Hospital Doctor Government hospital

😠 It's been more than 5 hours already. My girlfriend is pregnant and currently has vaginal bleeding which is an indication that she may be having a miscarriage. We arrived at the hospital 2AM. She also has cough and colds and the doctor attending her advised to get swabbed first because of COVID. Gett... People often mention hospital, patients, patient, doctor, doctors, nurses, public, rude,

Went to ER and experience the worst assistance I could've never imagine. At first, I'm being ignored but I understand that some patients needs to be prioritised and assisted before me. When It's almost my time a patient with his mother is in front of me I felt annoyed on how the doctor assisted and confronted the mother, he's being sarcastic and not understand the situation of the son and not be able to explain what's the current condition of the child, saying that the doctor who should be doing that and explaining the resultof the test is on day off and that their also human beings after a twelve hours of shift needs also to rest so he could not assist them. As per my concern on going there is to be able to test me for a possibility that I have a diabetic or hypertension or something to explained why I'm being dizzy if I overly eat sweets or fatty foods. Rejected by the Doctor for my request to further test me on blood or anything but the doctor attitude is not so professional insisting that I'm no a candidate for hypertension or diabetes without any test that's been made, Like how can you explain something just by looking at a patient?. PLEASE FIX THE ATTITUDES OF YOUR STAFFS ESPECIALLY YOUR DOCTOR 'S.

The process is too long.. My family went there at 7:30 pm and discharge at 4:00 am.. It is only Xray for my child nothing more and less.. Also the Pediatrics are not approachable, then always ignore us in every time we ask for advice. Worst hospital I have encountered also worst Pediatrics.

Poor professional practice, the doctor checked my brother's bedsore which started to have necrosis for just 2 seconds and he just said "ok naman pala sya" shame on you ... We all know it's a public hospital but it's the worst treatment that I have ever seen.

The doctors and nurses don't have any idea how to treat their patient properly. They are rude to their patients.

My mom brought my brother at 11pm because of high fever and his temp is not going down. I rushed here in osmak at 1am to bring my brother's meds bec its been 2.5 hours and no doctor was attending to them. If you are in the waiting area bring a fan and a mosquito repellant. And pray you won't get dengue while waiting for your patient. Everyone has baygon here lol

There processes are not okay. there is no step by step guidelines. some staff are not accomodating. Scheduling for test are taking so long without providing an explanation. Some guard are unprofessional they are raising their voice to one of the patient which is not okay. Hoping they serve people by heart and with compassion.

No matter what they say about osmak.i can't hide the fact that..this is the government hospital that provide good services compared to others.its clean, staff is actively doing the service provided for patients..whether outpatient or inpatient.plus, with or without yellow card..they are willingly serve the patients in need.emergency or not.been with several hospitals in manila and nothing compares with osmak so far..well,we all have different experiences but mine was always good with osmak.so i can proudly say."iba pa rin talaga sa iba ang makati".😆😊 😄

☝️☝️☝️ REVIEWS: Great hospital than some other government hospitals BUT still it seems so understaffed - seems lacking of well-trained nurses and respective physicians to accommodate the numbers of their patients (especially in ER and OPD)... some of the hospital facilities and medical equipments seems needed to be upgraded and properly maintained... there are so accommodating and hardworking staffs (especially some nurses and some doctors) but there are seems tired or lazy, not "caring" and some are not so "well-trained" staffs (some healthcare personnels and more on clerical).... maybe, there are rooms for improvement of clinical knowledge and better behavior of some hospital personnels.... and possible, there are rooms of improvemet for "privacy & confedentiality" of patients information... ☝️ Still a better government hospital than other public facilities but rooms of improvement will be good to be addressed....👍 ☝️ Great tertiary heathcare of Makati City but hoping that the "primary heathcare system" is way better or will be improved & will be "more active" for better residents' health and lessen the disabilities & hospital admissions... 👍

It's understandable that service cannot be offered immediately because it's a public hospital but still, there can be improvements that can be made

Thank you for saving my life, Surgeon Team! I am so pleased with the outcome of my surgery. I am so grateful and thanks to all your caring nurses and doctors. Understandable na medyo matagal dahil sa dami ng pasyente ng OSMAK. But What more you could ask for, compared sa hundred of thousands hospital bill from a private institution, same operation and procedure lang, I saved a lot of money from OSMAK. I am a resident of Makati, Taxpayer and a Yellowcard holder for almost 20 years now. Soooobrang laking tulong talaga! Thank you!

