😠 I wasn’t expecting that the location that I will be in will traumatized me. I booked a week ahead and opt to pay at the counter. I arrived at the airport almost 10pm after whole day of travel on plane and when i get around 1130 pm at the hotel showing my booking number, I was told that they’re full... People often mention room, hotel, booking, receptionist, stay, good, time, water,

I wasn’t expecting that the location that I will be in will traumatized me. I booked a week ahead and opt to pay at the counter. I arrived at the airport almost 10pm after whole day of travel on plane and when i get around 1130 pm at the hotel showing my booking number, I was told that they’re fully book and they cannot accept us anymore. I was in shocked. I told them I have a booking number and was never notified that my booking was cancelled. Was very new to the area and was horrified.

Rooms are what they are and there not very much. Place is really busy, no idea why but it is. Location sucks but motorbike ride shares will get you elsewhere. But there is a silver lining, rooftop bar and restaurant makes the place worthwhile

Long time for check in. We arrived around 1:30 pm, checked in by 3. I also requested if we could be prioritized since I was with my grandmother who was 79 years old but the male receptionist said, theres already a line and he cant change it. Guards and helpers were very considerate though but the male receptionist declined. You should look in to this. Even the room we got was different from what we booked I grew tired of complaining and just want to finish the night off.

This is not an Hotel but a Dormitory. High value for small price if you find the promo is really affordable. No service room for the cheap rooms, but Smart TV and free WIFI, Heater are included. Private bathroom with hot shower plus an additional basin in the room. The staff is kind and helpful.

Maintenance or cleaner should i say are not helpful at all except Grace, the rest are quite rude. However, reception area composed of pleasant people are accommodating. The water in my toilet is so weak. I was not served a water at my first checked inn. The Pasay Skybar was great especially Louie who’s been very helpful, pleasant, professional and accommodating except to the lady in the morning who’s very complainant and not so helpful. But over all my stay was worth it.

Even if you book in advance once you arrive in the site they implementing a first come first serve policy. There is no car parking and the MOST disappointing is that the parking attendant in front of the hotel is VERY VERY RUDE HANDS DOWN. There were also no toiletries provided, even if we asked for them, they were not provided till our checkout. The location is very crowded and scary. Never gonna go back here

Though I was not expecting much from the hotel, but the room is ok. I am actually 70% satisfied considering its price. If I will be ask to be in this hotel again, its a yes. Here are some things that may be looked into for improvement: the rest room floor do not drain well, no toilet paper, no trashbins, there is no provision for hanging clothes, no table to use for eating, writing and working, the window glass is so transparent that some tenants may be able to see me inside the room. And I thought, automatically the room will be cleaned every day, but I think it did not happen.

Staff were friendly and accomodate guest request...But the room were quite disappointing!! Windows no curtain and can be seen from the outside...Door is not safe as you need to close it harder otherwise it can open easily...Toilet drainage not ok...No chair, table and cup inside the room even free water for the guests...There is wifi but it's really poor connection and not working properly...

Comfortable, very cheap taxi rates, super near to the airport, One thing I loved the most is the roof top view of pasay city. The bar serves their drinks until midnight which is awesome.

Our experience with this hotel is very good. I just hope they’ll put a mat outside the comfort room so the floor won’t get wet when you go out after taking a bath.

Very bad experience because the system confirmed our booking already but as I arrived at the hotel the staff told me all their rooms are fully book so I have to wait there for 2 or 3 hours because its a hassle to find another room.

DON"T KEEP AGREEMENTS 😡😡 The property owner with same management in a street besides it has agreed to downpayment of 3000 followed by 4500 within 15 days. The person responsible for the booking has sad to go on, Sunday. Finally when there, I was informed by the lady of reception that she wouldn't receive me because, according to her, Sunday isn't in office hours. -"However, makes sense, if the error was from them, and if she came to inform me such thing in person, why not make an exception''. At the end the receptionist to me to go to this building that has same booking's management/manager or owner for resolve the situation. Once there, the person in charger said "" if you had all the full amount you could enter in''. In the end, she makes me to go to their places with my luggages to simply force me to pay one night and stack with the agreement. 😤😤 Their advertisement is on Airbnb as well on Pasay site. Carefully.

What an horror... we've been waiting over an hour for the check in. There is absolute mess, plenty of people waiting to get their rooms and the check in process is extremely slow. Do not believe in express check in they mention on the website. I have never seen anything like that

I stayed for quarantine before departure abroad. The address is wrong - it should be 2448 M. Dela Cruz, Pasay City (even waze is confused). The bathroom floor is slippery - very unsafe (tiles not a non-skid type) and no floor mat provided. Perhaps above matters should ne addressed accordingly.

This is not the Hilton. What is it? A very clean, cheap room that doesn't cost much. In fact it cost me under 20usd to stay less than 12 hours. I wasn't expecting a buffet or room service.

For its price, I think it's worth it. The room is simple, really for sleeping only. It's good because I don't want anything fancy for my stay since I'm going to be so busy. It's clean and has hot shower. The aircon is a bit noisy. We paid for 2 days and 2 nights, if we go to other hotels, it'll be half day worth of stay. Really affordable. We now have an idea where to stay if we travel again to Manila. Also, there's a lot of street foods outside and 7 eleven is near. I didn't get hungry 🤣

Room is dirty. Its just like a ghetto. The place where the hotel located is very crowded and looks like a ghetto outside. Service not so good. When their company policy ain't applied. I complained for one but they say its not there and they wanna say it should be deleted long time ago. When in fact it was still posted. They wanna make people hopes up so they book but too different in actual. I should've took seriously what people been saying o ln reviews or their rating this hotel the first place. I should've not regretted booking it.

We waited for more than 4 hours and the receptionist doesn't care at all, customers startes to complain waiting for so long but there only explanation is that there was a problem with their system. The toilet bowl doesn't work properly, the place is close to everything but the staff was bad service.

The hotel itself is good and the location as well. The negative things are the receptionist are impolite, doesnt know the true meaning of customer service. Basic amenities like rug, trash can, hangers, electric kettle are not available . TV are useless since they dont provide remote control.

Services If you request something it will take a day and you need to follow up the receptionist all the time. there is no kettle in our room but we ask the receptionist told there is no available they already pull out all the kettle. but when i ask some of the guest they have a kettle. But i ask the house keeping she gave me 1. about the bed linen stain there going to charge you 500 pesos and they will declare that it will not remove. i ask them to bring the linen and i'm the one who will remove the stain. then its takes time when they told me that they can remove it. i think someone who's in charge to check the room has a ability to know about the stains.

The Skybar Staff and Cafe Attendant at the lobby was really accommodating but the booking system is useless. We booked rooms online and had the confirmation receipt but then upon we arrived at the hotel by 4PM we waited an hour or two. Booking system needs to upgrade.
