A very pleasant lunch at this place today (though the temperature inside was quite warm). The food was simply fabulous. Loved the pako salad and the Ilocos Express! The chicken adobo was also good and the Ilocos Best ( a platter of bagnet slices and a variety of Ilokano sausages) was simply the star of the show! Take note that their servings will be best for 3-4 people so don’t complain about the price because it is worth it!

We had a business meeting. Great food for the price, enjoyed every bits and pieces. Must try every food, savory and delicious. The ambient is relaxing while listening to good music without intervening to our conversation despite it's located on the corner of the busy street. Definitely a place to go for family gatherings, business meeting, lunch date. Good experienced.

If you're craving for authentic Filipino dishes, look no further than this restaurant! They offer a broad variety of Filipino cuisine that will take your taste buds on a delicious journey. From classic dishes like adobo and sinigang to lesser-known regional specialties, this place has it all. Stand out dishes are the Ginisar ng Pusit (470), Bistek Illocano (P790), the Bagnet sinigang was just ok, it's a vegetable sinigang with fried liempo as the protein. But what makes this restaurant truly stand out is its in-house bakery operated by Heny Sison. The breads and pastries are nothing short of amazing, and it's hard to resist grabbing one (or two!) before leaving. The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy and welcoming, with friendly staff who are always happy to help. The prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are generous. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to try authentic Filipino cuisine and indulge in some delicious baked goods. It's a hidden gem that's definitely worth a visit!

Booked a private room to celebrate a special occasion with family, and it was well worth it. 🍽️ FOOD: Everything tasted great 🙌🏻 even the plain rice 🍚. Check out the photo captions to see what we devoured. 🐷 The longganisa and bagnet were not greasy - IDK how they managed that (🪄 sorcery 😋). 🍰 Desserts by Heny Sison are available here. Cake slices are generous, so we ended up sharing amongst ourselves. The standout was the Bibingka - it's so fluffy I'm gonna die 😆 🦄 🛎️ SERVICE: Superb 🙏🏻 The wait staff were very helpful and attentive. Although our private room was at the 2nd floor, we had no trouble reaching out to staff for additional orders or requests. ✨ ATMOSPHERE: Home-y in a good way 🏠 The place seems like it was una casa muy grande in its past life. If you have an eye for detail, you'll notice (and appreciate) the Filipino/Ilocano touches throughout the interiors - there was even an inabel lampshade in the little ladies room. ⭐ Victorino's: Longganisa Platter, Lumpiang Gabi at Hipon, Bagnet, Pancit Musiko, Lemongrass drink Heny Sison: Bibingka, Carrot Cake, Ube Macapuno Cake

We've discovered a new go-to restaurant! The food is amazing and the staff are both attentive and courteous. Even though you may have found your favorite dish, it's worth exploring the menu to see what else the restaurant has to offer. You never know, you might find a new favorite.

Nice place. But only have street parkings for about 3 vehicles, and 2 on the front. We went in on a late afternoon. So, there were just a few diners. But the attention of the servers, is seldom on the table on which they seated us, which is in a small area near the front. I have to stand up & call for our orders, several times. The place is big, yes..But, i do hope, that they have kept that in consideration. The menu, for a fine dining, should have been kept interesting, instead of just in plain sheets of paper. The food...Most of what we ordered, were i guess is, more than average. Imagine, their fiesta rice, for example, after waiting for more than, 20 minutes...It arrived cold. Even though, it was laden with lots of ingredients to be called a classic fried rice, It lost it's savory taste. The Bistek, thinly sliced, could have been perfect, but it absorbed all the saltiness of the sauce. The others like inasar na manok is ok. The laing with bagnet, also good. And, the corn soup, really nice. Pasta is superb. And the pancakes, just ordinary. Well, my experience here, is both nice & not so nice but at least, is not awful. Price is on the mid to high, depending on what you are ordering.

