Very fast and efficient when it comes to Pre-Employment Medical Examination. Every step is streamlined. Thanks for assisting, Nurse in window 13. Good job Clinica Manila.

They offer basic medical services and more. Going there for consultation is quite convenient because of the mall setting. We usually go there on weekdays or before the mall opens on weekends to avoid long queues and the hassle of finding a parking slot. If you need to consult with a specialized doctor, better call first to confirm clinic hours and availability.

Overall poor service. It says in other reviews they have been there for quite sometime now. But their system is (still) very disorganized in today's standards. You would think they have already fixed their shortcomings. You sign-in the reception, and they ask you what's wrong. Then you go to the registration and they ask you the same thing. Then they tell you to wait. And there are lots of people just walking aimlessly. Then after 15 minutes the registration counter announced that we take a queue number? What???! So the people who came later than me who are standing there got their queue number first. So they will get to be served first even though I came earlier. Anyway, good thing I'm going to see a GP - not much people in line for her. I have ear pain and discomfort. Their EENT isn't available so had to go to GP instead. This is the only clinic that I went to (so far) that requires us to pay before seeing the doctor. And Their GP is scolding me that she doesn't have an otoscope. I don't know if this is the standard right now? If so, our country's medical standard has fallen way behind other countries. I've been to GPs in the Philippines (as a teen), and in Papua New Guinea, Singapore and the US. And if I have basic ear problems like this, they usually have an otoscope in-hand. So not sure if this was passed by law that only EENTs should have them. Ok, I'll let that slide and told her I'll just schedule for an EENT and told her my other problems as well. She rudely told me to take the lab tests as she doesn't have instruments with her. And roughly for my symptoms she gave me antacids and vitamin B (as I mentioned my chest has been tightening and hands are getting numb). Then I was sent away. Reaching home, my symptoms worsened. My instinct told me it isn't just lack of vitamin D and hyperacidity and tried my luck with KonsultaMD (I got 2 free consultation) which I am very skeptic about online consultations. To my surprise, the doctor was 10 times friendlier and 10 times more knowledgeable and told me the steps I need to take as my condition was already life threatening. I followed her steps and her prescription. And I was told to see a specialist the next day in which I did. And I confirmed with the specialist that the KonsultaMD doctor did in fact prevented a catastrophe. Clinica Manila gets no star for not doing due diligence and not caring for their patients life - they only cared about getting paid. Because if they really cared, they would fixed their disorganized system just from the past reviews here. But they didn't. In fact, their negligence almost killed me. Anyway, since I can't put 0 stars, they still do deserve the one star - for prescribing me a vitamin I didn't know I would actually love (my usual regimen vitamin C and zinc). And I get to discover KonsultaMD (Ariane Lim) and the best clinic I've been to that can be on par with posh clinics in the US and Singapore having a more organized system, a friendlier staff, and more knowledgeable doctors in which I prefer not to mention them as this would like a shill review (and be bashed by Clinica Manila in their defense that I work with their competitor.). But do note, Clinica Manila cannot even compete with an online medical consultancy app. To be fair though, some Clinica Manila's lab test are actually a bit cheaper than other clinics. Needless to say, I'm not going back here even though it is the most convenient place to be.

Poor service. My dad had his annual general checkup there. We wasted hours of waiting because of staff's mistakes. First mistake - When all the needed lab tests were done, my dad submitted verified payment/receipt to the lab room, and they said to wait because they will call my father again. We waited long until I asked why they haven't called my dad yet as its been more than 30mins already. They were surprised. It was obvious that they just missed something. They looked for a piece of paper - it was the results claim stub. That claim stub should have been given right after they received the receipt. Second mistake - So since the results will be out by 12nn same day, as per the claim stub, and it's 10:30am already, we decided to had our lunch and just wait until 12nn. When we are back for the results, I gave the staff the claim stub. After few minutes, when I was expecting for the results already, she just gave me another claim stub, a 'new' claim stub saying results will be out after 3-5 working days - not 12nn - because as per staff "may ibang procedures pala si sir, hindi pa available yun today, 3-5 workings day pa po, balik na lang po kayo". It was obvious they did not checked and understand enough the tests done to the patient. Should they have given us correct info that results will be out after 3-5 working days AND NOT 12NN SAME DAY, we should have gone home and not wasted our time waiting there. Also, they did not apologized for those 2 mistakes they did. No respect on their patient's time. Will never come back.

