Overall
poor
service.
It
says
in
other
reviews
they
have
been
there
for
quite
sometime
now.
But
their
system
is
(still)
very
disorganized
in
today's
standards.
You
would
think
they
have
already
fixed
their
shortcomings.
You
sign-in
the
reception,
and
they
ask
you
what's
wrong.
Then
you
go
to
the
registration
and
they
ask
you
the
same
thing.
Then
they
tell
you
to
wait.
And
there
are
lots
of
people
just
walking
aimlessly.
Then
after
15
minutes
the
registration
counter
announced
that
we
take
a
queue
number?
What???!
So
the
people
who
came
later
than
me
who
are
standing
there
got
their
queue
number
first.
So
they
will
get
to
be
served
first
even
though
I
came
earlier.
Anyway,
good
thing
I'm
going
to
see
a
GP
-
not
much
people
in
line
for
her.
I
have
ear
pain
and
discomfort.
Their
EENT
isn't
available
so
had
to
go
to
GP
instead.
This
is
the
only
clinic
that
I
went
to
(so
far)
that
requires
us
to
pay
before
seeing
the
doctor.
And
Their
GP
is
scolding
me
that
she
doesn't
have
an
otoscope.
I
don't
know
if
this
is
the
standard
right
now?
If
so,
our
country's
medical
standard
has
fallen
way
behind
other
countries.
I've
been
to
GPs
in
the
Philippines
(as
a
teen),
and
in
Papua
New
Guinea,
Singapore
and
the
US.
And
if
I
have
basic
ear
problems
like
this,
they
usually
have
an
otoscope
in-hand.
So
not
sure
if
this
was
passed
by
law
that
only
EENTs
should
have
them.
Ok,
I'll
let
that
slide
and
told
her
I'll
just
schedule
for
an
EENT
and
told
her
my
other
problems
as
well.
She
rudely
told
me
to
take
the
lab
tests
as
she
doesn't
have
instruments
with
her.
And
roughly
for
my
symptoms
she
gave
me
antacids
and
vitamin
B
(as
I
mentioned
my
chest
has
been
tightening
and
hands
are
getting
numb).
Then
I
was
sent
away.
Reaching
home,
my
symptoms
worsened.
My
instinct
told
me
it
isn't
just
lack
of
vitamin
D
and
hyperacidity
and
tried
my
luck
with
KonsultaMD
(I
got
2
free
consultation)
which
I
am
very
skeptic
about
online
consultations.
To
my
surprise,
the
doctor
was
10
times
friendlier
and
10
times
more
knowledgeable
and
told
me
the
steps
I
need
to
take
as
my
condition
was
already
life
threatening.
I
followed
her
steps
and
her
prescription.
And
I
was
told
to
see
a
specialist
the
next
day
in
which
I
did.
And
I
confirmed
with
the
specialist
that
the
KonsultaMD
doctor
did
in
fact
prevented
a
catastrophe.
Clinica
Manila
gets
no
star
for
not
doing
due
diligence
and
not
caring
for
their
patients
life
-
they
only
cared
about
getting
paid.
Because
if
they
really
cared,
they
would
fixed
their
disorganized
system
just
from
the
past
reviews
here.
But
they
didn't.
In
fact,
their
negligence
almost
killed
me.
Anyway,
since
I
can't
put
0
stars,
they
still
do
deserve
the
one
star
-
for
prescribing
me
a
vitamin
I
didn't
know
I
would
actually
love
(my
usual
regimen
vitamin
C
and
zinc).
And
I
get
to
discover
KonsultaMD
(Ariane
Lim)
and
the
best
clinic
I've
been
to
that
can
be
on
par
with
posh
clinics
in
the
US
and
Singapore
having
a
more
organized
system,
a
friendlier
staff,
and
more
knowledgeable
doctors
in
which
I
prefer
not
to
mention
them
as
this
would
like
a
shill
review
(and
be
bashed
by
Clinica
Manila
in
their
defense
that
I
work
with
their
competitor.).
But
do
note,
Clinica
Manila
cannot
even
compete
with
an
online
medical
consultancy
app.
To
be
fair
though,
some
Clinica
Manila's
lab
test
are
actually
a
bit
cheaper
than
other
clinics.
Needless
to
say,
I'm
not
going
back
here
even
though
it
is
the
most
convenient
place
to
be.
