This little section of the CCP Complex provides an awesome view of the Manila skyline. Despite the presence of garbage receptacles, the area is littered with trash. A sign admonishing people on bathing in Manila Bay does not discourage snorkeling.

During it's heyday it's a great place to visit.

I always loved this place. Takes my mind off of things for a while. The breeze from the sea has this special effect of calming the soul. Come by before the sun sets and you'll be treated to a spectacular site that will remind you how beautiful creation truly is.

One of my favorite slots to watch the sunset. It's chill even though there's quite a lot of people. There is an abundance of cats and there's grilled dried squid.

The circle is actually close. Nevertheless, you can still relax in the area and enjoy the view

Great view! Expect a bit smelly breeze from the polluted ocean. A good spot as a pitstop for biking, jogging, skating or leisurely walks. Photographers come here to take great sunset shots.

Palagi akong nandito prepandemic. This place is quite special to me which I have kept to myself for almost three years. However it is sad to now that the circle is closed for good. We tried to go back there last July 10, 2022 with my sister to share these place for the first time and the gates were closed. I have asked the lady guard in the parking lot and according to her it started to be closed months before pandemic up to today - it has never been open again. I hope this will be reopened to public again, as this is a great spot - quite out there but at the same time secret to those who don't know its existence. Every time I am going here before, either I forget my phone or the battery is dead. The 360 view of Manila Bay is exceptional here. Petitioning for the CCP complex management to reopen the circle.
