    Went for a lab test and saw the opening hours at 7am, I arrived by 7:30 and the guard said they open at 8am. If the patients are in fasting, the risk of invalidating the tests because of the wrong opening hours given. Long waits and the clinic had a lot of paper pasted in the walls in nurse station and other areas, doesnt look neat unlike other clinics. The front desk and cashier are really helpful and accommodating. Nurse stations are always "busy".

    If I can rate 0 stars.. I WOULD!!! But there is no 0 stars. IM SOOO DISAPPOINTED!!! The nurse are soo masungit to my helper. They asked y she had blood test else where not with them. Why would they ask that? Patients have the right to do it somewhere else.. eh sobrang mahal sa kanila eh!! And also y nde nya dala yun swab test nya? So they said to her, check ka nlng with your employer with other clinic. So wala nangyari.. pinauwi sya. Sayang time nya d2. Nde sya na check up. Im sooo furious & soooo disappointed!!! 😤😤😤

    I liked the ffg: 1. prompt service of the laboratory dept. They emailed my results ahead of the expected waiting time. 2. location.  It's near where I live and is inside a mall. Better way to bide waiting time. 3. The service given during the test administration.  They were professional. I do not however like: 1. The demeanor at the nurse's station of some staff. It is unfair to generalize but I noticed quite a number of patients complaining due to bad coordination.  It was quite clear that their time was wasted. Also, it can be quite noisy and unprofessional at said nurses' station.  While it is ok to relax every once in a while, there is too much gossip and loud laughter at times. 2. The miss in diligence and communications at the receptionist area.  I initially inquired about say, fasting for a test prior coming to the clinic, and when they said that they could accommodate me on the day, I immediately went to the clinic.  As soon as I arrived 20mins later, I was told I could not be accommodated due to having fasted more than 2hrs of the limit.  I had to go home. They also initially told me that they could accommodate my lab work even if the requesting doctor was not from this clinic, only to be given a different response as soon as I got it here.  It eventually got sorted out but there was much hassle and explaining required.

    Poor management. Lack of chairs, waiting time for each part of medical check up is too long. Plus doctor who will conduct the physical check up often take his break which prolonged thw process.

    You can find Clinica Manila inside SM Pasig Hypermarket. Just ask the guard so they can help you where to go exactly. The process is so smooth, staff/nurses are nice and the Clinic was very clean and well sanitized.

    Not even deserving for 1 star. Your landline is not helpful. No one is answering calls. Have been trying to call your clinic for 2 hours. OMG.

    For me i always go to this clinic cause it's near and so far some of the nurses and doctors are friendly. some of them are not too nice and a bit snobbish but i guess it's because the work can be demanding and stressful especially now that we have pandemic.

    Hi, I am not a hater but when you are a client even because of corporate lab request, a plea for urinalysis first if possible by a client should be self explanatory. Coming from the other side of the city or just next door, it is imperative to be emphatetic and not "SIR, you will be called!". I understand procedure but inputing data to be done simultaneously is not an excuse. Imagine having a full bladder and have your blood taken first. 25mins from request and still..     Our APE was done in this clinic. Unfortunately had a bad experience. The people in a Corporate window are so courteous, accommodating and kind especially the one assigned in ECG at the same time. But the staffs assigned in the Nurse Station and in the Information desk are not approachable. I have heard a lot of people commenting the same and I even experienced. The worse that I experienced is the sarcastic way approach of a certain JOYCE BAJADA assigned in the Information desk. When I tried to ask her how long will it take to get the LOA of our HMO provider, she sarcastically asked me “Why?” with matching rolling eyes and make face. I was shocked on her reaction on my simple query, but I prefered to just keep it to myself. After a few minutes, I tried to follow up again ‘coz it’s somehow taking long and already waited for almost 3hrs just to have a papsmere procedure. I tried not to approach JOYCE BAJADA but she keeps on answering me sarcastically. I don’t know what’s her problem on me since I dont really know her. I told her to talk to me properly just to have an image of professionalism being an employee of Clinica Manila, but her reaction didnt changed and didnt even looked like she has realization on her deeds. I brought my employees there for APE and been consistent on bringing them every year for their APE but I promise to myself not to consider this clinic anymore unless this girl is no longer connected. When I ask for her name, she’s so proud to say her name and seems like she wanted to say “who cares if you will file a complaint”. Her rudeness is to the max and uncomparable ang kayabangan! When I was on my way out of the clinic, someone from the clinic approached me and told me, “Thank you Miss for tapping them. They are so rude especially in the Nurse Station and Information.”. Meaning, our experience is just the same. Clinica Manila is so pity hiring such an employee like her for she may be the reasons of losing clients like us. I am not just an individual and I have Companies which can be your lost. Clinica Manila Pasig Management should take time checking the professionalism of their employees before losing a lot of clients.

    Poorest marketing service. Very disappointing and not really worthy of a 1 star. The one handling the Executive Check-up package should be replaced. Not only can she not handle proper scheduling, she always comes up with reasons (ie machine not working, doctor not available) to cancel or postpone your appointment probably because she FAILED to book it in the first place. Also, she never replies to text message which she specifically would instruct you to send....so you end up calling the clinic multiple times just to check if your appointment will finally push through.

    Avoid at all costs. The front desk is useless and not properly trained. Made us wait 4 hours for a PRE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT just because their front desk is dumb.

    Worst experience in a clinic by far!!! For the record, I called for an appointment two days before and they specifically mentioned I only needed to bring a valid ID and my own pen. The triage nurse is super rude, didn't wanna accommodate me, insisting I should present Covid-19 test results because I mentioned I traveled in the first week of March, and by that I meant I arrived in the PH on March 1. THAT'S FOUR MONTHS AGO, AND BEFORE THE LOCKDOWN. I have stayed at my home outside of NCR, and never experienced any symptoms. Also, our barangay is still Covid-free! Their protocol is absurd, basing it on "TRAVEL HISTORY TO PLACES WITH COVID-19 CASES WITHIN THE YEAR". Girl, NCR has thousands of cases, and if we follow that, then everyone going around NCR should be tested!!! If that's your testing algorithm then wow, go sis take over DOH and give us mass testing! Even your survey form only asks for travel history within 14 days!!! Maybe get your clinic accredited for Covid-19 testing if you require it, so you can offer the service and not waste people's time?? Just wow. Time is one thing, but the rudeness was just unbearable. That nurse was even going around saying I'm a PUI, and people could hear and were looking at me. I was super stressed I swear I should have just gone to another clinic.

    I have my medical employment last day I passed almost everything based on the result. But based on the result I have a stage 2 hypertension but during the time I asked the nurse how was my BP she mentioned that it's normal 120-90. They provide false info.🤮🤮 DOH should shut this down.. Poor service and review.
