This is the biggest university in the city of Manila and being the only Pontifical university in the Philippines it was the only university to be visited by the Pope. The main building is truly an architectural heritage as the first earthquake-proof structure in the entire country. You could have a leisurely walk around its several parks or hear mass an the air conditioned Santissimo Rosario Parish. The Museum of Arts and Sciences is the oldest existing museum in the country so it is worth a visit. The University will be celebrating its 400th founding anniversary next year so there will be a lot of activities planned.

We were touring the place today since this is our “Alma Mater” but the security guards were rude (always have been -majority of them to say the least) and even asked us if we have “PERMIT” to tour the place despite telling them we are alumni of this beloved university. We weren’t even trying to get inside the college building/s. Just like the rest of outsiders and visitors, we were just enjoying seeing and reminiscing the place where we studied. I’m residing outside the Philippines now so it’s a big thing for me to go back and have a glimpse of the place where I studied. This lack of decency and respect from the guards are embarrassing. I hope the higher ups would do something with this and be MORE FRIENDLY especially with their alumni because we are still part of this school’s history after all.

Clean, orderly and secured quiet place at this time of visit. The church within the campus is airconditioned and has a solemn vibe.

UST claims a long heritage. The school itself, while no longer the original school from inside the walled city is still established as a National Cultural Landmark by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines, and four of it's buildings are declared National Cultural Treasures by the National Museum. Having celebrated it's quadricentennial a decade back, UST has transformed it's campus through the years. We now have less of the torrential floods that plagued Espana during the rainy season. We now have more attractions within the campus including a commercial arcade (which kind of killed the food businesses along Dapitan) and a lighted kinetic fountain. The hospital has expanded its medical arts building to house more clinics. The school still ranks among the top prestigious universities in the country and consistently produces trailblazers and leaders in their respective fields. They take much pride from their medical and architect alumni who almost always makes the community proud.

Absolutely beautiful and iconic place. The grounds is very well-maintained and seemed very safe. I took a nice quick look at the museum that was quite small but captured the essence of the importance of the university. The university just had a really nice vibe to it and the greenery was just really nice to look at. Had no issues with anyone here and everyone was just friendly.

One of the most beautiful universities in the Philippines. It's clean, very spacious, and it's really nice to walk inside the campus as it has lots of green space. It feels so calming and relaxing just strolling around and sitting in the park areas. The university was also able to preserve and maintain the ancient feels and facade of its Main Building which is facing the España side.

The oldest University in the Philippines ever established by the Spanish Priest. Their academic excellence are at topmost pride. Green and very environmentally friendly. One of the best school in South East Asia.

Still one of the top PH university. Has multiple ambient sceneries despite being in a compact campus in Manila. Multiple places to study or even chill. Various amenities for students, faculties and visitors.

My alma mater. Main Building architecture one of the best in the country. New buildings are quite boxy, can get themselves a better aesthic design. Check out the in-house museum at the Main Buidling, the first in the country. The Main Building is NOT a church so do not genoflect or make a sign of the cross when passing by! 😂

When it comes to phone and email queries they are hard to reach. I can not even talk to a person on their contact details. When it comes to email the response is not fast most specially in urgent matters. Its frustrating to coordinate. I hope UST would improve this most specially in SHS. How I wish the face to face registrar, accounting all departments is already available and open to entertain parents and student queries. Because until now they are still work from home which is why until now?

Prime University located along España St. in Sampaloc Manila. One of the oldest universities in the Philippines and in Asia. The school campus is not open to the public except the hospital and the carpark where you still see the magnificent main building. Fastfood stores are also available at the carpark. Explore & discover

First university in Asia built by Spanish Empire. While other conquers boosted slavery, spanish territories fostered education, culture and integration

Great university that offers wide range of courses with long time old history. Just get your pockets ready because this institution is not for free and expensive (unless you are a scholar). They also offer online classes as of the moment so all will be safe in not contracting the virus. 😊

I'm an alumna of UST and i had the best Catholic education that my parents, by the Grace of God, had given me. Please don't go woke like Ateneo. We don't see the world in genders, but as human beings. So please don't cater to anything against our Sacred Catholic teachings. Remember, Ateneo may boast about their academic standing, but UST has a 400 year old rich Catholic history. St. John Paul II and Pope Francis visited our university. Not Ateneo. Stand by the Truth, who is Jesus Christ, and we will be blessed. Thank you, UST!!

Today's event (UST Paskuhan 2022) is really worth remembering. The food is good from Max. The singing choirs have melodious voice and the songs are pleasing. The lights are dazzling. All students enjoying themselves. There is even an emergency tent.

The online service to request for student records is excellent! No hiccups! Easy! Fast! Whew! Amazing! I emailed the OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR on how to go about the payment and in less than 30 mins, I got a reply! So nice! And 2 weeks later, I received my student records via DHL, overseas. I’m so impressed! Talk about excellent service! ☺️
