During my holiday I visited with my girlfriend the Nord Station in Valencia. We did this because we did go to Madrid by train from Valencia. The station looks very nice from the outside. Also the inside is very nice. You can buy tickets at a desk or you can buy them buy your own at a machine or online. When you buy them online it is most of the time more expensive in comparison with the station. It is easy to go to the station by bus or taxi. Don’t go by you own car because it is not easy to park your car there. You can also buy drinks, snacks and sandwiches at the station. The people who work dear are not so good in English. But they do their best to help you out when you have question. The trains in Spain look very clean and they even serve drinks, snacks and sandwiches in the train itself. The trip itself was very nice. We saw a lot of Spain during the train ride. We traveled by high speed train. The train traveled with a speed of more than 300k/h. In the train you did not feel a thing of this.

Stunning classic train station in Valencia. All the local commuter trains come through here. The plaster work showing oranges perfectly represent one of the main things Valencia is famous for. Just five minutes walk from the main square of the city.

Valencia Nord Station is fantastic! The ticket agents are so kind and the station is well managed. The trains are clean and comfortable and it is easy to purchase tickets. Give yourself time to get there and to get inline to purchase you tickets. The line are well managed but sometime you will have to wait for the ticket agents. There are plenty of machines to purchase your ticket, which is a great alternative to waiting. It's nice to live in a country that has a wonderful rail system. Have fun and start traveling through Spain and Europe!! My photo is the Ninot that was near the train station during the Las Fallas Festival in September 2021.

The worst train station ever. Yeah the building is beautiful, but it's a train station and it's supposed to be functional. None of the trains are numbered, the staff are horrible, the ticket machines don't make any sense and there's barely any, and in general the entire station is confusing as hell.

A very beautiful welcome into the city of Valencia. The architecture is very beautiful, with motifs hinting to the local culture and area such as the oranges. Very large and spacious with good links to the surrounding area. Even if you do not need to go anywhere, it is still worth visiting.

It’s a oldest station in the town and well maintained . Since it’s historical people who are local talk high about this place . But , for me and my friend - it was hyped . It’s good one , but not extraordinary

Some employees don't deserve some posts. I was asking the lady in the kiosk, trying to make sure that I am in the right line to go to Xativa... I taped the class with my fingers catching her attention... She just raised hand to me to stop and She continued looking to her interesting colored mobile phone!!! This is how should be the good attention to clients!!! Still I am keeping my positive look to the station, one person doesn't mean everyone of course 👍🏼

The station itself is very big and has a nice design with interesting architecture. There are many restaurants, shops inside and bathrooms. The Valencia Station North has many exits on all sides. The place is right near the city centre and taxis can be found very close. What I don't like is the process for buying tickets. Barely any of the people there can speak English and that's harder for tourists. It's also very crowded at all times, but it's somewhat expected for a big city. I recommend asking other people for help. Overall good.

Nice architecture. Good services. The station has two parts. The regional trains depart from historical building, next to the main square. The fast trains depart from a modern building.

Visit the old cafeteria area (which is now an empty hall). It is an ornate but empty room on the very right side, immediately after you enter the station. Amazing celebration of the role of women in the economy of Valencia, particularly during the era when oranges was the city’s greatest economic driver. The same motifs of celebrating women in Valencia can be found all over the outside area too — see pics. Awesome architecture and cool vibe to it! Would recommend if you are into that kind of goodness!

I've been to various train station and this one isn't bad at all since it has shops where you can buy everything you need for your travel. However, it's extremely inconvenient that the toilets are paid and cash-only.

Incredible station, one the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. It’s like transporting to 1900:)

If you book, as you board the train, in Spain be careful, Renfe will sell you the most expensive tickets and upsale you, for example they put us on the most expensive seats and tell you it is all booked, which is not true . I mean up to 80 euros for a short ride, for example between Barcelona to Zaragoza. I find this a scam and not sure why it is not illegal. So try and book with time and online or with an agent. Then it is a great and afordable service. Also know that there are regional vs. AVE trains. Easy to get in and out. Great location, in the center of Valencia surrounding by amazing buildings. Get on early to get a coffee or something to eat in the surrounding eating places. There are taxis and other modes of transport. There is an Information office inside, but doubt they speak english. Some interesting decoration.

Lovely Building. Nice little shops inside the train terminal. Trains leave every 30 minutes to all destinations.

Beautifully designed station with plenty of stores. Clear directions for trains and departures/arrivals. The only drawback from 5 stars is that the waiting area is poorly ventilated which gets very uncomfortable in poor weather conditions.

Pretty station with cafes and, currently, a temporary exhibiton of fallas figures. There's a free shuttle every 10 minutes right outside the side off North stn that goes to the Joaquin Sorolla station (for the Madrid AVE) Con: bathroom is coin -operated. A little bit hot.

Great station, you must admire the front facade which was fully refurbished 3 or 4 years ago. It’s also right next to the old bull ring, which since the Valencian region banned bull fighting it has been used for other events, pre-COVID Be’er festivals etc. Xativa metro station is right outside the main gate to the station and on that line you can go directly to Valencia airport.
