I still like it. The only childhood mall still standing up to now 2022. Same vibes that bring you to your young age. The world's of fun, the fountain, the stores like pager, blue magic, the bowling area. It did have innovations like the mall bridges to the hotel area. The old and new mall seems to be active once again after the pandemic. Of course, the department store has plenty of items you can choose from. They have pleasing sales representatives who can assist you with your needs. The place has 2 working elevators located. At the new building, comfort rooms are located at the corner of the floor. They have floor plans too so in case of emergency you won't be lost. Security personnel on designated area. If you are to commute home, they have their new jeepney terminal outside, just look for Shakey's and you can ride to Cainta Bayan.

A classic yet beautiful mall. A lot of great food stores here. You can also find Korean Stores here and known hardware stores. Mr. D.I.Y just opened hwretby the way. Take note of it's new public transportation terminal. It's now located at the back of the mall. I have photos showing where it is located but you might as weel need to ask the security guards for more information on the public transportation terminal if you're not familiar with this place.

An old rustic design of the mall feels like I have been transported back to the 90s 😅 old but clean. Many stores have been closed down by the pandemic hope they could recover and bring back the vibrance of the mall.

NOT PET FRIENDLY MALL We always have bad experiences bringing our fur baby and always discriminated. Upon entry guard on duty will be asking for vax card and form to fill up. Too many restrictions once inside and you start to feel inconveniences and discrimination. Pets are not allowed to walk anywhere. You have to carry it all the time or else guards will warn you. Pets are not allowed inside the elevator. If you are going up regardless if you have heavy load. Restaurants and fastfoods are very discriminating. You are not allowed to dine inside. They have tables outside the mall where jeepneys and other vehicles passing Not to mention the humidity and pollution. Don’t go near Bo’s coffee shop at the ground floor. Staff will ask you to leave even you are just standing there. You cannot use the toilet at the moviehouse when dining in Figaro you have to go down to 3rd floor. Robinson’s, Ayala Mall, Sm etc pets are treated very well and pet owners as well. Guards welcome pets and owners with a smile and you can tell they are happy to see you with fur babies. Pets can walk freely, allowed in restaurants, mall staff are friendly to us, provides dog park where they can play, no vaxx card to present , allowed inside the elevator, toilets and even at the grocery, Pet friendly malls have pet clubs, pet id, pet shops, grooming salon. If you have pets bring it to the malls that are Pet friendly, literally. Not to this mall where you will encounter a lot of stress due to restrictions, inconveniences, disriminations, bad vibes. Malls should be a fun place to go with your pet to relax, to dine, to shop among others.

A decade-old mall that is wide and clean. Now co-joined with Robinsons East Mall. The picture taken is for Sta. Lucia East mall only.

This is my teenage years mall up until now! Love the way they change the decorations every season or events. Sadly, I was not able to take a picture for their Santacruzan, which they would have every month of May. Love going through the bazaars, checking out the clothes, bags, and accessories for fashion or my cellphone. Update: I'm not against students to enter malls, but making the mall as an extension of the school for practices of a dance or sitting at the food court without eating, is not good for mall goers.

Easily my favorite mall. Their world of fun remains iconic, with a carnival feel since the roller coaster, bump car, and horror train are still there. This mall will give you a nostalgic feeling compared to the typical SM malls in the Philippines. I have known this mall since the 90s and it has only improved and expanded ever since. There is also a train (for kids) roaming around on the second floor.

Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall holds a special place in my heart, as it brings back nostalgic memories from my childhood. The mall's classic design and familiar layout evoke a sense of nostalgia, reminding me of the carefree days spent exploring its corridors and enjoying family outings. Although some areas may have undergone renovations, the overall essence of the mall still captures the essence of my cherished memories. It's a place where I can reminisce about simpler times and create new memories with loved ones.

It took me 30 minutes from the time i fall in line until i paid my order. There are 2 cashiers manning the order taking and payment, cashiers are also the one warming the food, so they have to leave their posts and wait for the food warmed up, then go back to the register. So the other customers in line are waiting, instead of being service continously. Why cant they have their cashier just concentrate on taking orders and receiving payment. Let the other staff do the food prep. It seems this is the procedure in all stores. And they might like to take a look at this, and what other resto / fastfood is doing (faster). Starbucks menu list is shorter that other resto/fastfood thats serving their customer much faster.

Some stores I grew up with are still in the old and new building. But the Dolby Digital movie theater in the old building isn't in service anymore.

Our visit today was quite nostalgic as I grew up going to this place. It does look tired and in some areas (especially that connecting bridge from Phase 2 to Phase 3), you can really feel and smell this building's age. Upside: It's nice to see most of the old shops are still there despite the pandemic. There are also new stores that replaced places we used to hang out in and also shops that have closed down and have yet to be replaced. It wasn't as crowded on a Thursday afternoon as I thought it would be. Parking at Il Centro was convenient. Downside: The department store didn't have any black shoes with heels. There wasn't much to buy here and if there were, they were quite pricey. The malls along Marcos Highway are far more current and bustling. Do we recommend this place? Maybe for those who live in the area. This mall has been a staple. Are we going back? Yes, for errands. Not for shopping.