She also has cough and colds and the doctor attending her advised to get swabbed first because of COVID. Getting swab tested first is very understandable due to the current COVID guidelines but she didn't get swabbed until the 4th hour we're here. Doctors and the staff are very unprofessional. They ignore questions and will shrug you off. There is no proper waiting area for companions. Mosquitoes are everywhere. ER admittance is terrible and very slow. There is no systemic process or whatsoever on how they receive patients. Experience from this hospital is the worst.

Disappointed, frustrated, exhausted. That's how I feel when my sister was confined to that hospital. Almost all the security guard are very rude to all visitors. Especially in the main entrance of the hospital. The lady guard that I talked to is so rudeeeee. As in literal walang manners! I can't believe they treat all the people who is trying to enter the hospital with no respect. I was about to process my sister's paper so she can get out and they won't let me enter because they need to call the ward where my sister is but didn't even bother to call. They let me wait outside and wait for them to do it whenever they feel to. I even asked them nicely. That's how they treat the makatizens who is paying taxes for the makati. Pwe! I will never ever step foot to that hospital again. I would rather die than going to that hospital. The guards are rude and doctors think they own the hospital.

If i could give 0, i would. The doctor from the triage this morning (April 28, 2023) was so unprofessional. I went there to have my foot operated because I slipped and grew ingrown. Guess what that doctor said? HAHAHA he said nakakadiri daw kasi kaya ayaw nya operahin. Shame on u! If only I knew your name I'll have u reported. U don't deserve to be called a doctor. And your license? U don't deserve it too. Makakamatay ka ng pasyente. Hinamungkal ka!

In my recent experiences with the healthcare service, I have been extremely dissatisfied. While there are some nurses and doctors who have shown competence and provided good care, the overall organization and management of the facility have been highly chaotic. The entrance and exits are disorganized, with frequent changes that lack consistency. This not only creates confusion for patients but also adds unnecessary stress during an already challenging time. Moreover, the strictness and enforcement of rules often appear excessive and out of context. While certain guidelines and protocols are necessary for patient safety, it is essential for healthcare providers to exercise judgment and compassion when enforcing them. Patients should not be subjected to unnecessary stress and discomfort due to rigid interpretations of these guidelines. As a public hospital, it is crucial to prioritize effective communication and streamlined processes. While the constraints of limited resources and high patient volumes may present challenges, it is still possible to create an environment that is more organized, compassionate, and patient-centric. I urge the management and administration of the public hospital to address these concerns promptly. Improving the entrance and exit procedures, ensuring consistency, and fostering a culture of compassionate care can make a significant difference in the overall patient experience. Patients who rely on public healthcare deserve to receive quality care and feel respected throughout their journey. I hope that my feedback, along with the experiences of other dissatisfied patients, will be taken into consideration to drive positive changes within the public hospital. By actively addressing these issues, the hospital can strive towards providing better healthcare services to the community it serves:>

Rude nurses. Just wanna share my review towards sa ER Nurse niyo. Around 3:30pm pumunta kami ng kasama ko for follow up check up. We just asked regarding sa follow up check up namin but I already see him being irritated, and rude. We did not know how does it work sa follow up check up. But then he is very rude. I do understand na people will be tired on their shift. But it does not mean to act that way.

Never go here. From Guards who are very rude at the lobby ER and very slow processing of documents to procedure. Nako never bring your loved ones here. Try ACE or St. Luke's pinakamalapit.
