I have a relative living in this place, the village is fine, nothing special, family friendly and I suggest that couples who wants to start their life this is somewhat okay to start.

We always pass by this place going home. Traffic along advincula drive expected during the early evening rush hours. I hope they finally fix the road here.

The roads are windy and confusing, not very great place to live in if you don't have a car.

I love this Subdivision! Its not too big, and its not that small. Just right for a regular family who owns a unit inside...And the neighbors are friendly.
