I decided to do the treatment with them because of the quality-price ratio. The truth is that at first I had doubts, because I did not know the company, but I have to say that I am glad I took a “risk” and I am very happy with the final result of the treatment. In 6 months the deviations I had have been corrected and I have all my teeth in their place as I wanted 😁 I was surprised by the ease of tracking with the app, especially in times of pandemic, and how convenient it is to have all the aligners to change them without having to physically go for them. It is also super easy to book in-person appointments and we appreciate the long hours you offer, including Saturdays! Also mention that my doctor, Mariela, has been very attentive and precise in all the weeks that we were doing refinement. The only thing I would mention as a point for improvement would be to adjust more the indications on the production and delivery time of the aligners, in my case it was delayed a little (1-2 weeks more than indicated), but it is understandable because these things sometimes pass.

Very bad experiences, most of them are not even real dentists. IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE HEALTH OF YOUR MOUTH THIS IS NOT A RECOMMENDED PLACE. If you ask any real dentist they will confirm what they indicated they are not professionals. It works if you want to move a tooth and then not for the rest, they don't know what they do and will probably damage your mouth.

Expresar mi experiencia, en global con mucha falta de rigor clínico. - Primera: hay varios precios, básicamente según las semanas de tratamiento. El más económico es "Impress Super Light", tal y como indica la web problemas muy leves duración aproximada 3 meses. Primer engaño cuando se me dijo que necesitaba el "Impress", segundo nivel y la realidad es que necesitaba solo 15 días más de tratamiento. Es decir solo 2 férulas más. En ningún momento me dejaron a mi elección el tipo de tratamiento dado que es algo de estética y no ningún tratamiento médico, como he han querido justificar. El precio obviamente cambia a un incremento de más de 1.500€ que obviamente ya lo doy por perdido. - Te hacen firmar documentos, como el de fin de tratamiento, sin cumplimentar las secciones clínicas, y te comentan que luego lo cumplimentarán, eso no es legal, que hagan firmar documentos que luego cuando tu has firmado lo modifiquen o pongan especificaciones posteriores. Me siento engañada y con falta de rigurosidad, sobretodo con el personal que te asesora en el presupuesto, dado que no son transparentes y no me han dado solución. Pregunten bien, y asegúrense del tipo de tratamiento y el porque, porque no muestran toda la verdad.

This review is not for the Valencia clinic since they have treated me very well but for Impres in general. I have been waiting for the refinement aligners for more than two months, I call and there is no response and as for the chat, I have written twice and the response can take up to a week in which they obviously drag me out. I think it is not appropriate treatment for a client who has paid everything on time and who has always been polite in her communications. It would hurt me a lot to think that it is one of those companies where they forget about you once they have all the payments. They just want your money. They put a lot of pressure on you to close the sale on the first visit. They gave me the intraoral scan so carelessly that they gave me a sore on my gum. I will go to another dentist who cares a minimum about his patients... I don't plan to return to Impress.

The dentists at the Valencia clinic are very professional, I am delighted with the treatment received. Both the director and the team of hygienists have always answered my questions and treated me kindly. I'm halfway through the treatment and I really want to see my teeth aligned.

Quizá es pronto para poner una reseña pero en cuanto al nivel de atención, muy buena al llegar. Rapidísimo y atentas. Por poner un pero, y aunque es entendible, la insistencia en la confirmación de la cita para la primera visita. Ahora hay que ver si el nivel de atención una vez aceptado todo, si es igual. Tenía unas expectativas antes de entrar a este lugar, y reconozco que me impresionó gratamente y las superó sin lugar a dudas!...la estética del establecimiento, me pareció un diseño increíble. Destacar la atención de Claudia. Sin palabras, muy profesional. Me explicó cada detalle del tratamiento, del presupuesto y del proceso con mucha paciencia. Resolvió todas mis dudas y finalmente decidí realizarme el tratamiento con Impress. Estoy deseando empezar!. Lo recomiendo.

When I set out to look for orthodontist treatment, I came across many different types of services, but with Impress I knew right away that they would cover all my needs. The treatment follow up is all done through the app, which is super convenient, and their customer services is great. They respond right away and answer all my questions when they come up. I’ve already recommended them to a friend who’s already started her treatment. My sister who is also doing the same treatment but with a different company is amazed at the type of service compared with hers. She regrets not doing them with Impress. I recommend it to everyone!

Valencia Clinic, They are not professionals, I contracted the aligners with them, I have not finished the treatment because thanks to them they have caused an alteration in the jaw bone which is the TMJ and along with it all their bodybuilding I have been with for 1 year this pain, when I started with the pain they did not even want to attend to me... they cleaned their hands, because I could not even finish the treatment since they told me that in 6 months I would have all my teeth aligned and it was a lie... (wearing the aligners all 24 hours a day) and I still needed more aligners to create. I went to the clinic, I wrote to them through the App chat, I called the Impress Madrid headquarters and I'm still waiting for them to call me to give me a solution. I told them to refund me half of the treatment since I didn't finish it and they didn't create the aligners that I had to continue wearing. I'm still waiting for a response and it's been almost a year. I do not advise you at all to contract this treatment with them, you really do not know the pain they have created in my jaw, I have had to have MRIs and go to the maxillofacial specialist. And on top of that they are cleaning their hands like this, I am going to file a consumer complaint since I have given them enough time to contact me. All the best.

Honestly, I don't know how to thank the professionalism and honesty of the medical team at this clinic. And especially my sincere thanks to Dr. Alí for the great interest he has taken in solving a case as complex as mine.

Although it is a little early to judge since I have only made the first visit, so far everything is perfect. Very attentive to all the details, good facilities, punctual and friendly.
