sweet, but still tasty, just no my type.

Chix sandwich is very tasty, either eat-in or drive-thru consistency is there. I love the word “ingat sir” (take care sir) after giving my meal at the drive thru window. Even my sister felt special upon hearing those farewell greets. Only in the Philippines, right.

Very busy Jollibee outlet! Went here after lunch for some takeaways but to my dismay, it was full house. There were several lines in the counter and all seats were taken/busy. Left immediately. Will try my luck another day!

Finally got time to take out my eldest son family to Rizal Park Jollibee today,,, thanks Jollibee for letting my one and only granddaughter dine-in again after for so long time pandemic💯✅🥰❤️

This Branch is really a great help especially from the people going and coming Luneta Park. The amazing thing inside of it is the existence of a tree. I love it since they were able to consider nature in designing this branch. I just saw some cockroaches that's why i only gave 4 stars. I even managed to get rid and killed one of those cockroaches.

Jollibee TM Kalaw branch the only branch so far that has a tree inside. Instead of cutting it down, they caged the tree trunks and that's a love for Mother Earth. Food is okay. Location wise is good we came from Quiapo church so it was easy drop from a jeepney. The only thumbs down is the shortages of chair when it is busy hour.. The entrance of the branch is not for entrance you need to turn to the other door. But we do understand it is maybe because of health protocols as flow of the customers coming in and out.

I’ve been around this area a lot of times but today’s my first time to really eat here. I’ve ordered egg, cheese and bacon sandwich with pancake and a cup of hot chocolate. I was really surprised was still expecting that their hot chocolate is just like the one I’ve had before which tastes like instant chocolate drinks but the hot chocolate that they’ve got here taste like a real hot chocolate made out of Tablea. Wow! Keep it up! Hopefully they won’t change this.

The only saving grace is that they didn't cut the trees that was growing in the area. Kudos for preserving these trees and incorporating them to the interior design.

My son loves Jollibee. So by default, I just love it as well. Who am I kidding, I love Jollibee even before my son was born. This specific branch is also the nearest to my first workplace. It holds lots of memories.

If you will be having your kids party here make sure of the count of the food vs guests. They are not communicating well with the food they are serving. I booked for 72 guests but they served a total of 82 meals without confirming it to me first. The good thing about this place is that the party area is separated from the main restaurant. The party host is energetic and performing with enthusiasm. The parking is free for party guests.

Jollibee in the Philippines is normal don't trust no food reviews or vloggers as you may get disappointed

We’ve been waiting 45 minutes for the food. First we got the drinks, I ordered nestea and sprite, I got nestea and pineaple juice. When we finally got the sandwitches, one of them was cold. We wanted to eat FAST food, not the SLOW one. 🤦🏼‍♀️ That was our first and probably the last visit in Jollibee.

The food tastes like oil… the texture and looks of the food is ok, but all fried food have a weird taste of oil… almost like gas/truffles, but in a bad way… probably due to repeats using the same oil too long… The hygiene of all tables and seating is smudged and dirty… AC leakings People come in to beg or donation, even there already security at the entrance…

Busy, messy and not a great experience. The server was rude and we waited almost 20 minutes for a burger. No napkins and the toilets stank. Wouldn’t go back.

Went there for breakfast as the pancakes 🥞 were recommended by a local. Breakfast is supposed to be until 10 am, at 9:25 am I ordered pancakes. I was told that they were no longer serving pancakes. I asked whether breakfast was still available, they said yes, but Longanisa was out of stock. I asked if pancakes were out of stock, they said no, they were unavailable because they were preparing the kitchen for the non-breakfast menu. I ordered spaghetti, the sauce was flavourful, but the spaghetti was mushy, rather than al dente. Their coffee float was satisfactory. The peach-mango pie was nice but a little small. Upon opening the door to the CR I gagged at the overwhelming smell, it was well overdue for cleaning. The best thing that I can say about the dining atmosphere is that the air-conditioning was working well. Afterwards I walked to the MacDonald's that was in sight. At 9:55 am, I ordered and received pancakes. It seems like the bee 🐝 could learn some lessons from the clown 🤡 about customer service and kitchen management.

My kids loves this place specially the food until now this place is best for us everytime we out for lunch or dinner.

November 2, 2022, We were eating at Jollibee Kalaw Luneta at around 6 pm when my co-worker accidentally dropped his fries on the floor. Luckily the manager was sitting next to our table and he saw what happened yet he did not hesitate to tell his employee to give us another fries. Thank you so much Jollibee Team Kalaw, especially to the manager for showing us your kindness and giving us outstanding customer service. God bless you!

I wish this place is bigger. It has a very nice location and gets pretty crowded at lunch times. I had no choice but to order take out.

Im sure my somewhat unpleasant experience is an isolated case. Ordered corned beef and when it took quite a bit, i followed up. Soon after i received my order thats undercooked and swimming in its juices. Should have taken a photo.

Can‘t say I liked the place. Toilet was dirty, no toilet paper. Crowded and no Wifi. Staff removed the trays from tables, but didnt wipe. Food is ok, not better than Burger King or McDonald. Although, if lucky you find there at least Wifi. But even there better bring own toilet paper 😂

Never will come back this place. Among all the Jollibee I experienced this Jollibee serving of Chicken is so small. Not good for your pocket.

Nostalgia! A friend of my family brought us and I was amazed by the tree inside the restaurant. Good food, chill and not your typical noisy Jollibee branch.

What i love the most is the free one-hour parking. I always leave my car here whenever I'm going to places nearby. Note that one hour parking is free only if you dine. 45 bucks per hour if you don't.

I would like to share more about my experience so I am sharing the details of my experience at this place. It was a good experience ordering and eating a 2-piece original flavor Chickenjoy with rice with a large Coke Zero. However, since I am cutting back on carbohydrates, I only ate half of the rice, and gave away the other half to a lucky taker, who I hoped would put it to good use.

June 26, 2021 This is my first time to eat here. Im not sure if this happens a lot but there is a waiting time of about 5-10 mins for chicken and other food items that is causing a crowd of people to queue. Place looks well, I appreciate that inside the building there is this glass enclosure which you see the trunk of the three. This mean that they did not cutoff the trees in the making of the building.

Nice place. I like the service crew assisting us. very accommodating even she always approaching us to keep the social distancing because we are in a one table and other custumer. But yeah its understandable because she is just following the rules ordered from the upper level which makes everyone paranoid 🤔
