His treatment of patients is humiliating and degrading, the times he has treated me he has accused me of being young to have so much pain, he has accused other colleagues in my case of the strong medication that my psychiatrist gives me (medication that I take more of 15 years drinking without problems) that the fault of my condition is due to the mistake of said specialist doctor, but the worst thing is that every time I go out, I come out worse than I came in and this person makes me feel so bad that I prefer not to go and continue with the pain, that is what a doctor has achieved who, on top of that, does not understand your language and also ignores you, disrespects you and makes you profess so badly that the last time I left the clinic crying. If that is what awaits us, I prefer pain and dying to leaving feeling like human garbage with this person's humiliating treatment. I have always believed that this profession is a vocational job, but there are people in the field who seem to be out of obligation and have contemptible and horrible behavior towards their patients... in short, a terrifying person who stopped being a person a long time ago and has to get out of there the voice that now!!!

    At the end of June I called for psychology and a certain Rubén almost didn't give me the appointment because I hadn't been there for almost a year. In the end, he gave me an appointment for October 19 because I hadn't made it to the end of the year, so it wasn't necessary to go to the primary care center. After waiting 3 months for the day of the consultation with the psychologist. She decides not to attend to me because 10 minutes was not going to be enough after so much time. He takes me to the room where this Ruben is and tells me to make an appointment for the head doctor and to refer me back to psychology. Maybe it's necessary to cut your wrists so they can treat you. Anyway... chaos

    Porque no puedo no poner ninguna estrella es una vergüenza los trabajadores tendrían que echarlos porque son unos antipáticos maleducados mi abuelo a llamado porque el otro día estuvo en urgencias y la médica le dice que por eso no se va a urgencias porque nose el nombre de la médica pero mańana voy a poner una hoja de reclamaciones

You try to call reception for an emergency since you need a doctor to call you or be seen and nothing. Very good, we are doing very well, this seems shameful to me, between the terrible treatment over the years and the little effort they make, fatal. 46 calls today alone, all with a busy line, only one of them has a line and they don't even pick up. They tell you that the doctor will call you at 12, they call you at 3:00 p.m., antibiotics and herding, they don't care if you're drowning. You go in person because you can't take it anymore and surprise, IT'S CLOSED. Another flu and COVID pandemic and here as if nothing had happened.     De 10 trabajadores en la planta baja, 8 estaban fuera en grupo de palique, y 2 dentro recepcionando a los pacientes. 35 minutos para 4 personas, y la atención lenta y apática. Cuando me mamdan a consulta, estpy 15 minutos esperando que se abra la puerta de la doctora, sin más pacientes en toda la sala de espera. Una vez atendido, muy buen trato y eficacia de la doctora Pura García. Lo único bueno de la visita. Recomendaría renovar personal de la recepción, ya que es notable la ausencia de ganas de trabajar.

    Es penoso, nos han cambiado de médico de cabecera sin avisar y la atención que da el nuevo es pésima...que te cojan el teléfono es una verdadera suerte,da igual la hora que llames...hay buenos profesionales que te atienden muy bien ,pero en general ,deja mucho que desear como la mayoría de los ambulatorios

    Trato miserable llevo pidiendo ayuda 8 años y no se me hace caso me inflan a pastillas y para casa , o no me Dan importancia, encima llamas y ni t lo cogen , y si no esta tu médico porq esta de vacaciones aver porque vas si esta de vacaciones , eso t lo va a decir la médica que t atienda porq no tiene ganas de hacer nada .     Algúnx que otrx médico/enfermera es muy amable y da gusto hablar con gente así, pero la mayoría de recepción son unos antipáticos, con cero ganas de trabajar y -40 de empatía. Se nota que ellos son los bendecidos con nunca encontrarse mal, porque por como tratan a la gente, pareciera que te están haciendo un favor.

    Atención pésima y no quieren trabajar les cuesta imprimir un papel que a mi me hace mucha falta y no me imprimen el que toca porque según ellos tiene mucha faena aparte de la mia es su trabajo a mi no me cuentes tu vida haz tu trabajo y punto sino te buscas otro empleo y ahora imposible la comunicación ya que la mayoria de veces estan comunicando.     Centro Salud con los trabajadores de recepción con menos ganas de trabajar de la comunidad Valenciana. Van a pasar el día al ambulatorio, llamas por teléfono y no te lo cogen, y luego estás allí y igual oyes sonar el teléfono y los ves charrando entre ellos igual uno atendiendo y nadie es capaz de coger el teléfono.