It's a decent mall. They've got most of the things you need and the CRs are clean. They've got ramps. Lighting can be improved. They do have events here on every holiday and weekend. Grocery should have more free taste since they sell a lot of unknown brands. Staff should be well informed of all the events happening inside the mall.

Went around the mall and found a pleasant surprise. There are live performers at the basement and second floor atrium. Sad though that the "business scars" made by the pandemic can still be seen with a few establishments who closed down for good.

I can't take him to the beach for a walk because it bothers you on your vacation, you don't allow me to rent a house if I have a dog, nor can I put it on urban public transport. However, I can take him to the rubble to look for you after an earthquake, in the forest after you got lost in the mountain and you had no map or GPS; under the snow, because you did a forbidden off-piste; in the water, because despite the red flag, you went swimming when the posted signs said not to. You welcome him when you need him but not when it’s not convenient for you. After all….”it is just a dog”…. Think again people. Dogs are better than most humans, they’re kinder, more loyal, love unconditionally and they appreciate you no matter whether you deserve it or not.

Many options for parking and shops to choose from. Our favorite to go place specially for our grocery. Items in the grocery are lower priced than others. They offer bundles too. But sometimes they don't have brands that other malls offer.

What a great find. This place is a paradise! Makarma Resort is located in a really beautiful and calm area, where you can relax perfectly. The quality of food, the very friendly service, the clean and quiet rooms, really everything was so nice! The staff was so caring and friendly as well. It was absolutely unreal spot.

Lots of things changed here. The last time I visited Sta. Lucia was 3 years ago. Part of my childhood days is Sta. Lucia mall. We ate in the food court, stayed in Highlands Coffee for cold drinks, went to the amusement center and went to UBMA Massage for a quick relaxation. Super miss going around Sta. Lucia. Still the best place to shop and chill around with your family.

Very nice, Comfort Room doesn't have any tissue, soap or anything hygienic, so that's a minus 1.

I had so much fun spending time with my family and eating here. Some stores might be empty due to the pandemic and lots of stores closing. Also there's not much people there. 4 out of 5.

Went here for our annual physical exam. What I really liked is there's bike parking, for free! Bikes are also secured since you will need to present an ID before you park and get out. Haven't shopped here for a while, but so far the essentials are available here.

Like to see the place again after maybe two years from the last time I enter. Some stores have closed down, and around obviously people still loves the place. Families in packs roams the well lighted wide hallways. Some things never changes.

A typical mall where you can shop stuff you need but the unique thing about this mall is the old building area where you can experience the late 20's vibes while roaming around with its ambience.

  • 3/5 Adnan Ahmad A. 1 year ago on Google
Visited twice this mall in felix avenue, cainta, metro manila, Philippines. Its a big one. Lot of shops, pharmacies and restaurants to visit. Most of bank branches are there as well. I only face one issue, there is weired smell in some parts of the mall and washrooms doesn't have the water and tissues. Staff is very cooperative though.

  • 3/5 Jim dela C. 1 year ago on Google
Can't find any significant improvement in this mall for over several years. Though they occupy a fairly large area it seems the whole environment and the ambience within the mall is a bit dull. Big colorful set ups that would look good in photos and decors, ads, pictures hanging on walls & ceilings could probably improve the mood. That would make it more relaxing and a good place to spend time with your friends and family.

This mall is old but still a good one. It has lots of stores offering basic neccesities, leisures and hobbies, and a few oddities here and there.

Its sad to see the down fall of this mall, I remember everything when I was in 1996 1st year in high-school, and every school skipper knows this mall, this is a good high-school competitor and this is my place to go every time I skipped class, everything here is absolutely amusing, and my first break-up also happened here. The arcade is loud and the games are up to date. Cinema entrances are cool and minted scent air condition, you can seat on there carpets. Toilet doors are aligned, ceilings are intact. Department store crews are well uniformed and the place was well lit, and stall signs are grandure. Unfortunately, everything age and needs to put to rest... you did well and fare on your time. I Salute you St. Lucia East Mall. Oh... remember, I mentioned earlier about my break-up. That little girl who broke my heart, we went on again after a few months and became stronger and she's the one who's I'm going to married on 17th on june this year 2022. We went there on that same place and hold hands to remmember the younger us. Maybe you have you own stories... please let me know.

Preferably the Largest mall in the East of Manila. Has many choices of restaurants to choose from, also has lots of boutiques & A good department store. Cons lacking in high end restaurants & boutiques.

  • 4/5 René Archimedes V. 1 year ago on Google
A classic go-to mall when you need whatever, there were only a few shops open that time I went there especially in the older phase of the mall. Bicycle parking is somewhere in between the old and new phase of the building and is somewhat difficult to find.