Serendipitously found a corner resto, planning for a quick snack of cake nd cold beverage... instead went for pansit musico-canton style but topped with bagnet crisp bits, fresh lumpia ubod or palm heart and poqui-poqui-roasted eggplant sauteed in creamy egg, shallots, tomato nd garlic. Lite lu nc topped off with really delicious ube macapuno cake. Resto generally serve Ilokos specialities, a cake shop and a niche for Ilokos textiles. Really a gem of a place. Part 2-went back for a proper lunch of laing, crispy pata, kare2, pinakbet and freedom rice. Meal preceded by combination appetizer of chicharon bulaklak and gambas! As expected all super delicious. The freedom rice was a surprise-salted ducks egg, scrambled egg, tinapa flakes, minced fresh tomatoes etc colorfully arranged over rice fried in garlic and onions. This time tried their scrumptious Sans Rival! Was in the vicinity and decided to have breakfast at lunch time. Ordered the vigan plate as mains and traditional chocolate cake for dessert washed down with hot black coffee. Wasnt disappointed with the vigan plate of 4 thick knobs of vinegary garlic fla ored pork chorizo, steaming hot garlic sinangag and perfectly prepared sunny side up. Chocolate cake was moist, just about right sweet and full on chocolate delight. Great meal to have before taking a siesta from high noon summer heat!

Excellent for Filipino food! We started with Lumpiang Tinapa flakes, which was ok. Bistek Ilocano was excellent as was Poqui Poqui - grilled eggplant sautéed with onions and tomatoes. We took out a yummy, sinfully rich Old Fashioned Chocolate Cake for our tea at home.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Service is great! Parking is along the street across the resto. I especially loved the Mango Torte cake (better than Conti's) if you ask me. :) packaging is beautiful as well. Kare-kare is a bit sweet for my taste but portions are big and good for sharing. Kaldereta is spicy and needs more cheese. The tortang crab is delish!

Atrocious management, inexcusable even on a busy occasion (dinner, 14 Feb. 2023). - no maître d' to greet us at the entrance; took almost 5-10 minutes until one of the clearly overworked waiters noticed us eagerly waiting to be seated, and take note there was no queue at the door. This basically set the tone for what was going to be a less than mediocre evening. - overworked, exploited waiters: the waiter who served our table had to squint his eyes just to read the order I’ve written down. Clearly, no proper healthcare benefits for them. - they didn’t bother to put away the eyesore of a large audio speaker that was hovering inches away from our table in what was probably their events room, which basically ruined the background for a photo op. - I had to ask for an extra cup of rice multiple times (thrice) from three different waiters. 15-20 minutes consisting of series of waiters approaching my raised hand just to follow up on that one item - the drinks, which I clearly instructed to be served with meals, didn’t arrive with the meals at all. If I didn’t follow up on a different clueless waiter, they wouldn’t have come. - for the price, the entree’s serving sizes were disappointing considering their decent taste. - The interior design was mediocre at best. Barely any cohesion with the rooms and table arrangements, which gave you that pretentious vibe. The exterior was good, though. All of this is on the management, none of the blame goes for the overworked staff, I can see they did their best with the resources that was available.

Antonio's has nothing on Victorino's. There food is better than Balay Dako's in Tagaytay. It is fairly priced even though it's on the expensive side. Love the local dishes in this restaurant. Locavore can come close but not close enough. More branches please More seating please More parking please Cakes are superb too. Clean bathrooms too

With very pleasant interiors done up in a traditional Filipino theme, this restaurant serves traditional Filipino food. This place has a lot of function rooms so it's perfect for meetings. They have a good selection of Filipino food from different regions and they also have cakes and pastries for dessert. They also sell jams and jellies and marmalade as well as cookies and crisps for taking home. Parking is very limited.

This is my second time to dine at Victorino's. It's always been a pleasant experience everytime. The only downside is the poor internet connection and having blind spots. It would not be possible for guests who are Globe users to recieve nor make calls.

We had our breakfast here and it is so worth it. Their pork adobo is to die for and you can share coz the serving is too much for a fiftyish like me. Vigan longganisa accdg to hubby is delicious as well as the sandwich. But what makes this place a must try is definitely Heny Sison's cakes and pastries.

I know my Ilocano food dishes, that's why I ordered native dishes from them. Well, it lacked flavor, and the umami is not there. The price is too high for Ilocano food, and the food is not even elevated. Will I come back for their meal? I guess not. But there is a bright side to them, let's talk about pastries. Well, they deserve to be at the top—moist and not overly sweet cake. You can tell it's freshly baked, and the flavor is superb. I think they should stick to baking because there are many things happening in the area. That's why even if you have many staff, the food came late. Our experience dining there is not good; we ordered at 11:50, and the order was served at 12:30. I mean, it's not fine dining, and also, our order is not hard enough to make. The native tinola is not hot enough and lacks umami, the dinuguan is bland, and the sizzling dish has basic flavor. With that price, it's not even good. Please just stick to pastries.

