This hospital is just really after the money of whoever visits them. Nurses are very rude and will not inform you of the charges that they will charge you. Doctors will ask to do procedures that is not relevant to patient's illness maybe for additional charges. No findings will be informed to you, but surely, they will inform charges, (like observation fees, beleive it or not, may bayad ang pag observe nila ng patient for 1 to 2 hrs worth 1k, mas mahal pa sa ward room rate nila)Worst hospital that i've been with in my entire life. Nurses insult patients and will stress out that they are private hospital, not public, implying that if you do not have money, this is not the hospital for you. Pamali mali pa ng gamot na irereseta sau, kung di ka mag tatanung kung para san yung mga gamot, di nila mapapansin na may mali sa gamot na binibigay nila. Sana talaga, mapasara tong hospital na to at matanggalan ng licencya yung mga nurse sa E.R nila. (Disclaimer: all of my comments are based from my personal experience in this hospital)

Rude hospital. They don't give what you pay for. They discriminate patients and the billing stated that they are not subject to implementing rules and conduct of several Republic act such as RA. 10832 which is anti hospital deposit law, and RA 9439 which prohibits the detention of patients on grounds of non payment. The staff are demoralizing the patients, exercise malpractice of duty to human welfare. They're just after your money but they don't give what your payments deserved.

Doctors, nurses always make you wait. Slow service. Nurses and staffs were just chatting. Very accessible but there is no specialist available during emergencies. I'm just sharing my experience. Others may have a better experience.

Came here to take my brother for diagnostic. Took us two hours to get our turn. This place has very poor system when it comes to time management of patients. They’d let the sick wait for hours than have effective system in place to schedule appointments. “Who pays first gets the first slot” system is understandable, but to accumulate tens of patients who already paid, and wait for your turn is just too much of a hustle! The only reason we came here is because of its proximity from home. The place is not bad, but the system sucks. I commend the nice staff, though! But I wish the management would look into changing the ways of their business here!

The doctors, nurses and nursing aides are OK. But housekeeping is discriminating. Private and semi private rooms are cleaned twice a day but the wards are cleaned once a day only The housekeeping supervisor should make a routine rounds and not just sitting in his or her desk. The billing people are also slow. Even if you are discharge 1st hour in the morning, inaabot ng cut off na 12 noon and we are charged 1 day instead of 1/2 day.

Went to E.R. guess what? The moment I entered the sliding door. All of them at the same time got their head down and acted they're busy. One started looking at paper on the desk, another started scrolling on her phone and another scribbling what not with his pen, etc. The synchronization of their head was too funny that if I wasn't sick, i would laugh too hard. I had to stare at them for 30 seconds for them to entertain me. There were 7 staffs at that desk and not a single one of them acted fast. These people are lazy. I even heard one on my way out complaining.

If you have an emergency do not go to this hospital. Their ER does not have the proper equipment to assist patients. Nurses do not seem to be trained on how to handle emergency cases. ER does not have proper ventilation as well.

The nurses there are rude, the doctor there is slow, they don't love their patients, only money is important to them

In my opinion, This so called 'general hospital' was not suggestible for serious or worse disease because their lack of some facilities specifically the Intensive Care Unit(ICU) and they also lack ambulances. And i also believe that they are just after the money. They will just give you procedures that doesn't relate to the real illness of a person. The pediatrician that is supposed to check for my sister is unreliable, Even though its Christmas season it's doesn't mean that you will make the patient wait. But the worst case is that they make us wait so long for the results that it's too late for us to know that my sister's disease was severe. P.S it was just based on our experience.

I came here at the hospital at 10am, put my name and I was number 4 on the list, then the schedule of doctor is 2pm to 4pm, then i was like, it's fine, it was his schedule so i can wait, what makes me mad is the doctor came at 2:45 pm, okay fine. While waiting, I noticed that some people that wasn't there before is the first to be assisted, I was NUMBER 4 ON THE LIST, 8 persons is being assisted ahead of me, I'm thinking why it takes to long for my name to be called so I asked the 2 ladies, then they just started getting my weight and my blood pressure. They are poor in assisting patients. Time is Money! And my dad is alone in the house, I keep thinking about him because he is a mild-stroke survivor, what if something bad happened to him and I wasn't there. So I'm worried.

I want to share my personal experience in this hospital. I am a regular patient of Novaliches General Hospital. What I love about this place is the friendly, intelligent, well-mannered staff. They are all very accommodating and well-knowledgeable in their field. Whenever I'm sick. I go to this hospital. Even if this is far from my house. Because I love their service. Once I am in the hospital. Their staff assisted me right away. So, I don't need to wait that long. Also, the fees are very affordable. I compare the price in a government hospital and it is almost the same. Take note that this is a private hospital with a government hospital price. Also, the hospital is very clean and well-organized. Also, the schedules of their doctors are all well-organized too. So, I love this hospital. Based on my personal experience. This is a highly recommended hospital based on my personal experience. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I had a very frustrating experience at the hospital. It was hard to get lab results, and they didn't respond well to texts or emails. I noticed ER staffs were often chatting and laughing instead of attending to patients, which raised concerns about the quality of care. If you have plans on going here, it might be worth considering other options.
