He ido a hacerme una resonancia y la experiencia ha sido muy buena. Personal muy agradable, me han tratado genial. La máquina es grande y no te agobias para nada. Te ponen unos cascos con música y te tapan con una mantita. Estaba tan relajada que casi me duermo. Cosa que no me ha pasado jamás en éste tipo de pruebas. En resumen, lo recomiendo mucho!

A mi señora la citaron en ésta clínica el domingo 26 de marzo a las 12 y 10 para hacerse una resonancia (derivada de salud pública) Llamó el viernes anterior para corroborar, perfecto 26 a las 12 y 10. El domingo 11 y 50 estaba ahí y la repcionista le dice que no , que llegó tarde y que no la pueden atender porque iban con retraso igual después si alguien fallaba la llamarían,,,se reclamo y después de pasar los días nadie absolutamente nadie mostró interés,,,muy profesionales,si si

Una vergüenza. El 21 de Abril a las 12.40h tenía cita reservada con la pediatra que mi hija estaba mala y no me atendieron cuando pago una póliza familiar de 140 euros al mes. En mi tarjeta aparece el número de póliza donde ahí engloba a todos los familiares asegurados y aparece digitalmente que mi hija está dentro del plan. Entré en la app desde el movil correctamente pero luego daba error y no me dejaba enseñarles la póliza. Que incompetentes dejar a una niña de 2 años mala sin atender y encima pagando, esto es denunciable.