Dont even know where to begin. Waiters made us transfer bec a group "allegedly" booked that specific spot. Which is a joke because we booked for 25pax and clearly we wouldnt fit in one table alone, and they could have said it immediately when we sat on that spot. NOBODY CAME to occupy that table that was allegedly booked. Dishes were mediocre for the price. Sinigang was too sour, beef tadyang was more like beef flakes and scrimp servings altogether except for the tuna belly.Poqui poqui was okay too, but again, too expensive.Cakes were the only hightlight, except that it took them a long time as well to serve them, and again, quite expensive

We were here last week, i was the one who suggested and booked our group for a lunch 😊. We were 12 in a group mostly around 40s 60s and 70s age bracket so Victorinos is highly recommended. The food are Ilokano dishes prepared traditionally with a twist... We have baked ouster, sinigang sa bayabas, pako salad, minaisan soup, dinengdeng soup, we also have the famous pinakbet with bagnet and some grilled fish. Afterwards, we ordered brewed coffee, some teas and hot chocolate too. Whats nice about Victorinos is the homey ambiance, the bakeshop by Heny Sison and ilocos products like runners, placemats, bed covers and food items... Will definitely visit this resto. Well i must admit its a bit pricey for a group of 12 with 7 of those are with senior cards, our bill is still 6800.00 with discount already. But i will definitely dine again at Victorinos😊

I had an exceptional experience at your restaurant. The ambiance was elegant and refined, and the service was impeccable. The waitstaff were knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Each dish was a work of art, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the meal, from the amuse-bouche to the dessert. I especially appreciated the use of fresh, locally sourced ingredients and the creativity in the menu. Thank you for an unforgettable dining experience, I will definitely be back!

I and my bffs had a swell time in Victorinos. The food was really good ... try their Ilocos' Best which is a combination of crispy bagnet and Vigan longganisa ... and the dessert was also yummy ... try their Mango Chocolate Torte ... it is very refreshing and the meringue is crispy ... also try their classic chocolate cake which is moist and chocolatey and not too sweet. The ambiance was relaxing and their staff are very friendly and service is 5-stars. 😊👍

They don't have parking space. We parked along the side street. The food is typical Ilokano cuisine like bagnet, longanisa, pakbet. It's fine dinning with cozy ambiance. They have pasalubong products. It's all very expensive! I do not recomend this place if of you have tight budget.

It is a Great place to eat, dine and have a meal that will satisfy your cravings. But the parking is sometimes a problem. Do be sure to lock your cars and bring your belongings for safety as a precaution. I had an incident wben my car window was shattered and my laptop with bag was stolen. Eating their great food choices, a broken glass and got robbed was an unforgettable experience.

Beautiful place, great for family gatherings. Safety protocols are practiced. You can buy Iloko fabrics and other products. Menu is predominantly Ilokano but Western fare also available. Coffee and dessert a must at the end of the meal - sweets are made by the kitchen of Heny Sison, all items a great choice to end your meal with.

Cozy. Homey. Great Selections although they could do better by adding vegetarian and vegan options. Ovedall the diahes according to our party were great. The adobong pusit was on point. Although the ilocos express (sitaw or string beans cooked in coconut milk with fish) wasnt vegan , the kitchen was gracious enough to veganize the dish and it tasted good. The okoy is a mist try along with lumpiang toge. Kare kare was alright. The service was great, staff is prompt and well trained. They have an in house bakery that makes pasalubong atyle delicaciea that is similar when you visit ilocoa sur. Its always a pleasant experience visiting this restaurant

Our office had our year-end assessment here. The interior has made me feel at home since this is similar to a typical Filipino home. Their private room is spacious enough for us to have a comfortable and meaningful meeting. The cuisines were superb! My favorite is their version of fried rice that is ready to eat because of several toppings on it such as crispy pork skin (chicharon), scambled egg, tomatoes, onion chives, and sisig. The longganisa is to die for as well. You may also want to try their sweet potato chips and leafy chips. Overall, I highly recommend this place to people who want to have quality time savoring Filipino foods for a reasonable price.

They're quite stingy with the portions of their "unlimited" side dishes so you'll keep calling their waiters back and forth. There were two of us and they'll serve us 2pcs (1 slice each) of...
