One of the two sets of medieval towers remaining from the wall that once surrounded the historic center of Valencia. It's a nice surprise to turn a corner and see the huge stone turrets that overlook narrow streets of the old town. Entrance is free. Walk to the top where you have some very nice views and picture taking opportunities over the historic district. I counted about 175 steps total to the top. Just at the bottom of the steps is a great place for organic coffee, and wonderful treats from carrot cake to tamales.

A beautiful fort built in the 15th century to protect the city. It is not busy, and there are no ques to go in, which is great, as you can take your time exploring it and take beautiful pictures, and enjoy the views from the top of the tower. Worth the visit, as it'll take around 15 to 30 minutes to explore.

Well maintained piece of history of Valencia, and is definitely one of the towers to visit for a different perspective view of Valencia. There are a quite a bit of steps to the top; so bear that in mind, though it is worth it. There is no ticket require; the entrance is free. Though bear in mind there is an open and closing time. We went there during the morning and there were a handful of people visiting. So I would recommend going during that time.

You will get nice views over the city if you get to the top! Check out the pictures for more. The entrance is free. There are only normal stairs and its also a circular stair through the tower so get ready for almost a rough climb.(spiritualy. You don't need any special gear)

Was really cool going up the tower and checking out the views of the city. Only reason I didn't rate it any higher is because looking down over the walls was terrifying.

There are beautiful, a wonderful old traditional part if the city interwoven with the new. They provide insight into the history, the land, protection and former buildings. Not to mention that they are amazing to walk through and experience

These are my favourite of the two sets of towers that mark the entrances into the old city. The towers have holes that show the affects of conflict, the elements and people on history. You can climb the towers to the top and look out over the old city. It's free to climb but they also have inconsistent hours and will close if the weather isn't great.

The view from the tower is spectacular! I went there when the sun was almost setting so I had wonderful colours over the city. For student the entrance fee is 1€(adults 2€). I was there in February and I was the only one up there :D Unfortuantely, the woman who is working there asked me to go out few minutes after 6 pm because they are closing.. so I couldn't see the sunset from there. Anyways, it was pretty nice experience :)

Wake up early if u don’t want to wait in line to get inside the churches, like super early… Beautiful place to walk around and shop and eat and learn about the history of the place , many things are available it’s just like any other historical active area. Many shops restaurants and hotels are there too, it’s a must visit if you are in Valencia of course. Wear comfortable shoes if you won’t be using any bikes , it’s highly recommended that u rent a standing scooter to discover it all in its tight alleyways too .

Our family spent 6 nights in an apartment directly adjacent to the Towers during a recent visit to Valencia. We loved waking to its imposing and majestic presence every morning. An invigorating climb to the top is well worth the reward of panoramic views of the city below and far off. We will miss these Towers 🇪🇸💗

This is one of the two sets of towers of Valéncia. The view is amazing and I would 100% recommend it. The cost for the ticket is 2-3€ and if you also visit the Torres de Serranos you’ll have had two of the best views of the city.

You will need to climb 70 steps, and from the top, you can see Valencia city center.

For 2€ I got a chance to climb 100+ steps up and to understand that I'm not feeling good at the top anymore 😀 But view is amazing 👏

Great views from up top. However I showed up around 5:45 in the evening and was not allowed to be up there more 10 minutes because they said they were closing.. though it’s listed here they close 6:30pm

Der Turm, torres de quart ist Teil der alten Stadtmauer. Um 2€ kann man den Turm besichtigen. Achtung Viele stufen. Tolle Aussicht 😁👍 so gut wie keine Wartezeit, samstags ca. 10 Uhr.

800 hundred years of history and one can feel when you touch the stone, in an amazing state ,bow my head for the builders

Free entrance, some great views from the various floors and a lot of information on its history available. Well worth a visit , if just for a photo shoot.

Quart Towers are one of the twelve gates of the ancient wall that surrounded the old city of Valencia. They have a gothic military style and entrance is for free. View from the top is spectacular.

Impressive piece of construction with great rooftop views of the city and beyond. Free entry on a Sunday! Quite a few stairs to get up to the very top.

The Cathedral at the centre of the city looks somewhat simple and uninspiring nestled at the top of the square. When you step inside it's astaire exterior is counterbalanced by the luxurious and over embellished interior. Special mention should be made for the Chappel with what is claimed to have the chalice of the wholly grail.

Its an Interesting bit of fortified 14th century gothic wall, but hard to get any excitement from its functionality. Still, go see it, It is BIG, and spend time cruising around the area. The Cathedral and Church housing the holy grail, Central market and beautiful architecture are within short and easy walking distance.

A brilliant piece of Valencian history, standing proud and majestic over the city. The visit was free and it was so much fun exploring the different levels and looking out at the vistas from the various heights. A lovely glimpse into the rich history of this city. Not suitable for wheelchair users as there are a lot of stairs right from the start.

  • 5/5 Christian B. 2 years ago on Google
Beautiful gate and towers from the historic city wall. During my time of visit the entrance was free, so there is really no excuse to quickly hop up the stairs and get a good view of the surroundings from the top of the tower.

  • 5/5 Wesley R. 2 years ago on Google
Beautiful towers really well preserved for a building with more than 600 years. You can visit inside during the opening hours.

Beautiful, war scarred Towers that are worth swinging by. The neighborhood is very nice as well and a great area to hang on weekends

  • 5/5 Krystyna B. 2 years ago on Google
Impressive old town gate which can be climbed for views over the gardens surrounding the old town and the old town itself. Road then leads into the town with quaint little side streets and souvenir shops, cafes etc
