I went shopping at BIMBA y Lola (ground floor) on August 28 around 21:00. There were several plastic complements on the transparent shelves, so I took a pair of earrings to take a look.Suddenly, the girl who was working for BIMBA y Lola took away earrings, and she seemed very angry with me. She started shouting at me. I had no idea why she did that until another client told me in English that she meant “do not open the drawer”. NOT every tourist knows Spanish, she was so mean to foreigners. I hope that there was nothing to see with the race issue because after shouting at me she rolled her eyes.

Amazing store. They have two buildings, and there are several good parking choices nearby. The quality of products is good and the prices fair. The restaurant was amazing and the food was good too. They have Starbucks onsite and is pretty good too. Definitely recommend.

This store is spread over multiple locations so is actually huge. The prices are high and I did not see many discounts, but this may have just been on the items I was looking for! A very welcome temperature inside the stores and helpful customer service support on each floor. However, the star I removed was due to the appalling customer service at the Pandora counter. Two ladies behind the counter just chatting with each other and playing on their phones!

My favourite Spanish department store… Harrods in the sun springs to mind. Well layed out, great supply of products.

It's just a mall. Nothing special, it's a mall. If you've never seen a mall, then definitely, this is a good mall. But if you have, perhaps have one in your home town, no need to come here. 😀

The product are too expensive to buy. But for tourists, the restaurant offerrs delicous salmon chicken and salads which is cheaper and more tasty 90 percent of the restaurants in Valencia.

The best department store in the world. I often get all my clothes there. They have just about everything from teaspoons to luxury furniture.

The ham legs look tempting, but quite pricey. Instead, I bought many boxes of Spanish Christmas biscuits (buy one, get the second one 70% off). Very good deal.

I love this cafe for the view. It is located on the top floor of Corte Ingles. The cafe is cafeteria style and offers a wide variety of foods and beverages. I love sitting on the terrace and enjoy the city view.

I enjoyed going there, especially now during this Black Friday season because goods are sold at discount prices.

Horribly hot in winter when everyone is wearing coats, you almost have to get naked to bare the heat. It's ridiculous and it's always been this way. It makes me not want to be ther for more then 5 minutes.

Cant be in Spain without going to El Corte Ingles. Spend some hours shopping, hiding from the summer heat outside 🙂

I bought a Tag Heuer at this place and they were so kind. They gave me a 10% card with 10% of the watches value to spend in the next 5 days. They did an amazing job with me considering I don't speak Spanish. The watch was too big and I got a free adjustment. I bought a pair of shoes and some very over priced briefs and a big coffee machine with the voucher card. Good buy, good times. Hash tag ILikeExpensiveStuffForManyReasons!!!!

Just a posh shopping mall, one of the many. I'm probably biased against Valencia and believe that in good cities such places are moved out of town (and don't exist in great cities). Everything you can buy here you can get cheaper elsewhere, nothing is necessary in your life.

Would have been 5 stars, but the food in the Restaurant was just average and expensive. Has a lovely terrace with great views of Valencia, but no smoking allowed!

El Corte Ingles has such a broad selection that it's great for anyone with a diverse shopping list. But in general you can find the same items in the various local shops at a lower price. They do have frequent rotating sales that are worrh watching for.

It's massive and lots of floors. What I liked was that even with how busy it is I didn't have to wait in a queue because the store has multiple cashier's and floors.

Very well organised, I encountered a very helpful attendant who spoke very little English but went the extra mile to find the merchandise I wanted which happened not to on display. I would gladly return to shop there. Highly recommended.

Came here to buy a desk chair, found one which was good, however they told me it would take one month to deliver, which I agreed upon since it seemed like a good deal. One month later no news from them... Called them and they told me there were some problems and it could take up another full month for the chair (which I already paid for) to be delivered. AGAIN I waited a full month, AGAIN no communication from their side about the status of the shipment. I called them and they informed me that they were still having issues with the supplier. And it would take YET ANOTHER MONTH before the chair would be delivered. NO THANK YOU. Also DON'T expect a compensation for your time in the form of a simple: 'Oh hello,...we are very sorry we have dissapointed you and made you wait for two more months than agreed upon... How about we give you this 5 euro giftcard to soften the pain of your hemorroids we caused by letting you wait so long... So atleast you can buy some wetwipes from us to make the whole experience a bit less painfull. But big surprise! None of that.

Poorly trained salesman. He could do with better product acquaintance: offered 3 month guarantee and also if valid in Portugal he replied in the affirmative. Once purchased the insurance department replied in the negative. We returned the item and he had disappeared by then only leaving the cleaning up to another staff member.

Have a large selection of all items. Many I could not find in other stores. Needed sewing machine thread and needles. AlCampo, MediaMarkt nothing, good selection found.

Busy and exciting department store. The cafe served pretty average food and the service wasn’t great. I’ll be back to shop but that’s about it. Also no view from the top cafe in case you were hoping to see the city!

Giant Shopping building with all sorts of products. For Germans: think about Galeria Kaufhof. You will find clothing on multiple floors for women, kids and men. This is includes business attire and sports clothing. Sometimes they have great deals too. There is an area for toys/games/videa games/books and electronics as well.

Big shopping mall in city center with two underground parkings. Funny thing is they are not connected and using two different systems of ticketing.

Typical Spanish Department store with a good selection of products. Went in on the off chance that I would find a small thing I was looking for, lucky me, I found it!

This store has everything you might need. The problem is no one knows where anything is! The design and interior signage is extremely bad. I'm an architect and interior designer. It boggles my mind as to what the designers were thinking with signage and with circulation. The cafeteria, which has a terrace and could be great, is on the top floor while the supermarket and gourmet store are in the basement... But, yes, there's a bit of everything. Somewhere in there.

This is one of the only department stores in Valencia. You can get phones, bedsheets, books, and other miscellaneous items. They also have a really strong Wi-Fi and a Starbucks. It is located in the middle of town next to a bunch of other shops like Zara and H&M.

This review is specifically for the food court on the sixth floor. I just want to congratulate for the excellent service provided by Toni Benzal. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and he knew how to make an Americano the right way. I come to Spain all the time and everywhere I go they don't know how to make an Americano. I was glad to be served by him.

Standard department store, nothing unique. Lovely staff and amazing AC system which was greatly appreciated when walking around in 40C weather

...if in doubt, shop here. Yes, they are a big, multi-national company; and yes all profits probably go directly to head office (wherever that may be) ..and no, the monies taken don't support the local 'barrio' which is what we TRY to maintain BEFORE we go shopping in the city centres ...but, you pretty much know already that you'll find almost exactly what you want, be served by courteous professionals and possibly have more choice than you expected. ...can't complain about that, especially if your local shops don't stock what you're looking for ..

Not much to say, you have to experience it. It's just an awesome store to shop at in Valencia. Oh, and the rooftop restaurant is excellent!