IMPORTANT: BRING FACE SHIELD. They still require it even on Alert Level 3 (Dec 8, 2021). Just wear it at the entrance then you can remove it once inside lol. REVIEW: Except for the security guard, who probably owns Clinic Manila because of the way he speak with patients, everyone here is nice and warm. I’ve been to other clinics like HP to do my APE and my overall experience with Clinica Manila’s staff was better. They’re friendly and easy to deal with especially in the Corporate Services unit. Their turn around time for results were also fast and on time with promised release date. Not to mention it is also conveniently located in a supermall so no problem killing time and looking for parking.

I suggest you don't go to this clinic unless you have other options. I came to visit today to consult and possibly get vaccinated for a dog bite. As of writing, the doctor advised of being late of up to 2 hours and perhaps even longer than that as the staff couldn't give me any assurance. I just hope the doctor takes responsibility for his tardiness and still accommodate all his patients on queue.

When i first had my consultation with the Dermatologist Doc. Luna, she sold me her own product that didnt worked and for every follow up check up that i did and for every product that i bought did not worked for me. I spent more than 5k on her products and the last time i asked her to prescribe me oral medication or topical treatments over the counter, she prescribed me with products dont no longer exist on the market. I hope someone removes her lisence. she’s too old for the medical field and i pressume she doesnt even study new discovered treatments.

The staff from the outside up to the information is nice. Doc is nice, too. Service is too slow, pero there's a lot of employees around. Kung di lang ako kabado, nag center na sana ko. Mas okay pa wait time. Please. Value other people's time rin. Thanks.

Two issues with this clinic. 1. The lack at registration when it's very busy. They need to improve in that area. With the volume of patients 1-2 people is not enough. Also they need to renovate the place. It's really dated. 2. The Doctors are good but attendance wise they are a bit of a hit or miss sometimes. Or late. Best for walks in and it's location in a mall is convenient. Update: Good news. They renovated.

Clinica Manila (CM) is one of the first of its kind--a clinic inside a mall. They offer complete lab services, blood work, imaging, scans and an operating room for minor procedures. They have a pool of doctors with respective speciliza. They have a rehab-clinic, a dental clinic, a healthy lifestyle program, a drugstore and an executive checkup program. Its floor-space is limited, it could get crowded; they have a queueing system that could get overwhelmed; just followup your number; patience is key. They entertain a wide-range of health cards.

I've been calling all their contact numbers to verify if the doctor is coming but unfortunately no one is answering the call. The reason why you posted your contact numbers are for patients to reach you and inquire about doctors on duty. Please don't post your numbers if you don't have anyone to take the call.

Really bad experience, staff seem to hate it here. I don't even know if they give real medical services or they just cash in on corporate services and pre-employment exams. I suggest all companies and individuals to avoid this place. No clear system, no clear instructions, staff have attitudes

I had a very wonderful experience at this clinic all thanks to Dr. Aguiling. He is competent and makes sure that everything is covered. He addressed my tonsilitis. Depending on the doctor, if one of your symptoms is considered a covid symptom they might not see you so its better to call in advance. You can also check their website for which doctors are available on which day. I really recommend Dr. Patrick Aguiling if you need an ENT. When you enter you need to register first (even for existing patients) The counter at the entrance gives you the number. You also need to get a number if you need to get something approved from your health insurance. They accept HMO, mine was intellicare.

Starts to accept patients at 8 am. Suggest to park in Building A. Photos shows the entrance at the parking area where you can wait Clinica to open 3/5 only as the waiting area is in the parking area besides a beeping machine and its quite hot to wait here

Doctors and laboratories were not accurate, got diagnosed with skin fungal infection. Spent money on topical creams that didnt work. Eventually, went to medical city for 2nd opinion and was told it was scabies. MEDICAL CITY has lot of great doctors than here. Wont be going back

Actual cavemen managing this place. Imagine not having digital copies or not being able to send results via email. Imagine having to make the trip back here after a week just to pick up your results instead of it being sent to you like any other self-respecting clinic in 2023. If you're gonna go to a clinic especially for an APE, never go to this place it'll be such a hassle.

Megamall branch staff need customer service training (front reception guard and corporate services window 13, in particular). They give instructions as if they're talking down to you, not even bothering to make eye contact. Most of the staff give information so rapidly without waiting for the client to digest and process information. It's like an assembly line/factory manned by robots, no warmth whatsoever. Waiting area for urine testing is unpleasant because it faces directly to the extraction area. Needs improvement.
